Great experience purchasing the Cadillac CTS today and Randy made the entire process very pleasurable and I would highly recommend d&d Ford.

Asked Jill to give me fees based on internet price. She lead me to believe that I should make an offer. I offered 2k below asking. She responded that they had 2 full price offers but I could offer more than asking. They finally sold the vehicle 10 days later. I was ready to pay full price, but so glad my money didn't go to that dealer. Thanks, Jill!

1. Very unprofessional sales representative. He couldn’t handle points I made about this vehicle so he chose to make me out a liar. 2. They wanted me to make commitment to buy this van before it was inspected by their service dept. 3. I asked they call me once the van was checked out. I was never contacted.

Helpful, not pushy. Some really nice and helpful people. They knew I was just kicking tires. And that I was going to look at another as well. But even the Finance manager came out to talk with me. I drove over an hour to see the vehicle. I do not regret the trip. If I had not bought the other vehicle. (Girl liked the red instead of the blue.) I would feel comfortable buying from them. My F150 will be ready to trade in soon. I will keep them in mind.

The sales representative contacted me in a timely manner. He introduced himself and answered my question. He contacted me a couple of days later to follow up. It was a pleasure interacting with the sales rep and Tindol Ford.

Nice people. Felt comfortable. We were able to take a long test drive and felt no pressure to buy. Unfortunately our salesperson was very busy so we had a lengthy wait however there was fresh coffee and plenty of seating.

They contacted me through email to tell me that someone else would contact me. No one ever did. Cargurus sent me a email saying the truck was sold several days later. I was pre-approved for financing and could have went to the dealership the next day but they were too slack to even call me.

Elliott and his staff did a wonderful job with contacting me. Unfortunately I was not able to get a car from them but will look to them again and refer their dealership to friends and family.

I contacted the dealer about this car to get pictures. They said after it comes out of service they would send them. I didn’t receive the pictures. I contacted them 2 more times and they said they would send them. I never got any pictures. Then I saw the car had been sold a few days later. I will never do business with them again.

Flew from OK to SC, to buy this car. Got there, and found out the car was a 3 owner, not 1 like it said, it had a minor accident on carfax that didn't show, and the car had been in a hail storm. I had planned to drive it home, so I had to purchase a ticket for $277 to fly home. I wasted a whole day , and cost me $300. Not a good experience.

Contacted me right away. Changed my mind about the MKX.

These people I don't think should be in the car business. Every e-mail I sent them it was like going to the dentist and getting your teeth pulled out they did not want to give me an itemized OTD price they wanted me to come and drive 2hrs even though I specifically told them I totaled my GT. Horrible service all the way up to the Managers.
