They are a very inviting dealership. Despite the snowy day the staff had the car ready and waiting for us to test drive, even answering questions outside in the elements.

I felt that the price was too high and No type of warranty was offered. Only to purchase an extended package for an additional cost. No type of negotiation. Too much money to spend for No warranty.

Staff was friendly, but the truck I contacted them about was not the one they gave me for a test drive. Nor did I ever see the specific truck on the lot. They gave me a similar sized truck, with different options. They were friendly to work with, my only issue was it felt a little bait and switch that I didn't test drive the truck I contacted about.

The dealer had several used minivans that were of interest and we got to test drive them. We ended up dealing with two sales people with a handoff after first test drive. That was fine and second sales person worked with us to come to an agreement on price and trade-in. Overall a good experience and we were happy with car and price.

The vehicle wasn’t even available! I sent several messages and after a week they said it has been to auction several weeks ago... seemed like a bait and hook situation. They tried showing me and selling me other trucks with higher prices...

Was asked if the email I submitted was good to send info to which I replied yes please use this email. Then never got anything else. No phone call no email not text nothing! How much more unprofessional can you be? I found and purchased my new truck already as I was ready to buy and these guys I guess do not like to sell vehicles! Thanks for nothing Megan! Excessively emailed requesting info that I intentionally chose not to provide. Came across as very pushy.

Gio is the man. Helped me with a price I could manage. Put me in the car I really wanted.

I was contacted quickly and set up a time to test drive. The car was in bad condition. Crack in the windshield and the front driver side panel and the back passenger side panel loomed like it was going to fall off. The driver side mirror was shaking badly. Clearly this car had been in an accident but I was told it was not. Why show a car like this? The guy made me feel like he didn't want to make a sale. I left and found a better car elsewhere.

They just emailed me asking if this is a good way to contact me and I said yes and I asked them about the color of the truck they did not get back to me with my question on the color of the truck. Haven't heard form them again.

It was easy on me. They listened an then went an found what I was looking for.

Very quick response & although the truck I wanted already had a deposit on it they kept me updated which was very helpful.

They sent me a computer generated response email fairly quick. This gave me a telephone number to reach an actual salesperson. In their advertisement they stated the vehicle was a keyless entry, which it was not. The overall vehicle was what they described. The sales person was helpful and provided all the services within his capabilities.

There was a lot of exceptions attached to this deal. Staff was cordial. Discounts that you won't qualify for, depending on your financing options and criteria most likely will not meet.

Very professional, well responsive with follow up and questions. I’m still searching and will make a decision by end of March the dead latest.

Don’t deal with this place. They try to sell cars that are already sold days before. Very unprofessional to deal with. They can care less to rectify anything. Their rep, Brad White, is too busy to answer calls or text all day. Never experienced this in my life! This was an embarrassment!

the xts had just been sold. we ended up buying a srx. are salesperson was very helpful and made the buying experience very easy. would recommend medina auto mall to anyone

Nice people, I felt I got a good deal.

Bought it. They did a nice job on detailing the car but I wish someone would’ve explained how to use everything. Ie radio, cruise, power seats etc. was promised full tank of gas but only 1/2 tank.
