Good Level of attention by the salesperson but they allowed another salesperson to sell the vehicle days after the deal was made. Literally didn’t even give me the opportunity to send a deposit....bad deal!

The internet department department didn’t seem interested in selling the car. I never received the information requested after several e-mails and phone calls. I finally gave up.

Sales team responded on inquiry quickly. They were persistent in followup. Cannot speak to buying process as did not purchase vehicle. 3 stars meaning fine service, 5 stars would be given only if I had purchased a vehicle and overall service (tested fairly, pricing was fair, negotiation etc) was upstanding.

Worst dealer experience EVER! I live 3.5 hrs away and told the dealership to make absolutely sure I was getting the deal I needed before I made the drive. They confirmed I would be able to get the deal I needed. Needless to say after making the 3.5 hr drive they couldn't get me the deal I needed. Wasted my gas and whole day just to be denied the car! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!

Dishonest, will never return or send anyone to these dealership. Had financing and they said I had to use them or tags and title were unattainable! Even if I had cash because Corona virus shut tag office unless we financed through their sources, they had "special connections"! Went to next dealer and bought truck with no issues! Will withhold whatever information it takes to simply get you onto the lot. The vehicle you want could be sold, or in my case, undrivable and in service with a new drive train on backorder, but they will not tell you that, you will just have to travel 90 miles specifically to drive the vehicle only to discover they have known it was undriveable the whole time Typical dealership shenanigans, pretty unlikely you will find anything resembling integrity in their business practices...

We called before we left on an hour-and-a-half trip to look at the car. When we arrived, we were told the car was gone. The dealership had my number; we should have been called to save us time, effort, and money.

Awesome experience! Exceeded expectations on used 2011 F250 recently purchased. Showed up early on Saturday morning, test drove a recent trade in they took in, bought it but he insisted on completing the inspection and replacing brakes among a couple other minor things. These guys do their very best to provide the best quality trucks at an affordable price with standards that far exceed other dealerships. Need a car or truck? Go see these guys, won’t be disappointed.
