The response I received was kind, I felt the process was misleading. There was a spot on the site to click to get a best price response. The response was that they already offer great benefits and a good price, therefore the advertised price is the price. Then why have a spot to click for best price.

Terrible experience, test drove the truck and got paper work to rolling within 20 minutes. Didn't get out of there until 6 hours later!! Don't know if sells men didn't know what they were doing or what, but a bunch of them were sitting around doing nothing at all while we sat there like lost puppies wondering what was going on. Good price on the truck at least and no bull corn on the trade in offer they sent me through email.

Taking way longer to close a deal they basically ignore you if your a long distance shopper it's been over a week still haven't even really began to even here about a deal. They salesman is always off and I have to call up there for no only to hear it's been busy. Very poor customer service.i have bought many cars and this is the slowest process I've seen from a dealership.

Everyone at Vroom was great! They worked to get the financing I wanted at a better rate than I could find anywhere. The communication was great! There was no negotiating but the price was fair. They arranged the shipping and I received the car exactly one week after all the paper work was completed. Only had the car a few days but we love it. I would recommend Vroom if you are looking for a very nice used car at a fair price.

Without a doubt, the easiest car buying experience I've been involved in from the Sales Associate (Cheney moon), through Shelly and Robert in Finance and all the way to the young Man (James Nethaway) delivering my vehicle and picking up my trade in. Answered all questions before leaving and provided ample time to look over and approve. coupled with the fact it came with a seven time timeframe to make sure I was satisfied and FREE pickup and delivery and it was a no brainer. Highly recommend anyone looking at purchasing a vehicle to make sure VROOM is at the top of your list.

Their market value was too high for the car. I offered a purchase deal at what Car Gurus had as their market value and refused the deal. The difference amount was less than 1k. You should remove them as a vendor for your site if the won't at least sell their vehicles at market price.

From start to finish, Vroom customer service beat every and all expectations. We were originally inquiring in a smaller vehicle but with their competitive prices we were able to get into the vehicle we really wanted! Marta was exceptional, she kept me inform all through the process and Mark, sales supervisor was very pleasant to deal with as well. We actually got our vehicle delivered that same day!!! Our delivery guy was just amazing, he was very polite and was very proud to work for Vroom. Thank you Vroom, we will definitely be coming back :)

The price was at the high end of value , wanted them to come down a bit , they won't ! Ford was having great rebates and mark downs on new F250's, so to me that made this one overpriced as it had turned a year older and been listed for 165 days .

This dealer was a no haggle, set price dealer, which is different than what I have dealt with in the past. It actually made the process so easy and we researched the price through several different websites and felt like we received a fair price. We ended up purchasing the car we found and were very happy with the process. We have already recommended this dealer to several of our friends. We wil be looking to use them again in the future.

Although I did not purchase a vehicle, they responded promptly via phone when I inquired online, and when I arrived to test drive, the salesman (Luigi) was polite, informational, and accommodating. The minimal amount of paper work completed in order to test drive was no hassle and I also felt unpressured to purchase. The salesman informed me that they don't receive commission, nor do they haggle, but that they sell based on volume with a small profit margin, averaging approximately 300 cars per month. I would definitely recommend this dealer and will keep them in mind when I am ready to finally purchase.

Hard to get minor problem solved, I bought a "certified " ram 1500. The remote start did not work when I test drove the truck. I gave up on them fixing it and went online looking for a fix, I locked myself in the truck and used the remote. I got an alarm saying the hood was open, went to the local dodge dealer and spent $3 on a plastic pin that solved the problem.

