The individual that initially reached out was not Mr Jim and he advised that the car would be at the establishment by Wed, last week. I got a text the night before advising that they sold the car Tuesday and they would be getting more in. That was very unprofessional. The car listed through Cargurus displayed black, the vehicle is blue. Fast forward the vehicle is still on the lot, guess somebody changed their mind.

All the personnel at Acura Carland were helpful and pleasant. My personal agent Micheala Nobles was awesome. She was attentive and informative. She was a delight to work with and made my visit the best.
