Took too long. $40,000 vehicle I was prepared to buy was gone and I never got an option or offer to buy anything else. I will not buy from Vroom in Grand Prairie, Tx.

I was assured before I drove to their facility that they had the vehicle on site. When I arrived, I was told the vehicle was in another city but could be delivered within 48 hours. Will not deal with them again.

Very quick to call me back after I expressed interest online for one of their cars. The person on the phone helped me to set up an appointment right away. The sales person was new and did not know much about cars, but good thing I knew what I was looking for and the car I was interested in. In the car test a problem happened, the interior rear view mirror fell and was supposed to be fixed by the time I picked the car, as I bought. Well the problem is still happening and I am working with the dealership to get this fix, hopefully I won't have a problem getting them I assume their warranty commitment

The lack of communication "physically" from this dealership is terrible. A car buying experience brings up a lot of questions that should be addressed promptly and not taken lightly. (In my opinion,anyhow). This dealership treats its customers as statistics and shows no care nor value in them. I would not recommend this dealership to even the most experienced car buyer.

Great experience with VROOM. Ended up purchasing the car. Nice people. Only little issue I had with them was, they could have been a little more receptive to my small complaints and considered adjusting the price for the little issues. Overall very good place to buy car if they have what you want.

made promises on the phone that they had no intention of following through with. Got my car appraised by them, picked the car I wanted and they told me I needed a $10,000 down payment in order to finance it. Except they never even ran my credit to find out what I could qualify for (I have LifeLock, so I checked) Will never give them another chance... maybe you will have better luck, but forewarned...

Drove 40 minutes to test drive the car. Appointment at 2pm. Paid $500 deposit to hold the car and show my interest. Did not get there until 330pm due to traffic and car was not ready. They were working on the brakes. Slapped the wheels back on without fixing the brakes (which pulled and grinded during the test drive). Greasy footprints all over the driver mat carpet. Per their website and documentation they said they would meet or beat any offer from a competitor. Offered me $2000 less than the valid printed offer that I had gotten 2 days before. Would not budge on their offer. Walked out immediately without discussing any cars and went to the competitor to buy a car that night.

It was an extremely good experience. There are many, many beautiful vehicles from which to choose. Chances are Vroom has a vehicle to meet most budget-minded buyers. However, I do believe that their 'buying/purchasing process' is a bit long + time consuming as it took at least 8-10 hours to finally complete the transaction. But in all fairness to the dealer, I do not know how this time compares to those times required by its competitors. Also when external agencies, like financial institutions, need to be involved; this likely is the biggest bottleneck in the 'purchasing process'.

the dealer called but never gave the address where i could come and see the car. Did a few follow up and then dealer finally gave me the address, but by hen i had already finalized another BMW from a nearby dealer who was more sincere and keen on selling the car :)

I liked the idea of them shipping the car for free and the 7 day guaranteed to return it if not totally satisfied. My 2015 vette came with deep scratches on the passenger side front windshield black moulding. The part is 150.00 to fix and I can do it myself .I wasn't going to send her back for that! Ian is a step up guy and was there for me even on his off days! Today is my 7th day . I will keep her. Her name is slickchick!! New vettes were 75k in the Orange color that I wanted. I found slickchick a 2015 one owner 2,315 miles with every option I wanted!!! Full general motors warranty plus I added extended with vroom. All that for 63k this was a great DEAL!!!! I've dealt with three different Vroom sales people now and all three have come across as too busy to interract, pretentious, and not willing to go the extra mile for my business. I drove over an hour, with financing approved, and they knew I was coming. Five minutes before I get there, I get a text to let me know the car had just sold. I was so upset. I had no idea someone else was looking. They never told me. I was disappointed and felt they did not care.

They did not respond to my message. When I called the next day after leaving the message to inquire about a vehicle, they said they already had a buyer place the vehicle on hold that day and they would contact me if the customer changed their mind. If they would have responded to my message I would have put it on hold immediately and bought the vehicle from them.I never heard back from them...

I was told that they would appraise my car in 20 minutes, and they took my car away leaving me hostage in their dealership for an hour. Then after wasting my time, they offered me a fraction of its value, well below trade-in value. Nice cars, but overpriced. No negotiation.

Showed up at the dealership to buy a truck, unfortunately after 30min of wait they had no salesperson to help me. I drove 45min to buy and lost 30min just sitting there. Drove home and as it turns out a dealership by my home had exactly what I needed.

