Responsive, polite & kind, however, somewhat self serving/pushy dealership. My "only" interest was well stipulated (XLR) in my 1st contact communicade. Unfortunately, I keep getting other vehicle offers. The staff has yet to offer any other XLR offers. I've been looking at other dealerships for my "only" interest, the XLR.

Great communication, quick email responses and clear answers. I visited the dealership and took a vehicle for a test drive. Everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful! I didn't end up buying the vehicle because I decided it wasn't quite what I was looking for, but I would not hesitate a bit to go back to Brotherton to look at another vehicle.

They responded to my voicemail immediately. Mike and I spoke a couple of times. He went out of his way to make sure he answered all of my questions about the truck I was looking at. Even called to let me know that the truck I was looking at sold, so that I wouldn’t make the trip from swim to Linden. This was a very positive experience I’ve heard nothing but good things about this dealership.

They did not work with me on financing options. Said they would call me back and never did. Not happy with the finance staff, telling me i could afford an extra 3$ a day for a new car. Very rude and unhappy with my experience

Prompt response that the truck was sold. It's now 5 days later and the truck is still advertised on Car Gurus - at best a time waster, at worst chumming the waters for more fish.
