Didn't know anyrhing about the car. Dealer either didn't perform a pre-check inspection or knowing sold a car that was unsafe for travel. Had the vehicle for only 4 days and will cost 3700 to fix to make it road worthy. One broken and one severly damaged motor mount and several bad oil leaks. Before you buy make sure you get the inspection or have an independent mechanic look at the car. Spending 150 on a a pre-check is better than 3700 in repairs to make a car safe

I was going to purchase a 2000 Mercedes Benz 500SL. It was to be a cash sale. Mind you , I am on an assignment in a Midwest state. I asked the sales person if he or a staff member can take the vehicle to Forest Park so my mechanic can look at the vehicle. My mechanic has 30 years as a mechanic with Mercedes. The salesman Papa, suggest we go to his location. See by driving it to our location, would bring out all of the potential defects on this vehicle. If we found a problem while at Auto Brokers, they will tell they would fix it which is what we did not want to hear. Especially if you're paying cash. I will not be going there anytime again.

Overall, not too bad of an experience. First the positives: The salesman, Mitchell, was really cool and helpful. He worked with me on the price of the truck. The bank we were financing through wanted a little more money down than we were willing to put down, so I asked for the price of the truck to be dropped a bit more. They weren't willing to budge on that, but they did give a substantial amount more on my trade-in to help alleviate that a bit. And the negatives: Their normal finance manager was not there that day, so things moved pretty slowly (we were there 5 1/2 hours) in order to get financed and to close. Once we signed all of the paper work, we find out that some papers were not signed so that is a bit of an inconvenience. They fedexed the remaining paperwork to us so that we wouldnt have to drive all the way back up to Marietta. The vehicle I bought was in great shape, but it did need an oil change which I asked for an allowance on..but did not receive. I asked if they service vehicles there, and was told they have a part time guy that wasnt there that day. The vehicle barely had any gas in it, and I asked for a gas allowance to atleast get us home (we live 1.5 hours away from dealership) and they put maybe $5 in the truck. Just enough to get me to the nearest gas station. The vehicle has a bad tire pressure sensor which was not replaced and was missing a radio antenna. All things I asked to be addressed, but were not. It was the small things that they need to work on to make the experience for their customers better. Overall though, it wasnt horrible. Car buying isnt really fun, but those small things add up and can either make it better for the customer, or worse.

Low balled me on my trade in and over valued their vehicle-- which was previously in a car accident. They refused to budge on their price and eventually got agitated with me comparing their vehicle to other dealerships with respect to price, mileage and condition.

Nick Franzen was accommodating in every way. Dealership was spotless as were all the vehicles for sale. Transaction process was quick. Would do business with UAB again. Upon pick up of my car, I drove it home traveling 450 miles...Nick knew this...wished he had called at end of day to assure my journey was successful.

Vehicle looked great. I decided on the purchase even though no attempts were made to negotiate or sweeten the deal. Mitchell was cool and the finance guy was also. I do wish something extra was done for me for making the purchase.

These guys to me was very unorganized, one sales person would tell you one thing then another would tell you something different, they say they will call you back in 10-15min, then it would be 3 hours with no call back or info until you call them. Very poor service in my book.

United Auto Brokers rep. was rude. I called to ask about a car that was listed. I wanted to verify before driving that the car was available and that we could negotiate a fair price. I was told "da price is da price". I drove there anyway thinking that cash in hand was a more powerful tool. I found the lot tucked away in a warehouse district in Marietta as if insinuate that there is some sort exclusivity to a used car lot.... I found the vehicle after they summoned a sales rep., The sales rep was nice enough and he walked me to the vehicle and low and behold there it was all 2 different colors of it. The car had a plastic coating (sticker) on the front to protect from rocks and debris and save the paint. The side affect being that it did not fade like the rest of the car. After pointing that out they acted as if they didn't see it. I again asked if they would be interested in taking a reasonable offer because I felt like I could repair the paint enough to minimize the damage.I was told again that they don't negotiate and that the car was at market value. I pointed out that it was clearly well over the market even dictated the web site that it is listed on... Think very hard before doing business with this "used car lot". They also tried to convince me that the cost was due to the overhead... Save it...there is no more overhead in a warehouse in an abandon warehouse district than in a main thorough fair.......Stay away....Happy car hunting.

I had set an appointment to look at a BMW 745LI. It was on a Thurs. , I even checked with them Sat. Morning to confirm & to be sure the car was still there. I was told I will contact you if this car sold over the weekend & that he wouldn't have me drive thaf far away far nothing!!! My appointment was the following Monday. I had every intention of buying this car. I live 2 hours away, my appointment was @ 10:15am with Jabrelle. So my husband & I left home Monday before 8am! So I called them about 9:30am to let them know I was almost there. I was then told that the car hold sold 2 days ago! Waste of time!!! Definitely not the easy to do business! 3 days later I get a voicemail from a guy name Mitchell, saying "I have great news about the BMW 745Li!" I return the call the following day out of curiosity (wondering why is this car back on the lot for sale?)& somewhat exited (because I really wanted this particular car.) So I told him about me coming 3days prior yo his call. Then his response was let me check to see if it's still here! The car was sold & he started tell me what other car he had that was 10k higher then the one I wasnted! Terrible experience with these guys! Car buying is stressful enough without all the extras!!!!

I emailed the dealer because I was interested in one of their vehicles posted. The sales rep email reply was very matter of fact and basically made me feel like I should not have emailed them if I wasn't ready to pay full price. I was hoping that I would receive a better sales rep who was genuinely ready to help me through this process. I never responded back to his email. I will continue my Jeep Wrangler search elsewhere.

I looked at a 2001 BMW ///M3 that was recommended to me through USAA (who I was financing through). The ///M3 had 88k miles, 2 previous owners, and was listed for $10k over Blue Book value. The sales staff was completely firm and un-negotiable on the price; claiming the vehicle was in "perfect condition," "lightly driven/babied," and that their price was "fair." I tracked down the previous owner on an ///M3 owners forum. The previous owner informed me that the vehicle had Vanos issues, a hole in the floorboard, and serious sub-frame issues. I WILL NEVER CONTACT THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN.

I spoke with the finance mgr originally a week ago today, and he had a salesman call me the very next day.GREAT! Not so fast! I was advised by the mgr to fill out the app online first to eliminate a long wait when I test drive. The salesman Steven tod me the exact opposite. I followed up with the finance mgr & was told he would pull my app online & call me back. After 2 days & no call back I called him back & was told I would be called back in 10 mins. That was 3 days ago still no call. I released my info online & do not appreciate being treated this way. I do not recommend UAB to anyone especially do not give them your information online. Bad customer service.
