Great experience! I was dealing with Matt over the internet and phone. He had to leave before I could get to the lot but he did call ahead for me and made sure that someone was waiting when we got there. Joe was helpful as well. I ended up buying a car from them that night. Great group of people and a good inventory to cover the spectrum. Definitely will call the up the next time I am in the market for a different vehicle.

Dealer contacted me and set up an appointment to see a car. I arrived at the scheduled
time only to be met by puzzled looks. The car was not even on the lot as it was transferred
to their other lot 2 days before. Had to wait for the car to arrive back. I did like the car and
bought it. Was promised they would contact a local locksmith to cut me a second key for
the car. However after showing up for a 3rd time at the dealer to be told again they would
call with an appointment for this I have decided they are not good for service after the sale.
If you want that please find another dealer to buy from.

These guys understand that if you say you know what you want and your ready to sign and are bringing your own bank not to press you to go another route. I walked out on so many other dealers because they wanted to push and lie but when I told wholesale I just needed to see the car and get a buyers order to take to my bank they let me test drive and do what I needed to get the car. Awesome guys and good customer service.

My car salesman Matt Jenkins was OUTSTANDING!!! He went above and
beyond to help me and my husband with our automobile needs. He really
made sure to listen to what we wanted. Colby Irwin was also very helpful in
the process. Everyone at Wholesale Inc actually were very helpful. They
opened doors, kept offering cold beverages on this hot day, and the kids got
to play in a little play area while we conducted our business. I would
definitely recommend Wholesale Inc if you're in the market for another
vehicle.

The salesman was very pleasant and courteous and the place itself was easy to deal with, which I appreciate. However, to me it’s the little things that make a place great. I spent more than $10k and all they could manage was a quarter tank of gas? And the inside of the car was dirty too. I don’t think I’d recommend them to family or friends.

The worst experience ever. I took the car to a qualified
shop the next day. They looked at it for two days, and
found over 18,000,00 worth of problems. I called
Wholesale Inc, they told me I had to talk to the
salesman. He was never there, and would not return any
of our calls. We bought the car back, and was told they
would not take the car back. They charged us 5 grand
to take the car back. The worst car buying experience I
have ever experienced. Never trust these people...

First let me say thay they never called or emailed me. However, i drove down there to look at the vehicle for myself. I looked at a 2015 toyota Sienna and the vehicle was in TERRIBLE condition. It had red paint on 1 tire like someone tried to spray paint but painted the tire. There were crackers in the interior like someone had been living in the vehicle. The car had so many scratches on the outside it looked like the car was in a cat fight and lost. The salesman was cool but he stayed quite when asked about the spray paint and crackers. The dealership clearly didn't attempt to clean the vehicle before resaling it. I'm not going back.

I rode with my son during a test drive around 5:30 in the evening. Very cramped parking lot that day while exiting the back. Typical dealership vibe. Manager greeted us & conversed more to try to secure the sale before we left. Chose a car elsewhere with lower miles & more features. Pro: Great hours & snacks for snackers. Con: May be challenging to get a good test drive with distance & speed in the evening hours due to congested main streets and dark back roads.

The sales agent was very nice and helpful but was not particularly familiar
with the vehicle and its accessories. We ended up test driving the car we
were told had driver assistance, but it did not, which was a deal breaker for
us. We would happily do business with the dealer as they were courteous,
patient and a pleasure to work with.

Worse experience I have ever had trying to purchase a vehicle, once I arrived for my appointment, I met with the salesman, he made copies of my documents and then I was basically ignored for almost an hour, never shown a vehicle, then comes to me and tells me something completely different than what was discussed on the phone for payments, drove over an hour each way for nothing.

This means that we sell a large volume of vehicles directly to dealers so that they can then retail them. Of the 1400 to 2000 vehicles that we sell in a given month, approximately 400 will be retail, direct to customer. The rest are sold at auction or direct to dealer. Car was as advertised. No movement on price. Was a good price.
They make money on what you trade in. Very tight there. Had to
drive 300 miles to get there. Never mentioned the $500 dealer prep
fee. Was unhappy with that. Otherwise a very clean and well
maintained facility. Overall satisfied.

Very friendly atmosphere. Professional, prompt and accommodating.
Car did not have navigation SID card (had to order), or Owner's Manual. Salesman was not very knowledgeable about the car, however, was very nice and they worked hard to make the sell.

Dealer contacted me directly and I was looking forward to working with them,
but they never sent pics of the truck and became unresponsive when I asked if
they would send them. Finally they told me they couldn't find the truck so they
must of sold it. I also requested Info on another truck and never got a responce.

me all the info I needed on the Jeep I was looking at and had a list
of other vehicles prepared too. We scheduled an appointment the
next morning and I came and bought it. I knew I was getting a
good deal because it was priced several thousand below the
market on here. James was great to work with throughout the
process. Very satisfied. I will be back.

Salesman and sales manager did not tell the truth about a vehicle that i
looked at. It had body work done and had been painted. They said that
nothing had been done to vehicle. There prices were higher than 2 other
places i went.

They used the old trick "bait & switch" on me. They had advertised the
car for $18k. I drove for half an hour because I was interested in the
car. I test drove the car and after negotiations we settled on $17K.
Then the salesman went to see his manager for approval. After a
good 20 minutes he came back and told me that a dealer has bought
the vehicle online. Then he tried to sell me another car of the same
model for $24K. That's when I left.

I Had to phone calls saying they had the car I inquired about. I got there
and was informed it was sold the day before. To make the experience
worse, the general manager that sits up in his little glass office came out
yelling at his employees. At that point I walked out.

my experience with wholesale inc was unlike any other preowned dealers in the past. From the time I entered the showroom the salesman (Rodney) made me feel comfortable and i did not feel any pressure. The selection and quality of cars was tremendous and the pricing was very competitive as i had done my homework prior to going there.
