Great customer service, they immediately replied to me and got me on their website with a person who answered all of my questions and told me about the nooks and crannies of buying a car. I contacted them about a car it was priced at 18k, they told me that price was wrong but they sent me an email with the car and that price, and on their site it says the price you see is the price you pay but they wouldnt honor that price they sent

I got an email from them but never had any dealings with them because although it was a nice truck it was to far away and a $500 transfer fee. I found one closer to home in Alabama.

I was promised they will work directly with my bank but once they got the downpayment that changed. Then it took forever for them to provide the neccessarry document to proof the name on the title is a legal entity owned by vroom. Lastly when the car arrived the inside was dirty with make up, ketchup and mechanic grease on the leather. I emailed them and they responded that is part of the expected normal wear and tear.

After buying the car it took over 4 hours for the car to be ready and it wasn’t hardly dirty to begin with. I don’t particularly like having to wait that long for a vehicle so probably won’t go back for that reason.

We had a great experience with Moises Mondragon. His communication with us through the whole processes was great. We started our process online and went to the dealership and were in and out. From the time I called the dealership to set up a test drive on Friday to driving off the lot on Monday, my experience was enjoyable. I used to have a good experience with Vroom as I thought they were fair and honest, no haggle pricing with free delivery. (I bought my Jaguar from them.) They are no longer fair and there policies and promises are no longer valid. (No discounts for having bought from them before or for referring a friend who bought from them. No free shipping. A trade in value that was significantly lower than the market.) I won’t be dealing with them again.

The only contact I ever got was that Vroom needed me to contact carfax because of a mileage discrepancy and that was the only contact. No phone call from the dealer or vroom even after I filled pout the online application . Don't think I will be buying a vehicle from this place. How knows what they did with my information.

I went there to check out a car I was interested in, the salesnan was very rude and uninterested as if he did not want to be there. I sat on the couch waiting around for an hour. I also find it very backwards that you arent allowed to test drive it until you plan on buying it. How do I know if I want to buy it without experiencing what the car can do?

Salesman replied next day with mixed message that car is no longer available. (Subject line said it is still available and email text so it isn't.) I replied to his email requesting clarification of availability of vehicle and received no further response. The subject vehicle is still being advertised for sale, however.

Like most people, I hate buying cars. The whole process normally feels like I am being robbed. But dealing with Texas Direct Auto was completely different. If i could given them more stars in their rating i would. I understood from the beginning that the price of their vehicles was fixed. I walked in and asked to see a certain car only to find out that it had a sale pending. But our salesperson showed us an almost identical alternative. We took it for a test drive and decided it was close enought to what we wanted that we would buy it. When we got to discussing the value of my trade in, their first offer was unacceptably low. But when I told them what I needed to be able to make a deal, they adjusted their offer and the deal was struck. Now for the best news. We had to go get money for our down payment. When we returned tow days later, we found that the deal on the original car we wanted had fallen through. When we told them we would really like to see that car, TDA gladly let us take it for a test drive. After the test drive, we told them we wanted that original car and there was no problem making the last minute switch. Our saleman Daminen, our finance person Tommy and even their sales manager were a pleasure to work with. I will never fear buuying a car again...because we will go to Texas Direct Auto to buy.

Received Email response to contact dealer. Made contact with 8557287158 and inquired about the reviews regarding requirements for view, vehicle availability and testing driving.The rep Michael did not confirm the availability of the vehicle in question. I have never heard that a deposit is required in order to test drive. also I have never heard that only after you place the deposit are you able to view the vehicle if it is available and not in "the shop for cleaning ". I am less than 10 mins from where the auto group and this vehicle is located and was advised that unless I put the $500.00 deposit down, I could not schedule a visit to view and/or test drive the vehicle. Additionally he stated that if I put the $500 deposit down today and the vehicle isn't available today, I would need to schedule site visit at least two days out to allow for cleaning. Additional he stated my driver license which is understandable but vehicle insurance is required for test drive of unknown availability of the vehicle, what happens if I didn't currently have a vehicle or insurance. As much as I am seriously interested in this vehicle, this dealership is certainly one that is not interested in shoppers who aren't "ready" to buy unit unseen. Unless you are a hundred million percent sure this is the vehicle you are willing to gamble on availability, accuracy of listing and features this auto group is not for you.

i was kept waiting far to long by your receptionist and then the salesman left to pick up the car and took forever to come back. His explanation was that he had to have the car washed and filled with gas. It would have been a common curtesy to keep me posted about his activities.

