Engine was making noise similar and as loud as a diesel (it wasn’t) and tried to tell me that the noise was normal for direct injection cars. That was a lie.

Bought the truck. Good,decent svc. kinda slow on getting it ready and not well cleaned inside. Almost a quart high on oil, which they changed as we waited. Checked it next week when engine light came on. Went off when I got gas; probably gas cap, no big deal yet.

sent my request, 3 hours later I was test driving my car. We briefly talked some upgrades I wanted and 24 hours later I drove home with my brand new truck. Smoothest car transaction ever

Responded promptly. Deposit was placed. New truck was held in repair for backordered flawed window harness. Check everyday for repair to make the 3 hr drive to close deal (not capable of online sale). Taruck was sold out from under my deposit before being repaired. Fishy communication breakdown between departments.

Salesman was a nice, seemingly honest however, when it got down to price, and trade in allowance, the finance dept. seemed to be fairly "inflexible", especially (in my opinion), since I was willing to trade a 2019 model with 22000 mi., for a 2016 model with right at 100000 miles. (I had previously purchased 2 other vehicles from this dealer)...

Drive all the way when Sergio told me vehicle was ready to show. When I arrived 30 minutes later , vehicle was gone.

Absolutely worst service ever. This car isn’t even for sale! I spoke with the manager there did the application got approved then they told me it had to be detailed and we would do the paperwork. 2 days later I get a text saying sorry the car has engine problems we’re sending it to auction.

Car sold as soon as I contacted. I really had no contact with the dealer to rate. They were courteous and helpful when I contacted but the vehicle sold later that same day.

Evan the sales guy was great, even though I couldn't get the car I wanted he didn't give up trying. So he was awesome. As for the dealership you would think being as big as they are they could help out people with some credit issues a little better then what the do. Other than that no complaints.
