Traveled 2 hour to location to be told vehicle was not at location. Here's a thought for management, if a client makes an appointment to see a vehicle maybe the manager should ensure the vehicle is actually there , and ready for client. Also managers answer was vehicle is at other location and will be brought to his location for me. I informed manager as I did with everyone I spoke with via email that I was on limited time. The managers answer was " hope its still here when you come back". Way to try to make the client feel guilty for there screw up.

"Best experience, Was assisted by Greg Wilson who was amazing running back and forth, staying till almost 11:30pm did I mention he even had time to play with my Lil one.Helped bring my car monthly payments and insurance payments down to what I can afford. Great deal and great doing business with this company. I strongly recommend them.

They were wonderful even tho they didn't have the exact car I saw on the website I still walked out same day with a car that was a smidge more but less miles they make the process of getting a car less stressful and actual care about trying to save you cash

Very deceitful and unprofessional . They act like they're doing you a favor . Someone needs to remind then they're a used car dealership . The price that is advertised is not the price that they're actually selling the car for. Go there at your own risk

They have the engine light showing on the car and said after I purchase it they will fix it. I told them to fix it before I test drive it . They said they don't work that way. They lost a sale

They advertise a great deal but it's a scam. They added approx. $3750. Plus the tax To the price advertised Even after you ask many times if the price online is correct. They are a complete scam !!!!!! I drove 1 hour after speaking with them about a car and the exact price and when I got there they didn't know where the car was. Then I come to find out all the prices are not real !!! They add 10 percent of the dealer cost on top of the advertised price when you begin to negotiate. They lie about the price in order to get you into the dealer !!!!!!

Indicated that I was interested just waiting on insurance to total my Durango, next thing I know they sold it without even giving me the chance to make an offer. Terrible way to do buisness in my opinion

I didn't purchase my car from them, but they didn't do anything wrong. They followed up to my initial inquiry within 24 hours, and didn't bother me or pester me.

absolutely terrible. First, I called and told them I was coming to see a car and to get it ready. Then they called me and asked if I was coming and I said yes. When I got there they still hadnt dug the car out yet. So I am trying to negotiate with them about the price and all they could say is that its an internet price and non negotiable even though I was willing to pay CASH for the car. Fine I agreed to pay the full amount. Now they are jacking up the price. The car was listed as $12,500. They said to get the car at that price I had to pay $2000 down which would have been 10% of the retail value of the car. So im thinking ok if the $2000 is a down payment then it should come off the price of the car, naturally. No, they now want to add that $2000 to the price of the car, now making it $14,500. So I decided I wasnt going to take it but I wanted to see how far they would go. Now they want to add in all these BS fees. They wanted to add a transportation fee even though the car is sitting right outside. Why should I pay for the transport of the car from whereever they got it from. They added a preparation fee and a mechanical fee which is basically the same thing. So with all these new fees the price went up almost another $2500. So now we are sitting around $17,000 roughly and we havent even added the taxes yet. What they are doing there is called a bait and switch. They lure you in with a great offer and once you get there they try to talk you into buying these cars and adding all these extra fees on top because they have convinced you that this is the car for you and you want it so you think these fees are required hoping they have backed you into a corner and just agree because they have pressured you. Well I am a military man and no fast talking car salesman will bully me. I told them to have a great day and left an thanked them for wasting almost 3 hours of my life. What a way to treat a veteran on memorial day

My interaction was very brief but I had no complaints. It was brief due to the fact the Vehicle I was interested in was already sold. I looked at what they had on the lot and none of the cars fit what I was looking for. Salesman was a nice guy and not pushy.

Scammers. Took me 10 minutes and a number of direct lies on their part to get them to confess that 10% of the advertised price would be added to the advertised price. Avoid if you don't like to be taken for a sucker.

Wouldn't make sure that the car I wanted was avaliable and was trying to stick me in a regular car. I live upstate ny and the snow here is ridiculous I refuse to let a car company sell me a car that won't help me out in the snow! Then when we told them no, they stuck their sales rep to convince us. Horrible and wont show myself ever again there
