My experience was not good at all, they told me that the van I was interested in was available and when I got to tomball they said that they had just sold it in the morning and I asked why they gave me the appointment to go and they said they had not noticed that had already been sold but a week before my husband and I also looked at another one in tomball and it happened exactly the same thing that had been sold a few hours before too

With typical used car sales tactics, they never answered my questions, use run around tactics, tell me to come down for a test drive. No reason to do business with them since they fail to answer questions and try to misdirect me. Avoid them at all costs.

Agreed to a final price on Friday. Went back on Monday and they wanted to add extra Fees. I would not agree. Sales manager came in and was the rudest sales person I have ever dealt with. We walked out. Worst car experience I’ve ever had. I will never do business with Doggett!

Over bearing sales tactics. They will call you multiple times if you do not respond.

They called/texted/emailed me about 20 times the first day. I set up an appointment to view the vehicle & offer a deposit to hold it for 2 days. They say, no need, no one else is looking at it. Then I request pictures of the vehicle & get crickets. Then I get a call that says the vehicle is sold. At least I didn’t drive the three hours to look at some crap from these incompetent weasels. Probably buy from anywhere except here.

BT kept his word on everything we discussed prior to purchase and dealership was a pleasant experience.

Wasn’t Friendly at all! Need to change it too FordTX cause they are not Friendlyr helpful. Didn’t even try to help me purchase car or interested in helping. If no money down (pocket money) can’t help you.

Had a us reserve a Truck so they could make repairs never heard back from salesman or manager then with storm could not pick up, and they sold it without contacting us then just said sorry. Will never do business with them don't recommend you do either! Sorry!

Amir was excellent. We just did not like the performance of the 6-cyl. engine of the Expedition. That is Fords mistake, not Helfman.

After numerous text back and forth along with pictures of my trade in. My wife and I drove the 145 miles there to make the deal. When we got there the internet sales lady wasn’t there and the sales staff knew nothing of our negotiations. Bottom line———their truck rose $6000 and my trade decreased $4000. What a waste of time and money. I’m not ever going back there. Not to mention the Attitude

Truck was not what was represented. Dealer increased the price when I told them I was buying for cash. I drove 65 miles to see the truck and they could not find the keys for me to drive it.

Went from $45,488 online, to $48,999 in the lot, to $51,793 at the desk before getting any further I walked out. Bank said it was worth $42,500.

Terrible terrible . All trucks listed were not o the lot. They said they had two in stock drive there they couldn’t find them. Then tried to sell me used truck more expensive than new ones listed . They suck and tried to blame everything on covid and the economy.

Loved my experience from start to finish. My salesperson Mark kept in contact with me via text until I could get there to look at the vehicle. And Adil my financing manager was awesome as well. We ended up working a great deal.

Very nice facility & O'Brian was a very enjoyable salesman. The experience was enjoyable except for the Financial officer, who decided to leave the dealership without attending to our loan or informing the dealership. This resulted in a 1-1/2 hour wait to complete our transaction. But for that, this would be a 5-star transaction.

Was able to visit this dealer. Few choices plus the vehicle in the ad was available.

Got the original “hey I see you’re interested in...” text. Asked for stock numbers. I replied and never heard back. Sales manager emailed me a week later asking if I was happy. Told him I never heard back. Still haven’t heard back from him.

The Truck had mechanical issues causing me to almost have an accident. The truck was sold and brought back due to the failure it had. The dealer still sold me the vehicle knowing the problem it had and they blamed each other (sales guy and manager) for not paying attention to what they were doing. They are just in the business of selling you a car at any cost.

Said it was sold three times, the car is still available for sale. I bought a Z06 just like it from another dealership. Very poor customer service. Would not trust them at all.
