The price advertised changed by $5500 over night. I received an email in the morning and tried calling them several times without them even picking up the phone. Finally got a call back around 4 and the individual said that they don’t see the vehicle in their inventory. Got a email 3 days later that the vehicle was sold, but they had other options ( not the vehicle I wanted). I asked them to be put on do not contact list.

My purchase experience was excellent. Justin Gwinn, in sales, was very positive and helpful, as was everyone in the service department involved in getting the locking lug nuts put on the Jeep in a timely manner without my having to stay the night in Cincinnati to bring the vehicle back the next day. I had flown from another city to purchase the Jeep and drive it to another destination. The service provided by the Jake Sweeney dealership was flawless.

The dealer contacted me and I informed him that I was still interested in this van. I made an appointment to come up there and took a while for him to come back to me and finally let me know that the van was sold a day before. I really wish he would had told me on the phone. Again that was another wasted trip. Not happy. Some of these dealers are a joke. To Me they don't want to take care of nobody, they are picking and choosing who they want to help.

The Visit went well, however there was no follow up and completely disregarded. Also explained the situation through email that including the sales rep and general manager never picked up the phone and contact me to adress the the deal that we set in pkace.

They held the car for me for a few days, which was great. But it did take 2.5 hours to purchase the car once I decided I wanted it. Regardless, great car at a great price.

Ashley was very helpful when I was acquiring about this vehicle and worked with me to try and make a deal but I decided to buy a new Ram from another dealership.

I wouldn’t shop there at all! I sent info they needed to get a deal started, the sales person had to take time off for several days-which I understood, but no one from management let me know this. I found out over a week later-no prior emails/phone calls etc. You lost a lot of potential business!!

Went to test drive vehicle ended buying a similar model. Was very happy with way we were treated by employees.

Customer service at worst. Called for this dodge van, and said that it was available. When we got there, we were told that it was already sold the day before. Bait and switch scheme if you ask me. There was no parking available for customers. Building offices were very dim lit.
