New Ford EcoSport for Sale in Texas

I drove an hour to look at this truck and possibly buy and upon arrival they tell me it’s in the service department and they don’t have keys but not once was this mentioned when I called to ask about the vehicle. One salesman told me the previous owner needed something bigger for work purposes, the other told me engine had a problem service department couldn’t figure out.

Aaron and Saul were very professional and spent all the time with me that I needed.

Zach is awesome. Wasn't pushy, but patient. Took me a bit to decide. His knowledge helped me. Gave me his full attention. I give him 5STARS.

Dealership responded quickly to my inquiry, but I had a lot going in and wasn’t able to respond back before the car was sold.

Zero stars, worst dealer experience ever! Drove 1 hour to dealership, test drove vehicle , 2 hours later was informed by manager that truck was being sold to a woman who had been working on the purchase for 3 days. Would’ve been nice to have this info before wasting Christmas Eve . Sterling McCall Ford is terrible.

The car is great but the car fax didn't match what was on CarGurus. There were 4 owners not 3, 2 wrecks not 1, and there were a lot more dents and scratches than it showed in the pictures. The dealer service was good but the paperwork was a little unprofessional. I was also told the car would be washed and detailed before pick up but it was not. "Just a quick wipe down". Other than my experience, my son loves his 1st car.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. I was told that we had a deal. The salesman Ricardo states that everything was in order only to have me show up to the dealership and the vehicle was sold. I would’ve bought the vehicle the previous day but Ricardo didn’t want to share the commission. Very unprofessional and definitely not considerate of the customers needs or concerns.

I had to repeat what I was looking for too much. Salesman was only interested in turning my attention elsewhere instead of answering my questions quickly. I repeatedly told them I was looking for a 2015. I want THAT year model, saw that Big Star had one, but it's out of my price range. Haven't heard back from them since.

All together my purchase was a good experience. From sales to finance everyone was a pleasure to deal with. I give 4 stars to Big Ford in Manvel only due to the wait to get into the finance dept, but that is more than likely due to the finance employee being very thorough in his job and explaining all the options and details.

The online person never addressed my questions I asked through email. I was like they wouldn't even read my emails I sent it. I asked I'm looking for these specifics and I would get a very general, "you still interested, come in and drive one." even after telling them that I lived in another state. Never addressed my questions on options, etc...

Very pushy sales man did not have the vehicle I wanted. Tried to sell me a vehicle I did not want!!!
