Miss lead. Bought a pre-owned Q7. Picked up the car but they could only find 1 key fob. They told me they would mail the second key to me. That was almost 4 weeks ago. The dealer told me he was still looking for it. Tried to contact pre-owned manager and general manager without any response. Finally gave up. Called the other dealer in Austin and they ordered me a new one right away. Yes it is a used car but if you pay 50k for a car you naturally assume there would be 2 keys.

Very difficult to get calls returned. 4 wks after purchase still have no copies of documents and no paperwork has been sent to my county. I can’t even register it. County called and was hung up on! Horrible!

Fast, efficient, clear, and no-nonsense dealings. Drove a car to me for a test drive and then drafted an offer sheet good enough to get me to the dealership. The mileage listed on the vehicle was 15k but the actual mileage was 105k. The salesperson was upfront about the incorrect information when they called me back to let me know but I had already taken the time to fill out a financing request and sent in a copy of my drivers license. They then tried to sell me on a similar vehicle with 25k miles that was listed for $6,000 more than the vehicle I was originally interested in. Not a great experience.

I contacted them and they responded quickly. They where patient with me and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and worked hard to get me the car I wanted with the payments I needed!

I would give Audi Fort Worth a 0. I made an appointment to test drive a car and got the run around when I arrived telling me they would pull it up to the front. After about 20 minutes of waiting the salesman says to to me that the car had sold and simply turned around and walked away!

I did not like my experience initially but I later received important information that led me to feel more comfortable with the purchase. However, the pics did not display the small hole at the rear of the vehicle. I noticed it too late. I wasn't happy about that, but I like other aspects of the vehicle such as the low mileage and 7 seats.