I loved the Tahoe and I immediately submitted my usaa loan. I received the papers in the mail, signed them, and mailed them off as soon as I could. I also mailed the title to the vehicle I was trading in. In the process about four different people text me, initially one didn't even mention his name. He just told me he would be in charge of making sure my car was in great condition before it shipped out. There were other things along the way that made me think this was a bad idea. But that last text really for me thinking. When I've purchased vehicles in the past I leave with the car that same day. A red flag definitely came up when he told me that... I text these four different people with questions and didn't get an answer. Then when I called to tell them I wanted to cancel the deal the finance woman told me they couldn't because the vehicle had already been shipped out, yet two others told me the vehicle was still there. Now the loan has home through, I'm waiting on their bank to return the loan to my bank. And I'm waiting on the title to my car. I was very courteous and compliant with what they asked of me because I really wanted the Tahoe, but something just dudnt feel right. Hopefully they are professional enough to great me with the same courtesy and professionalism and ow through on returning my loan and title. Huge lesson learned.

Was told that "it's something you want to discuss with your spouse" when I was explaining why I couldn't decide on financing options within 15minutes of the first phone call to them, before being transferred to manager who had better idea of financing terms and procedures. Given the high pressure to do something about the potential competitor buyer that the original rep called in to warn me about, I then put down a $500 deposit to hold the car for 24 hours. At the 20th hour, received email that car was no longer on hold. Then, I realized that I had missed two calls from Vroom at about the 18th hour of the hold because I was in an important meeting where I could not pick up calls. Was told that they don't get paid commission, so all cars priced at 5 to 8% below market price, but car showed as being overpriced online. Not sure what to believe or why I was being "dumped" at the 20th hour just because I couldn't pick up their call. Overall, I felt pressured and unable to trust this dealer.

The response I received was kind, I felt the process was misleading. There was a spot on the site to click to get a best price response. The response was that they already offer great benefits and a good price, therefore the advertised price is the price. Then why have a spot to click for best price.

Terrible experience, test drove the truck and got paper work to rolling within 20 minutes. Didn't get out of there until 6 hours later!! Don't know if sells men didn't know what they were doing or what, but a bunch of them were sitting around doing nothing at all while we sat there like lost puppies wondering what was going on. Good price on the truck at least and no bull corn on the trade in offer they sent me through email.

Taking way longer to close a deal they basically ignore you if your a long distance shopper it's been over a week still haven't even really began to even here about a deal. They salesman is always off and I have to call up there for no only to hear it's been busy. Everyone at Vroom was great! They worked to get the financing I wanted at a better rate than I could find anywhere. The communication was great! There was no negotiating but the price was fair. They arranged the shipping and I received the car exactly one week after all the paper work was completed. Only had the car a few days but we love it. I would recommend Vroom if you are looking for a very nice used car at a fair price.

Without a doubt, the easiest car buying experience I've been involved in from the Sales Associate (Cheney moon), through Shelly and Robert in Finance and all the way to the young Man (James Nethaway) delivering my vehicle and picking up my trade in. Answered all questions before leaving and provided ample time to look over and approve. coupled with the fact it came with a seven time timeframe to make sure I was satisfied and FREE pickup and delivery and it was a no brainer. Highly recommend anyone looking at purchasing a vehicle to make sure VROOM is at the top of your list.

Their market value was too high for the car. I offered a purchase deal at what Car Gurus had as their market value and refused the deal. The difference amount was less than 1k. You should remove them as a vendor for your site if the won't at least sell their vehicles at market price.

From start to finish, Vroom customer service beat every and all expectations. We were originally inquiring in a smaller vehicle but with their competitive prices we were able to get into the vehicle we really wanted! This dealer was a no haggle, set price dealer, which is different than what I have dealt with in the past. It actually made the process so easy and we researched the price through several different websites and felt like we received a fair price. We ended up purchasing the car we found and were very happy with the process. We have already recommended this dealer to several of our friends. We wil be looking to use them again in the future.

Although I did not purchase a vehicle, they responded promptly via phone when I inquired online, and when I arrived to test drive, the salesman (Luigi) was polite, informational, and accommodating. The minimal amount of paper work completed in order to test drive was no hassle and I also felt unpressured to purchase. The salesman informed me that they don't receive commission, nor do they haggle, but that they sell based on volume with a small profit margin, averaging approximately 300 cars per month. I would definitely recommend this dealer and will keep them in mind when I am ready to finally purchase.

