Awful. I had an agreed upon sale with the dealership, purchased airline tickets to pick up the vehicle, and then 4 days before I departed to pick it up, they announced that they had sold the car to someone else over the weekend. At the time I agreed to purchase the vehicle, I offered to pay whatever needed to ensure the transaction. I'm VERY frustrated.

Was looking for a work truck, was contacted almost immediately which was nice. Was trying to negotionate a deal and was close. As soon as I offered to come out and check it out, the vehicle I was interested in all of the sudden had hail damage from days prior and needed work. This was all within a 24hr time frame. Complete waste of my time. Hopefully others will have a better experience than me, but I won't be searching here again.

Contacted me immediately about a truck they had which was nice, then they dragged their feet for almost a week with no contact. Just a text saying “FYI we’re still working on it. After they 5th it 6th day of no contact really my credit was hit multiple times as well as my wife’s. I quickly texted the salesman and said we’re no longer interested and quit running our credit please. Then 2 days later our credit is being ran again! Very unorganized/unprofessional dealership.
