If I could give 0 stars I would. Rude upon my arrival. Did not have the vehicle ready for my appointment. Made me wait around with my kids. Offered 5 grand below kbb for my trade. Parked my car across the parking lot after my trade in assessment and made me go get it (with my toddlers in tow) when I decided against buying that day.

They were unprepared to meet with me. I waited a half hour only for them to come back and say they could not find the car nor the keys. This is after I made a specific appointment to view a particular vehicle. I won’t ever go to them again.

Experience was AWFUL!! Employees don't communicate at all. Drove over an hour to the dealership to find no one had any idea I was coming. This is after the woman I was dealing with emailed me the day before and told me that she had plenty of cars for me to look at with the options and price point I was looking for and "We'll see you tomorrow". DO NOT GO TO IMPERIAL! That's my 2 cents.

This us an excellent dealer to work with, I found the sales manager to be honest and transparent regarding pricing.

The salesman I was working with, Terry, was extremely nice and helpful. I had put a deposit down over the phone to hold the car until we could get out to the dealership to look at it, but the day we were scheduled to go out, Terry called and said some other salesman had sold the car despite me having a deposit down on it. Overall, I would give Terry 5 stars but the dealership’s handling of my deposit/hold is a negative 5 as far as I’m concerned.

Dealer was responsive and pleasant however they did not honor the involved trade in appraisal they had me complete with pictures, etc. that was supposedly guaranteed and the reason I traveled an hour and a half to this location.

Great place! Very friendly and helpful. No hassle, fast process. The car was ready for a test drive when I got there. It took less than an hour to get all the paperwork signed and ready to go. During the final inspection, a problem was found. They fixed it, and even delivered the car to me after.

Everything went great. Only reason for 4 stars out of 5 was because of the sales staff’s initial phone conversation with me was not very friendly, almost as if he didn’t want to sell the vehicle.

The price for the vehicle was fair but the there interest rates were much hire than what I received from my local bank for a commercial vehicle. They need do a better job with that.

Low-balled me on the trade (accused a nationwide car dealer of lying and offered 30-35% less than two in-person dealer offers I got). Wouldn't budge on the list price at all when I offered to buy the truck outright, without the insulting trade-in offer. My offer was 4.3% less than the asking price, so not like it was out of line. Really didn't seem interested in doing business at all.

Incredible experience. Their sales team was professional and courteous in spite of my unrealistic expectations. My only regret in my dealings with the team at HC of Braintree was that I couldn't afford the truck that interested me. Should I be in the market again anytime soon I will return here without delay ... and hopefully deeper pockets!

Drove an hour to see the truck only to be told it was sold the night before. I had made an appointment to see the truck. The salesman was totally rude and said they was going to call me but didnt incase the other person didnt buy it. Wasted 2 and a half hours not to see the truck.

The staff responded quickly to my email inquiries multiple times until I realized it was in the spam folder. The listing described the car well and the car was clean when I test drove it. Any concerns I had were addressed. Lisa, Omar and Corey helped me. They were very pleasant, professional, helpful and efficient. I ended up purchasing a Ford Edge since I loved it so much.
