We came to an agreement on the truck and were going in to get all the paperwork work finished and got a call about an hour before our appointment to tell us they had sold the truck out from under us. Very shady operation and they showed us total disrespect. Will never recommend this dealership to anyone!!

I was contacted by Osman via text the same day. Very professional and persistent, but not pushy. After some back and forth, I was fially able to go to the dealership to see the vehicle. Ended up purchasing it. The whole team at LHM Casa were great.

Very nice low pressure sales

NOT really interested in selling me a vehicle. Im sure they had more than enough buyers and did not need me as another. They customer service was terrible, I work in the customer service business.

I had a great experience at the Lithia dealership. Elier Franco helper me out over the phone and threw email. Financing and negotiating was all done before I went in to test drive the truck. After the test drive it was a very easy and simple process to purchase the truck, I never felt pressured. They gave me a fair price for my trade. I would purchase another vehicle from them anytime.
