I went by the dealership and spent some time looking at all the cars. They were very clean and in excellent condition. My sales person Rick was very funny and helpful. He then introduced me to his manager Albert. We were approved and loved the Cadillac XTS which they had in stock. Unfortunately for us an emergency came up and the money for our down payment had to be used for this instead. They were very understanding and told us to come back when were ready. Even though we did not purchase they treated us with respect and class. We will definitely buy our next car here.

i had a pretty good experience, i had questions about the vehicle i wanted to purchase and they gave me the best information about the vehicle. i would in the future purchase a vehicle from them, and i would and have already informed a few people about them.

The dealer was very responsive and got back to me the same day I inquired about vehicle. I was very impressed on how the dealer met my needs and treated me fairly. I am definitely going to do business with this dealership and purchase a vehicle.

The guy who answered was very suspicious. He answered really good on all my questions in a rushing manner and I requested to fax me the buyers order, he said he will call me back. Never heard from him again.

After my 1999 Acura CL broke down for the third time in two months and having spent over $2,500 to repair it over the same period. I was officially in dire straights. My biggest concern was my credit score was below 600. How would I ever get approved for a good deal? Thankfully I came across iDrive Dealership. I originally spoke with Cecilia and she was honest and straight forward with me. She told me that I could get a nice car but maybe I should temper my expectations. The same day I went to visit and met with Shaun Hill. I explained to him my situation and my urgency and he told me that my bad credit score would limit my options but he could get me approved for a vehicle valued at under $12,000. I said what the hell "let’s try to get approved, what do I have to lose?' They had several vehicles within that price range, ranging from a Honda Civic to a BMW 328i. I had my heart set on the 2008 BMW 328i 4Dr but it had just under a hundred thousand miles driven. I was concerned about investing in a used BMW with so many miles. The costs of repairs would most likely be excruciating for a luxury vehicle. Shaun suggested that I purchase an extended warranty which would provide coverage for major repairs for an additional 85k miles or 3yrs. I knew this would increase my monthly payment but it would benefit me in the long term. I took the plunge and applied to purchase the BMW. I was instantly approved. I felt relieved and most importantly I was a proud owner of a BMW. I have to give thanks to Shaun, Ben and Cecilia for making me feel welcomed and for providing useful advice and encouraging me not to over extend myself. You don't come across many dealerships where the people really treat you like family. I actually spent time talking with the owner Benjamin about both our families and a mutual appreciation for fishing and the Florida Keys. Thanks You Guys!

I bought a Range Rover from iDrive back in May of 2015. Just last week(1st week of Dec) I received my title in the mail. I called iDrive on several occasions to get my title sent to me and was only brushed off. "It is out of our hands" was what I was told every time. I purchased the car site unseen, paid my down payment, paid to have the car shipped to Oklahoma, and even paid my first months payment before ever seeing the car. When it arrived it was not detailed, in fact it was pretty dirty from the owner Ben driving around in it as his personal car. The stereo has never worked. it had 4 blown speakers when I received the car. I told Cecilia, the title clerk, that Oklahoma is a NON-title holding state and that the title needs to be send with the vehicle. She disagreed and argued with me about this, then assigned the title reassignment to Florida, then sent an electronic copy to my lien holder in CA. Cecilia should not be allowed to sell a car to the other 49 states as she is clueless to their laws and regs. All I ever got from idrive was the run around and finger pointing that the finance company was to blame for my latent title(I financed through iDrive so they made money on the financing as well and it is their responsibility to provide a title in a reasonable time frame, not mine).. Bottom line I did everything I could do, even more than was my responsibility, and because of iDrive's incompetence I got to pay $430 in late penalties and $350 in fines as I was pulled over and ticketed. Not to mention I never received a bill of sale, turns out I payed way more than I thought... Thanks iDrive!

My experience was Excellent. The Salesman was NOT pushy, LISTENED, was very informative. Even though I did not buy a car from this Dealership, I would recommend them because they were persistent. He followed through after my initial visit. He just did not have what I needed at the time.
