This dealer is not where you want to buy from. Bait you with a vehicle online . Truck I was to look at wasn’t there. Stay away.

Made an appointment on a Thursday to see it the next day. Called Friday morning to make sure we were still good because I had to drive 1 hour to see it. When I get there they said they sold the truck the night before but feel free to check out our other vehicles. Scam to get you to there lot which is filled with rusty high mileage pos. Don't waste your time!!!!

Worst dealership by far! On Thursday I message about a vehicle they had on CarGurus and it was also on there website, I was told it was still available. I set up an appointment to test drive it first thing Saturday morning. The salesman (his name was jay) responded... at first. Friday I confirmed my appointment jay said he would be there and have the vehicle waiting on me up front. Got there on Saturday morning I did not see the vehicle anywhere on the lot. Asked for Jay and was ignored. They the. Told me that they have never had that vehicle on there lot. Tried to get me to look at something else I just left. Stay away from them if you really need a car I implore you to go somewhere else.

An hour n a half drive for nothing. My contact person confirmed the vehicle was available however all had been previously sold. Salesman was fine. Tried to get me in something similar. Did not make a purchase.

I emailed to get as much information about the vehicle I was interested in (including price) so I could decide if I wanted to make the 3 1/2 hour drive to see the trunk in person. All I got in the emails I received from them was questions about me. I explained that it was a long drive for me but still couldn't get the asking price out of anyone.

Never answered my question via email. Only sent junkie coupons for me to print and bring to the lot. Still don't know if vehicle was available, didn't want to make the drive if it wasn't. Don't bother contacting, appears you need to deal with them personally as they won't tell you either price or availability if car via email.

They told me that the car is available and when i get there the salesman told me that it was just sold 2 hours ago. I sat in their parking lot and called about the same car, the person i talked to told me that the car is available, I said can you please make sure.. he said I'm looking at it now. LIARS!!!

This dealership seems great. However, dont expect to communicate with them through email. They will not reply with information you want. But they will send you spam email often.

Online no price...contacted them via email and got a response in a short time to come in and see what they could do for me. Absolutely would not give me a price. Kindly emailed back that I would look elsewhere. I did and found a great truck outta my area. I don't need their sales tactics, just a good truck. Too bad for them they lost my business and my money.

Got back via email fast. Told me to "ask for Brandi" Then we get there, these is no Brandi. She is the internet connection. Then we ask about Nissan Xterra but no clue. Place was not busy but no effort to assist us. We called back to say why tell us to ask for Brandi if no Brandi and why not tell us up front Xterra was sold. "oh guess we should update the website" Yeah thanks. I would stay away from this place.

They called and left me a message when I first contacted them, but after reading the awful reviews online--not just here but other sites, I wasn't comfortable working with them. About a week later, I sent them an email to let them know I wasn't going to work with them because of the bad reviews and THEN I got daily emails about them wanting to talk to me. I unsubscribed and still got emails. I just unsubscribed again.

Scheduled a appointment to look at a vehicle , got out of work an hour early called and said I could be there in a hour or more ( due to the fact I live over an hour away) . The salesman I was dealing with said he looked forward to meeting me. We drove there and he wasn't there (he had left for the day). No big deal , so we asked to see the vehicle, they told us it was sold. The sales man started raising his voice at me and my family while I was asking why they didn't contact me. So we left before trouble started. I then called 2 days later and inquired about the same vehicle and was told it was available and wanted to know if I wanted to come look at it. The salesman I was dealing with wouldn't allow me to speak to the manager. Definitely not getting my business.

They have this car it was in Goshen I drove 37 miles over there said they had this car it was in Goshen lot I drove 37 miles over there call them 45 minutes before I got there talk to the salesman supposedly Brian said the car was sitting on the lot when I got there wasn't there said they sold it New Years Eve would never go back to the place

Won't give you a price unless you talk to someone over the phone (not even sure of this) or in person. Annoying. I want to know what a vehicle is priced at before I even think about contacting a dealer.

Dealer made an appointment for me to come see the car, even called me the night before to confirm. Drove over an hour to get to dealer and find out the car had been sold days ago. Not pleased. Pretty much wasted my whole day.

I asked for a car-fax on the 2004 GMC XL 2500, and never received one. Kept getting other e-mails, looks like an old trick (bait and switch) I would not recommend any one to buy from these people, and if you do BUYER BE WARE...

Ugh. Where to begin...visited their store in Goshen today to test drive a 06 Ford Expedition. We had an appointment set up, so, they knew we were coming. When we arrived, after a 75 minute drive, the salesman acted like he did not know what car I was talking about. It's not as if they have 500 cars on the lot. He then checked his computer and said it was pulled today due to transmission problems. Well, maybe someone should pick up the phone and call. He then asked what I was looking for...apparently, no one knew despite the fact that I went over this on the phone with an employee earlier in the week. Unfortunately, the guy on the phone was more interested in discussing financing. After answering his questions, he insisted that they have many cars that fit my needs. He then took about 25 minutes to find one...and had to jump start it. He picks out a Mercedes SUV, though it looked more like a crossover. When I asked him the towing capacity of the Mercedes, he did not know. When we got back after the test drive, his manager tried to tell me that the car could pull 8000lbs! Oh, when he first brought the car out, he would not even tell me how much it was. The inside of the vehicle looked worse than my 2 year old's bedroom! We are never going back there again. What a waste of time. The best part of the visit was my wife, coming into the office, exclaiming that my sons both pooped their pants and we did not have any wipes. I owe her for that one. We would still be there 11:00p! Don't visit this shady place, unless you want to join the "salesmen" in a smoke, on the front porch.