Vroom called me. Told me the car was unavailable. Then every few days the car would pop back up on CarGurus. I would submit a request, the would contact me and tell me the same thing. Very strange and came across as untrustworthy. I've been looking for a car for some time and this was strange.

I was very disappointed that no one ever made personal contact with me. We were very interested in the vehicle and still are. It appears that there is no personal customer service available. We live a couple of hours away and would prefer to talk to a live person before driving that distance. It seems that they have nice vehicles but just aren't responsive in person.

After contacting the dealership both by email and phone calls a day before our arrival to confirm that the vehicle was still available we drove up from Dallas. Spoke with a salesperson named Miguel who I explained that I was calling from Dallas about the Escalade. He confirmed it was still available. I called back immediately to inquire whether the car had a set of features I was interested in. I left my name and number and received no callback. My wife and I decided to drive up and see the vehicle, we spent the night at an area hotel, gas expenses incurred driving 600 hundred miles round trip, a couple of meals AND the expense of boarding our dog for the entire weekend so that we could look at the car on Saturday. Upon arriving we met with a salesperson named Ola, who not informing me before he pulled this stunt, pulled a totally different vehicle up for a rest drive. I had been told in order to test drive it all I had to do was present my drivers license at their test drive booth, i had already asked for a appraisal om my possibllity of trading in my Escalade. I was then informed (After the person checking my car,was already gone in mine),that I also needed to present my insurance prior to test driving theirs. Mr. Ola informed me after pulling a different vehicle up that the car we had driven down to see, had already had a deposit placed on it by someone on California and we could under no circumstances merely even look at the car. We were NEVER informed that a deposit could be left in advance, in order to prevent what was happening and had i known I would have offered to leave a deposit prior to driving 300 miles and wasting my time and expenses unnecessarily. I also spoke with Stephanie, a manager of some type and explained that since we were now there could I at least look at the vehicle since the one they tried to shove on me reeked of cigarette smoke and had multiple other issues (cargo door was not working nor were the third row seats folding all the way down). I explained the situation and told her our dilemma and asked if we could at least look at the vehicle in the event the other potential buyer (from San Francisco) deal didn't go through. I was again told no. I am now seeing that the car is still available and at a slightly lower price. In all this was a very expensive trip, wasted coming to this dealership. I honestly didn't expect a car buying experience to be such a bait and switch tactic and poor customer experience.

I ended up purchasing a 2017 Infiniti QX50 Base instead, but everything went really smooth. They do still owe me a missing piece on my rear hatch and an oil change and tire rotation, but other than that, super easy!

I don't like the internet sales deals. The vehicle is described inaccurately and the telephone sales people are pushy but the price is good. I will trade with them if they make me a fair offer on my trade in.

Texas Direct Auto takes advantage of the fact that they have competitive prices and has ZERO costumer services. The dealership is huge and impersonal. They take your information (make you sign in on a laptop) several times. Our seller had someone elses Texas Direct Jacket with black tape over the name. The sellers don't have their own offices; it is a huge area with desks that are unorganized and not personalized. You are asked to do the credit form on line but when the personalized questions come up to verify who you are, they ask you to fill them out on a piece of paper that they see (not very privacy friendly). They took very long to get the care to us. You will get a good price but bad costumer service.

So far my experience has been pretty dismal. First I heard from Heather who suggested I put down $500 on a car sight unseen. When I said I'd rather see and test drive the vehicle first, that seemed to stretch this dealership's capabilities. What do you mean you sit in Dallas and don't have the phone number for a local contact who can verify the vehicle is actually available before I drive 50 miles to see it?! They did finally hook me up with Eli at the Houston location who seemed equally challenged with a full weeks' notice to make sure the car would not be in the shop for my Saturday 1 pm appointment. When Sat finally came I got a phone message from contact #3 who told me the car would be back Monday or Tuesday. I call Eli to confirm who is busy and promises to call back... but never does. Wow, I had no idea how low the level of service at this country's used car dealerships has fallen!

Great experience. Smooth , responsive and helpful . The car was not ready when I came to check it and buy it . Salesman FISA offered to give credit for detailing and cleaning . The maximum he could do was $40.00 I thought was not enough, he wanted to argue , but I was not in the mood to argue . I took it. Over all I was happy .

