Dealer had car ready for test drive when I arrived. Everyone was pleasant to work with. We disagreed on trade-in value as they were using KBB and I was using NADA but that's their choice.

My experience at this dealership wasn't the best. I found that they only work with a handful of banks to finance the car which only slimed my chance of me getting the vehicle. Needless to say I did NOT get the car which left me very upset!

Chanel - Unlike other dealership groups, we only utilize a few banks that we trust to help our customers get the best financing for their vehicles; this minimizes the impact to your credit score that dozens of banks making credit checks can have. Responsive salesman. Great test drive. Great management representative. Asked them to calculate my trade-in of a Mercedes Benz GL450, and STILL haven't heard back as to what the trade-in value would be. Unusual cars take time to calculate, but two days is more than enough time (in my opinion). LOVE the car they have, but will only make a decision once I have all the factors to work with.

Walser hyundai have the best staff. They helped me so much. Gave me a good price for my car and helped me through the whole process. I had no complaints. Frank is the best! He gave me really helpful "Dad" advice which I really appreciate. Just the best experience, overall.

Very good service, the car that was bought wasn't in their wheelhouse and did the best they could to describe it and sell it. They stayed late and cleaned it and filled up the tank and were very helpful.

The salesman that I dealt with was very organized once we got his attention. I had phoned in to view a Red Hyundai Sonata and when I arrived for my appointment I was prepared to test drive the car. The car was not there as promised. I was then told that they had a grey one that was the exact same car and if I wanted to test drive that one and I said that I could do that. I test drove that car and when I returned to the car lot I told them that I would just take that one. Prior to my appointment I had already been pre approved for a loan through my bank so I was prepared for this appointment. I was told to wait until a sales person was free and that was ok with me. I waited about a half an hour or more and then was told that the car that I test drove had an offer on it and would I consider the red one instead. I then waited again for the paperwork on the red one and after about another half hour was finally waited on. The sales person was very helpful but I do not understand why they sold the same car to two different people and why the red one that they said would be ready was not even on their lot. Overall my experience was really good once they sorted everything out. I like my car.

This vehicle was originally posted as Grand Touring with leather interior, but as soon as I arrived to test drive it, everything was changed. The vehicle was then labeled as a Touring model. To me that leaves mistrust. The reps were nice though.

Very disappointed I did not get the floor mats for the vehicle. They were there when I test drove the cars. But not there on delivery. I remember them being there because they said Aspen on them.I would like them back please

I bought a used car from Walser Hyundai; the car was in pristine condition, despite having 90,000+ miles. They obviously put a lot of attention into cleaning the car and preparing it for sale. They offer to sell you a three-year warranty on used cars which can be cancelled at any time (good idea to keep the warranty for a few months when buying an older car until you're sure there are no major issues, but probably not worth the price to keep for the full three years). They also provide free car washes at Walser dealerships and gas discounts at Super America for the first year after your purchase. Most importantly, my car was priced well below its Blue Book value and the whole purchasing experience was low-pressure and hassle-free.
