Set up an appointment to view the car the next day. Received a call from the sales department that they sent the car to another dealer and were not sure when they would get it back. I did appreciate Andre calling me to let me know but was disappointed when I had sent him a message about pricing when the vehicle came back and never received a response.

Very disappointed in my experience. After completing a credit application and multiple emails back forth, I was going for a test drive and finalize the deal on the car. At the 11th hour, I get an email from Samuel saying the “ sorry the car sold boss” I was never told another person was looking at the same vehicle, etc I definitely will NOT but a vehicle from this dealership.!

I contacted Audi Plano a week ago in regards to this vehicle was told they have not received said vehicle yet. Contacted them on 6/29/20 still no car. Talked to Tommy Stewart yesterday told me he would call right back, here it's Sat. and still no phone call. Highly disappointed in Audi Plano.

I did not like my experience initially but I later received important information that led me to feel more comfortable with the purchase. However, the pics did not display the small hole at the rear of the vehicle. I noticed it too late. I wasn't happy about that, but I like other aspects of the vehicle such as the low mileage and 7 seats.

I ended up buying this A3 from them and it was a great experience. They treated me like a VIP and we’re very fair and thorough and really made it enjoyable!

The service was great but I didn’t purchase the car because it didn’t have all the features I was looking for.

Poor communication on behalf of the sales rep I was “working “ with. I was told that they would take my car as trade giving my asking price and get me into a vehicle that meet my needs and budget. I had to call multiple times along with sending several emails. I completed the credit app etc still waiting on a response. I would go here again to purchase a vehicle I would just prefer I more personable sales rep.

The dealership is awesome and the salesman my daughter bought the Audi Cabriolet from was very professional and awesome Andrew Coppa.

I wasn't able to get financing for the car that I was interested in because of bad credit issues, but they worked hard to find me a BETTER deal that I could get air financing for. Ultimately I ended up with a better car at a monthly payment that I am comfortable with! Would use them again easily.