Hard to get minor problem solved, I bought a "certified " ram 1500. The remote start did not work when I test drove the truck. I gave up on them fixing it and went online looking for a fix, I locked myself in the truck and used the remote. I got an alarm saying the hood was open, went to the local dodge dealer and spent $3 on a plastic pin that solved the problem.

Was skeptical on some of the reviews I read stating how great the dealership was. Also was skeptical by the very clean and numbered pictures, and the very low cost of the cars. Looked at new mustang on the site, everything looked way to good to be true, but took drive to check them out. Staff was AMAZING! The car was 100% as in pictures! They got me 3 points lower on finance rate than anyone else, AND gave me $2,500 more on my trade than the other lots I had went to in previous weeks!!! Hands down.......best service I have ever received in my life! Check them out, you will be glad you did, I am!

I live in Hawaii &was intending to buy a corvette in Dallas &use it on an extended road trip &ship it from the West Coast back to Hawaii. I chose a car from Auto America&deposited $500 to hold it &arranged the financing. They said that their policy was to hold it for only 24 hours. I told them that I was coming from Hawaii & would be there at the end of the month to pick it up. They said that they would work with me. Two weeks before my arrival I called them to make sure that everything was okay. They informed me that they had sold the car a week earlier to someone else. I told them that that I has invested over $3000 in airfare &shipping costs &asked them why they had sold the car without notifying me. They said they were sorry but I was out of luck. I feel that they lied to me & stabbed me in the back. Warning, beware!!

Seller not willing to negotiate. Found a Volvo Certified Pre-Owned 2010 with 30k fewer miles and only a little more $. I was not impressed by AutoAmerica although they did answer most of my questions in a timely manner.

My experiance was not a good one. I went to make a purchase and got all the paper work and all I wanted to do was go over the EXTRA charges that were presented on the paperwork. They would not explain any one of them. I was told that the $115 third party title fee was manditory. This is funny because someone at the front desk never heard of it. Then I gave them a photo ID of my liscence when I arrived and then 5 days later they needed a copy again. My thought is to let that $115 go to work and get it. Isn't that what I was paying for? I don't know, 3 times I asked and not once did I ever get a response from any of the EXTRAS. Also if you are in a big hurry to buy and NOT go over anything about the vehicle when you arrive, not even a test drive when we were just getting ready to, the manager said " that won't be necessary and I will take it from here." Than this is the place for you, but not my cup of tea. He took me in his office, asked me for a check. Gave me the keys, and said thanks for your business and walked away. This is just down right pompus. I would not recomenr them to anyone. But , they do have an impressive showroom.

Absolutely fantastic. Not a salesy environment, more than fair price for my car and more than fair price for trading in my old one. It's a clean and beautiful building as well. The only drawback was the location way out in Grand Prairie, but worth the drive.

Made my first vehicle purchase here and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Everything is straight-forward with no pushy sales reps intimidating you. If you're in the market for a newer model, (especially if you're new to this game) I would definitely recommend Auto America. I live in the area and made my purchase in person.

Their prices are fair and the buying experience is stress free. I was in and out of there in a little over an hour with a new car! They don't negotiate prices here as a policy, but the price they offer is fair to start out with. Plus you get 1 year roadside assistance and a limited warranty. Overall I was very happy with the deal.

Over all a very good experience.Very good experience online with Vanessa and financial arrangements with Nichole.Nichole was not pushy with add ons and was very professonel .Small issues with new sales person who did not know car and make ready that could have used a little armor all to make the car look a little better.

I did not buy the vehicle. One, because the distance from my home to AutoAmerica would have required a round trip of 500 miles. Next, the sales person told me on the phone that the photos of the vehicle were actual photos of the car. Later I found 2 more similar vehicles on their website with the same identical generic photos. That made me suspicious that I might not be dealing with an honest proprietor. Otherwise, communications between me and the dealership were professional, timely and courteous.

I contacted Auto America Oct 7th heard back same day scheduled an appointment to look at a Jeep Wrangler over the weekend. Although I did not receive a confirmation prior to the appointment like stated, I still went over to look at the vehicle. They are a new Dealer looking to expand, their customer service is impeccable they really do all they can to get you out in your dream car. The team was not in any way pushy as in other dealers I visited, I met 5 representatives and all great people. I drove off in my new Jeep Wrangler on October the 14th (It took a weeks span because of my work schedule) They are friendly, helpful and up front, special thanks to Lauren and Alex for helping me make it happen. Also Brian and Cherri for making sure I was taken care of! This dealer is brand new, does not work off commission so their approach is sincere and in your best interest, they will take care of you!