I drove over two hours to see the car after calling that morning and being told it was parked right out front. Not only was the car not there, the salesman I talked to was also not available. You may want to deal with them if you are local but I wouldn't drive there to see your car again.

Sales men looked like chain smokers from the street. The car was absolutely in terrible shape. The brakes were worn down to the metal, and the front end suspension needed a lot of work.

I got a call from Nora at Walters on a Friday regarding the specific vehicle I was interested in, she was asking to set up an appointment for me to come to the dealership. As I would be coming from 2 hours away and needed to find transportation since my current vehicle was in the shop I told her I would have to call back with a time. I called back the following Monday to set up an appointment and had to leave a message. When she returned my call, she recalled the specific vehicle I was interested in and said she was looking forward to meeting with me. When I arrived at the dealership, she was on the phone and the other employee that was there got up and walked away as soon as I walked in the door. The first thing she asked me to do was sit down and get started on the financing. I asked if I could see the vehicle first, and everything changed from there. She asked what vehicle it was I was interested in then answered herself before I could and immediately said I think that one got moved to our goshen lot and that she would have to call to see if they had sold it or not. She picked up the phone, I'm unsure if she even dialed a number because she started talking right away. She says: hi, you know that jeep? Is it still there? Ok" hangs up and says it was sold. As if this person knew exactly who she was and what she was talking about. She then proceeds to ask me to sit to go over financing so I could pick out another vehicle. I stopped her and said I was only interested in that one vehicle. She then says to me: well you couldn't expect me to tell them not to sell it. To which I responded that of course I did not expect that, but what I did expect would have been for her to tell me during our previous phone conversation, BEFORE I drove 2 hours, that the vehicle I was interested in was not available. She did not apologize and continued to try to get me interested in a different car on the lot. I strongly urge anyone who is thinking of dealing with these people to read these other reviews and believe them. I did not and ended up getting screwed over!!!

We bought a car from the goshen store. The car was dirty but ran well. They did everything they could to get us financed with our poor credit. I'm not entirely impressed with the dealership as the finance gentlemen lied to us about some of the terms. However I have chosen to give four stars because of the sales man we dealt with. His name is Dan. He went above and beyond any sales person I have ever dealt with. I would only go back if dealing with him. He was in himself amazing.

Dealer sucks! Called and set up appt to see the truck. Told the salesman we were driving 2 hours. When we arrived we were informed car was sold days ago. No phone call nothing. Picture is still on the site. Bait and switch! Adam was the salesman and he sucks.

I called two times that morning one of which was on my way there and told them I was on my way. I spent two hours on the road and they sold it before I even left home. So it was a wast of time and money. And my disability only allows me so much money for gas a month. The manager said I'm sorry and walked away!! How rude. Will never go there or refer this company to anyone!!!!!

I called to check if the truck that was online was still available do I could schedule a test drive. The salesman on the phone was rude, he said they didn't have any trucks matching the description. He told me I must have the wrong info and I would never find a truck in that price range. Luckily I found what I was looking for by using another dealership. I wouldn't recommend them.

emailed the dealership twice, and followed up with a phone call on Monday 9-15-14 no response, phone call again on 9-17-14 no response trying to set up appt to see the car since I had to travel about 90 miles. Called again Saturday to make sure car was there and waited on hold 30 min. I called back to speak with someone and they said the car had been sold. It is still listed on their website and on Cargurus. I am a qualified buyer trying to replace the car in my family that was totalled in a terrible accident with the same thing. Dealership has terrible follow through. I am glad that I found out vehicle was gone before I drove 2 hours one way. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Also one of the photos had a picture of the dashboard with 126,000 miles and they had it listed on Cargurus with 99,987 miles, That should have told me something right there about the integrity of this firm!!!!

I went to see a car advertised on the web and it wasn't there. So next time there was a car there I wanted to see, I called to make sure the car was there, and they said yes. Nope - still the car wasn't there. That tips me off that they are likely not to be honest in the cars they sell.

I received an email asking me to call once I inquired about the vehicle online. No one would answer the phone or return my calls. They were nice when I finally insisted on speaking to the individual who contacted me. I tried to schedule a test drive, but after two weeks of little response and failure to answer my questions via email, they let me know the vehicle was sold. I would not trust this dealsership one bit.

I attempted to purchase the truck and when I got out there they had already sold it so the next weekend I attempted to buy a 2004 Yukon and they sold it before I can get to it so I never got to test drive none of the vehicles

Tried to adamantly sell me a car that had smoke pouring out from under the hood. Insisted it was water, when it actually smelled like burning plastic. Refused to address the situation, instead wanted to sell me a warranty to "fix" the problem. Not impressed at all with this approach...

only thing I ever received was automatic messages asking me to call when I specifially stated I could not call during the day and could only communicate by email. Never even spoke to a real person on this.

Called multiple times to get information on specific mustang, asked for copy of Marti report. They said (twice) they would fax it. I don't bellieve they actually have the car, it's just a farce to get you in the door
