Mostly they are very good especially Mr Carlos is very caryig sales man i went out to test the car has no fuel then come back and told to Carlos Carlos filled fuel the car and gave me the car key again then one guy he was giving a command to Carlos make sure security is on, it was frustrating me, I am very cool man and buyer, the reason I didn't buy,it is too expensive as compared the status of the car.

Replied the following day and was very friendly and helpful.

Sold nice truck with bald tires and claimed it was not their responsibility even though trade had brand new tires. And had blow out in mountain 45 min away from dealer and 1hour and 30min from home. Emailed dealer and called no response or concern.

Easy and smooth transaction. 4Runner was in great shape and exactly as described and at an amazing price. Did not try to haggle me, or low ball on my trade. Did not feel pressured at any time. I was also on a big time crunch and they worked within my limited time frame, they were super accommodating. 10 outta 10 would deal with again.

Very bad experience. I got a quote for a 2021 Silverado 1500 from them . Price seem good with the gm rebates. I made a 5 hour trip to the dealership and when I got there they wouldn’t Honor their own quoted price And try to sell it 8k more. There excuse was it’s was the last truck they had.

The dealership was excellent, we communicated via email, text and phone call for about a week. I found a vehicle I wanted, which is a 2021 custom trail boss silverado. The price quote was solid, no games or pricing issues. I drove two hours because of the quote I was given on my truck and the did even better once I arrived. Excellent service!

Dealer let me know vehicle was available for immediate sale. When I showed up at dealership to view vehicle, all the sales people were goofing off and too distracted to even speak with me! That’s a first for me.

Easy to make an appointment to view and test drive the car. They were friendly and helpful and quickly got us on the road for the test drive. The car was immaculate and drove beautifully and if the leather seats hadn’t been almond we would have purchased it.

Awesome customer Service

The person that I had been communicating with for a week and scheduled to meet with did not show for our appointment, and didn't bother to call me to reschedule. Obviously didn't appreciate my business.

Tried to talk to a salesman about buying a brand new truck but wouldn’t respond to any of my emails after the first one so I bought my truck elsewhere!

They replied quickly and we emailed back and fourth a couple times and I ask a couple questions then out of the blue she quit replying to me. So I moved on. But I can only guess that they didn't want to sell that vehicle.

I called to inquire about a vehicle and made an “appointment” time. So, I drive up a little early and the guys looks up the truck I’m wanting to purchase. Come to find out the truck was sold before I even called! Then I get updates of price drops on the vehicle, call back and was told it was already sold again. The whole place seemed chaotic and unorganized. Thankfully my travel time was only about 30min.

Dealer was very helpful even though I didn't end up purchasing anything from them! Salesperson was very quick to get and stay in touch about the vehicle.

Would not work with me at all because i had pre approval from a non GM source for auto loan. So their 31k price was a crock. Told them i had loan ready and id drive to greensboro, NC from KY and they would not honor their advertised price. Terribly disappointed. So i found same truck in KY and they asked no questions about my financing and even offered me a better APR rate so i took it.

They contacted me and worked with me. We just couldn't make a deal.