Coistumer service is grate... just look close to does car ..I went to test drive this 2014 c7 and it feel good but if u see close to the back part of the car look like the car was crash before the bumber is not alignment good and also the paint is peeling like if the paint it with cheap paint ... After I noticed does different i talk to the sale person and he tolme that the car have a clear tiitle with not accident ...

They left me waiting for an hour when I had an appointment. Once they brought this Jeep around, it was severely leaking oil and smoking from under the hood. Not only did I not get any other recommendations, I have yet to get my deposit back for holding the vehicle, and it's been over 2 weeks.

Worst experience ever. Started with a sales rep not calling me back after I submitted my application to my havingto call back numerous times & was even at one point lied to by a lady stating that it takes 24 hours to get a credit report back. She said this right telling me that she “never lies to a customer.” Finally spoke with Desiree but they waited until 10 minutes before closing that I was approved. I had informed everyone I spoke with I needed to make a purchase THAT DAY (Saturday) when I started at 1pm. The next day they were opened (Monday) no number for TAD was working. I called every number I had including off the websites. Every call failed. Worst experience ever.

I was so excited to buy my new car and when I was ready to finance, they told me that the car did not pass a water flooding inspection and that the car can't be sold to me. It was an extremely inconvenient ordeal.

The did not have the vehicle. I test drove another color to see if it was even the route I wanted to go. I was satisfied with the vehicle so we located another one on Dallas. They supposedly do not except a deposit to have the vehicle transported. I gave in ran credit check etc. and I was approved. I Never heard back. I texted the sales person I called the loan officer numerous times. To this day I have not heard back. I wouldn't waste my time.

Dealer told me the car is in excellent condition and everything. Didn't offer any discount no problem I was ready to buy it still. Drove 3 hours to the dealership turns out the condition of the vehicle is literally crap. It had gum on one of the seats had a burned mark on the 3rd row seat very dirty inside. Said it was detailed, but that surely didn't seem like a true statement. The lift gate had extremely noticeable scuffs on the top that wouldn't go away unless u painted the entire lift gate. Very sad myself abt not buy the car, but I think I made a wise decision. Also the sales associate didn't even bother to help all he said was do u want it or u don't and I said no and he simply just walked inside.

This 2017 Expedition limted 4WD vehicle has multiple sctatches and the clear coat shows brush marks all the way around the vehicle. It also has several scuff marks from bumping other vehicles. I specifically asked the salesman about any scratches and flaws and was told there were none. So I secured financing and drove 2 hours to buy this truck only to find it was severely scratched and the interior was not clean either. What eles have they failed to mention?The salesman at the dealership offered to show me another vehicle, but after being mislead the first time I do not trust anything Texas Direct Auto is selling. This is a high volume dealership that does not care about customer service. I wasted a considerable amount of time and was very dissapointed.

After I purchase my car. Had a really had time communicating with anyone. Couldn't get the date of car delivery. Dealership confirming that you went through hundred percent inspection everything was good. Exclamation I got the car I had to change the brakes to patch the rotors because they were metal to metal.Car delivered four days late . Don't feel comfortable buying another car

Just received our "new" vehicle via transport this morning. We LOVE it! The entire process from start to finish was fantastic with TDA! Our sales person (LaDonya) and Finance Manager (Ryan) were great to deal with, and processed everything efficiently. We were a little nervous purchasing a vehicle from an out-of-state dealer, however the vehicle was in excellent condition when we received it at our doorstep, and we would HIGHLY recommend TDA to anyone looking for a great deal on a vehicle! Will look to purchase future vehicles from this dealer!

On first contact I asked "does this car have adaptive cruise control?" She responded that she did not know but would find out and call me back. I told her that no adaptive cruise would be a deal breaker. She called me back assuring me that the car did in fact have adaptive cruise control. I took off of work to go look at it and when I checked the for adaptive it was not there. I was told that she thought it had it. Wasted my time.

not a very good experience at all. I chatted with their on-line representative at 11 am last Saturday, he said if I wanted to stop over at their Stafford, TX location to let him know and he would get the car ready for me to test drive. So then at 2 pm I sent him a text and told him that my wife and I were going to head over. He said ":great" I will have the car ready for you. So I arrive and wait a short bit for Joe and then he tries to pull it up on the computer and "NO Car with this id number is available, so he says wait a moment and I will go check. He comes back and says that someone put down $500 on it in the last 15 minutes and that if I wanted to hang around for another 15 minutes, they could check to see if he cleared credit. Now I know you all move a lot of cars, but I would expect that if I contacted a salesman and he knew I was driving over 40 minutes to the dealership that he would have checked to make sure the car was available at that moment and not waste my time of driving over 40 minutes and then 40 minutes back. He was very cordial, but rest assured this was not a happy camper, then I hear the spiel that we cannot hold cars for any length of time and we also move upwards of 200 cars per day. Not a good reply back to a customer, so yes, I left with sour taste in my mouth. Perhaps, one should think about a process to ensure the customer is treated as a customer as this type of treatment should not occur, even if it means that a car would be held and not sold for 1 hour.