Was skeptical on some of the reviews I read stating how great the dealership was. Also was skeptical by the very clean and numbered pictures, and the very low cost of the cars. Looked at new mustang on the site, everything looked way to good to be true, but took drive to check them out. Staff was AMAZING! The car was 100% as in pictures! They got me 3 points lower on finance rate than anyone else, AND gave me $2,500 more on my trade than the other lots I had went to in previous weeks!!! I live in Hawaii &was intending to buy a corvette in Dallas &use it on an extended road trip &ship it from the West Coast back to Hawaii. I chose a car from Auto America&deposited $500 to hold it &arranged the financing. They said that their policy was to hold it for only 24 hours. I told them that I was coming from Hawaii & would be there at the end of the month to pick it up. They said that they would work with me. Two weeks before my arrival I called them to make sure that everything was okay. They informed me that they had sold the car a week earlier to someone else. I told them that that I has invested over $3000 in airfare &shipping costs &asked them why they had sold the car without notifying me. They said they were sorry but I was out of luck. I feel that they lied to me & stabbed me in the back. Warning, beware!!

My experiance was not a good one. I went to make a purchase and got all the paper work and all I wanted to do was go over the EXTRA charges that were presented on the paperwork. They would not explain any one of them. I was told that the $115 third party title fee was manditory. This is funny because someone at the front desk never heard of it. Then I gave them a photo ID of my liscence when I arrived and then 5 days later they needed a copy again. My thought is to let that $115 go to work and get it. Isn't that what I was paying for? I don't know, 3 times I asked and not once did I ever get a response from any of the EXTRAS. Also if you are in a big hurry to buy and NOT go over anything about the vehicle when you arrive, not even a test drive when we were just getting ready to, the manager said " that won't be necessary and I will take it from here." Than this is the place for you, but not my cup of tea. He took me in his office, asked me for a check. Gave me the keys, and said thanks for your business and walked away. This is just down right pompus. I would not recomenr them to anyone. But , they do have an impressive showroom.

Absolutely fantastic. Not a salesy environment, more than fair price for my car and more than fair price for trading in my old one. It's a clean and beautiful building as well. The only drawback was the location way out in Grand Prairie, but worth the drive.

Made my first vehicle purchase here and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Everything is straight-forward with no pushy sales reps intimidating you. If you're in the market for a newer model, (especially if you're new to this game) I would definitely recommend Auto America. I live in the area and made my purchase in person.

Great price. Great service. I walked in expecting the usual car buying experience. Pushy salesmen and tricky numbers with hidden fees. Everyone and everything was very straightforward which is highly unusual for this segment. My wife and I couldn't be happier.

Their prices are fair and the buying experience is stress free. I was in and out of there in a little over an hour with a new car! They don't negotiate prices here as a policy, but the price they offer is fair to start out with. Plus you get 1 year roadside assistance and a limited warranty. Overall I was very happy with the deal.

Over all a very good experience.Very good experience online with Vanessa and financial arrangements with Nichole.Nichole was not pushy with add ons and was very professonel .Small issues with new sales person who did not know car and make ready that could have used a little armor all to make the car look a little better.

I did not buy the vehicle. One, because the distance from my home to AutoAmerica would have required a round trip of 500 miles. Next, the sales person told me on the phone that the photos of the vehicle were actual photos of the car. Later I found 2 more similar vehicles on their website with the same identical generic photos. That made me suspicious that I might not be dealing with an honest proprietor. Otherwise, communications between me and the dealership were professional, timely and courteous.

I contacted Auto America Oct 7th heard back same day scheduled an appointment to look at a Jeep Wrangler over the weekend. Although I did not receive a confirmation prior to the appointment like stated, I still went over to look at the vehicle. They are a new Dealer looking to expand, their customer service is impeccable they really do all they can to get you out in your dream car. The team was not in any way pushy as in other dealers I visited, I met 5 representatives and all great people. I drove off in my new Jeep Wrangler on October the 14th (It took a weeks span because of my work schedule) They are friendly, helpful and up front, special thanks to Lauren and Alex for helping me make it happen. Also Brian and Cherri for making sure I was taken care of! This dealer is brand new, does not work off commission so their approach is sincere and in your best interest, they will take care of you!
