The car was a good price with the 1000 trade assistance ( I was not trading anything but was still getting the rebate) and the 1000 financing assistance but the rate was over 1.24 % higher than I could get from my own bank I guess they get a kick back from the bank or finance institutions I don’t know that to be fact!!! . With out the rebates the car was over priced about 2500 dollars. The. Salesman was great and offered as much knowledge about the car I was looking at

They are too much of a pest by texting, calling and sending emails all the time.... and did not answer my questions about the truck, which is what I wanted before any talks. Instead all they want to do was set up a test drive. I attest this to maybe total lack of knowledge and training and not knowing good customer service. I also would believe this behavior is due to pressure on making sales, instead of forming good relationships.

I ended up not buying a vehicle from Green Ford but found myself impressed with my interactions with them. They were professional and courteous.

Spoke with them 12/6/20 in the morning. Told salesman I was going to bank to get a check and I’d call back. Called from 2 -5:30. Approx 10 times. Emailed and online chatted to confirm car was still available before I booked my flight. No response. Had limited time and had fly the next am. Nobody could overhead page a salesman? I was ticked off

Even though a purchase was made or did I get a chance to see this vehicle I was informed that it had been sold before making a trip to the dealership

Was not told the truth about the condition of the mustang over the phone. Drove 1 1/2 hours and the car was not even detailed. It had a big dent in the back by the trunk and nicks on the front fenders. Car shook like crazy when you got over 60. Was told the car was in perfect condition.

Didn’t buy from them but overall they were good. They did contact me a lot, more than I thought was needed but I know they were just trying to make a sale.

Was contacted immediately, made appointment but then car was out getting tires, changed to next night and car was in rougher shape then described over the phone, multiple paint issues as well as fading on moldings and interior. Staff was good that we worked with however felt the condition of the car was not disclosed properly in phone conversations.

Very good experience. Salesman was very good. Knowledgeable about the Mustang and fully explained the options.. The Mustang was detailed immaculately and the salesman's tour of the options was excellent.. I'm hoping we will be able to make a deal that's great for both of us

But this Cadi I got from them is in perfect condition and they also didn't mind letting me taking it to Cadillac dealer to get it checked before buying it. Keep the awesome work.