Poor. When I spoke with representative, I said I was interested but they were overpriced (per CarGurus and KBB). They told me they were not. A week later they dropped the price $1,000 and it is still on the market. Their loss... I moved on and closed the deal elsewhere. My advise, don't deal with arrogant or pushing sales people.

Watch out! As soon as you show interest and they contact you, they take the automobile out of the search but keep emailing you and tell that it is there and they will have it ready for a test drive for you. I drove all the way out to the dealership in Stafford from Clear Lake, only for the person that emailed me to tell me that "someone put a deposit down on it just that morning". Yeah right... I noticed that it had been removed from the search the afternoon before, but he was still emailing me saying that it was there. Then tries to tell me that they have other automobiles for me to check out. THANKS BUT NO THANKS! Wasted my time and gas just to try and get me in the door! Not to be trusted!! I've noticed that this happens often on the car web site as well...

They have overpriced car's and there not willing to make a deal. I'm talking about 7k or higher in overpricment. Salesman called me and when I asked if they can possibly make a deal since everyone else in the market has the same car for 7k less, he said "no we will not lower the price, the price is firm " so I said thank you and good bye.

My salesman Bryan H. was most accommodating and very professional. He simply outstanding and I would refer my family and friends to him. Everyone was friendly and offered to help me with every step of the buying process from the greeters to the finance people. If I could offer one suggestion it would be that some of the staff at the front desk should remember this might be our first time there so a friendly and helpful voice would go a long way.

B E C A R F U L ! ! ! with this dealer...... Check paperwork closely. After a lot emails we make an agreement about the price, at the moment to finish the deal paperwork didn't match with was agreed before the sales person did not keep the value agreed thru the emails. Big disappointed after that they took one week to return my $500 dollar deposit. No serious people!!!!! Be aware.....

I purchased the Audi A4 at a fair price. There was a small cracking in the front window. When they try to fix it, they cracked it more. Was given a $225 dollar check to take elsewhere to repair. However, I had to wait a month to receive check. I had to call several times to finally get this money. Fixing the window costs $510.00 dollars and that was for an aftermarket window. Needless to say, I was not happy.

Prompt returned calls but they were not willing to go down on price at all. Even when the price of the vehicle was way over NADA price. They tried to tell me that it was under that price but I looked myself and had a GM friend look and it was way over priced. It was also shown to be a rental car previously. Which they did not mention. They claimed that they were "good people" and wouldn't try to pull on over on me. But apparently they are shady characters and not looking to make a sale.

On June 27, I was casually looking for a vehicle and called Texas Direct Auto and talked with a sales person name Ro. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and not pushy. I was convinced that she was truthful and I decided to purchased a vehicle. We formally met Ro on June 30, 2016 and she made buying a vehicle a pleasant experience. Ro who proceeded to take us through one of the most pleasant and informative car buying experiences I can remember. It's all too common to run into obnoxious car sales consultants who only want to get your signature and their commission as fast as possible. Too many vehicles are being handle there and are not completely checked for damage before being offered to customers. I drove over 3 hrs to be disappointed with car that was presented to me. It had dents and scratches on it that was quite dissapointing for a car with only 5,000 miles. They had more automobiles to offer,but first impression is always the way to win my business.

I purchased from this dealer. After a nationwide search, they had the best value on the low mileage unmolested car i was looking for. They weren't very flexible on the price, but they knew what they had, and they didn't have to be. Car is currently in transport, and i cant wait for it to get here.

Dealer contacted me, I was asked about the vehicle of interest. Asked to submit an application, I was called to say I was denied. They asked if my wife would submit, I asked if it would help, they said yes. My wife agreed and filled application for finance. They called to ask if she did, my wife responded yes. We haven't heard from the dealership, but it's only been a couple of days.

Such a comfortable buying environment. They let you test drive on your own, and don't hassle you to stay and talk for hours. Great price, great people, would definitely go back.
