The staff are disorganized and unprofessional. They will give you the wrong numbers, several times. They will argue with you over things they wrote to you via text or email, claiming they didn't write them. They will act like children if you point out that you have their words in writing. Any deals they might have are generally worded in such a way they can weasel their way out of them. Do not recommend.

This dealership is old school: sales folks all in suits, leather chairs in waiting room, dated decor, etc... But this is all good news! My salesman Donny was a HUGE help. I've bought over 20 vehicles in my life, and I have yet to experience a salesman who went to bat for me like he did. Bottom line: I would recommend this dealer, and do yourself a favor and work with Donny!

This is the worst dealership I've ever been to. I was promised they would hold a vehicle for me, I offered to pay money for it to be held and they said "as long as we run your credit and you're approved, we'll hold onto it for you." They ran my credit, it got approved and they said it would be waiting for me. The very next day I got a call saying they sold it. Now my credit score went down for no reason all. Do NOT trust a word they say!!! You have been warned. These people are complete liars!

Not negotiable on price and not good follow-up to concerns. Used car was not very clean inside and did not reveal body repairs until sign off. now having function issues. The request for mechanical assistance from corporate contact was good.
