"We negotiated price for several hours, but the dealer would not give me
the reasonable price I was asking: For this used base model with almost
28k miles, I wanted $33k. I had a trade that they could have given me $3k
for, but they only wanted to offer $2500 (I later made a deal on an LT with
a different dealership, and they DID give me the $3k I asked for). The
salesman, Miles, was kind and helpful, and the finance guy was generous
with his time, but the dealership wouldn't work with me, so I made a deal
elsewhere (which turned out to be very smart since I got WAY more car for
a very reasonable price AND more for my trade)."
