The sales manager was very rude when valuing my trade. He never as much as acknowledged us as he was given the keys to my car and when he returned from driving it. From the initial phone call I was upfront with the sales person that I liked this 2016 Audi, but buying it was predicated on being able to break even on my lease. I was not willing to take a loss and would wait till the lease was up in January if I had to. We agreed that I would bring my RDX over to the dealership that night for them to value my trade. She even called ACURA to get my buy out number. She left me hopeful it might be possible. My RDX is in very good condition and has low mileage. I was upfront that I understood a break even trade might not be possible. When we got there the sales person had another customer so instead of having my car valued she had us test drive the Audi. We came back and she gave my keys to the manager. He drove it and went back to his office. A few minutes later the sales person gave me a number that had me losing $3,000. I thanked her, but said no thanks. As I emphasized from the beginning my buying the other SUV depended on my ability to break even on my trade. She asked us to wait. She wanted to go back to the manager to discuss. That in itself was annoying. So we waited only for her to come back and say sorry that's our best offer. Why did she go back in the first place. My problem is how the sales manager handled it. Instead of ignoring us he should have come out and introduced himself since he was the one valuing my car. That's just being professional and treating customers with respect. Secondly instead of playing the silly back and forth game, he should have just told me directly you can't break even on your trade at this point. Best to ride out the last few months of your lease and come back to see us in December. Simple and done. Don't throw out a number that you know I won't accept and add it to the cost of the vehicle I was interested in and give it to the sales person to present to me. I will be buying another SUV in a few months, but it won't be from this dealership.

I was very impressed with the communication between the salesman and I. I would recommend Tom Masano to anyone looking to buy a vehicle new or used. They will do anything to help you drive away in the vehicle of your choice. I'm sincerely grateful for the time and effort as well as the willingness to work with customers. They made the car purchasing process graceful!!!

Drove 3 hours to look at the vw Beetle.called prior to verify condition was much worst than presented on the phone. Oil and black soot all over engine compartment. Was told no issues and still had factory warranty left if any concern. Tires were worn to the point it drove like it had snow tires on it with bad road noise. Also Had a bad turbo lag and seemed it could be a car we would regret buying. Price was inline for year and miles but car should have been prepped better with new tires and cleaned up to verify no leaks. No wonder they have had it over 80 days Decided to buy New rather than take on other potential issues

This was the perfect experience. My husband and I knew what we wanted to spend wjat we wanted foe our trade in and had neen researchi g for aometime to know that our requests were not unreasonable. We called the jeep was pulled out and ready for us upon arrival. There was no haggling like I have experienced wuth many other dealers. We were in and out under 2 hours. I have never enjoyed buying a car in the past. I would recommend this dealership and Andrea to anyone who knows what they want to buy and looking for an easy, straightforward, purchasing experience with knowledgeable friendly staff. Oh and we pulled off the lot wuth an awesome jeep at a great price.

Great customer service very nice people and answered all my questions I would have absolute bought the truck but they already had someone put a deposit down on it but they car keeping and eye out for me when another 1 comes in they will contact me

Called ahead and several people looked to see if they still had the car - one said she wasn't sure and another said he thought maybe they had it. Got there and the poor saleswoman couldn't seem to be able to get a key. They probably lost a sale - went elsewhere.

Typical used car salesman. Extremely nice and friendly until we couldn't meet at an appropriate price. I know a lot about the model I was looking at. I feel they were trying acting as if I knew nothing about the vehicle b/c I am female. I told him that we would not be making a deal today. He just walked away from me. Didn't shake my hand, didn't thank me for coming in. Just was a bit rude when when he realized a deal was not going to happen. Based on this,.. Even if they met my price, I would not make a purchase from them. Vehicle was as expected. Usual superficial dings and a minor scratch here and there. It was in the "good" category by KBB and they were rating is as "excellent". That is one of the reasons we couldn't meet at a fair price. Their had a lot of nice vehicles.

The dealer was very responsive. i sent my inquiry late in the evening and the dealership responded the next day. The salesman answered all of my questions. I haven't decided if i'm going to purchase the vehicle but that has nothing to do with the dealership.

The initial phone call was great. All of my questions were answered, which earned my trust. I was warmly greeted when I arrived at the dealership. At no time during the process did I feel pressured into buying the vehicle. A+ customer service. It took me over an hour to travel there but it was definitely worth the trip. Highly recommend this dealership to all.

Bad manager skills. I Purchased a vehicle from them. 1st issue was the options weren't all included as advertized. Then when I left the dealership the ac didn't work. Took it back immediately. Had the nitro less than 30mins. They gave me a loaner but took almost a hour of waiting for them to get their bearings together, while pacing around my new car the hood was dimpled with hail damage that was not in the car facts or ever mentioned by the sales guy. On there site there was an option that there was a 5day garrentee no questions asked return. The longer I waited I did not trust the car. When I told the sales manager phill I did not want the car he told me I could not return it. The garrentee wasnt for his dealership.. After some hhours he finally said he would talk to his manager on monday. Monday would have been 6days. When I told him a few hours later that I wanted a signed statement saying that I was returning the vehicle on monday because no one could help on a saturday. He said he wasn't going to sign anything and he would do the return on monday. I felt very disappointed that I was blatantly lied to and almost bought a vehicle with more wrong than surface damage. If your buying a used car from them check everything take a mechanic with you. I will never recommend this dealer for service of a used vehicle.

I bought a 2013 RAM 1500, it was clean and was everything I expected. Priced to sell and worked with me on my trade-in to get the price where I needed it. only reason it isn't 5/5 is when they replaced the taillight bulbs, they forgot to put the screws back in, so the taillights were loose. They quickly resolved this, and since the service dept was closed, they pulled screws out of another RAM to get me on my way.

Dealer responded quickly and we looked at the car that I inquired about as well as two other options. I ended up buying the car from them. Great experience. Great price, transaction was quick and easy and the sales person from Masano, Andrea Miller, was awesome. I recommend dealing with Andrea for used cars.

Couldnt get on the same time frame because of workong third shift. But I sent an email that I was coming down, and apparently nobody got it. So I show up and ask about the truck with another salesman. Who did nothing but talk me out of even looking at it. Told me it was on a holding lot, and it was all rusted up. Im guessing he didnt want to do nothing because it was right around lunch time.

I sent a message through car gurus and recieved a generic response to come down and take a test drive and a little info about the vehicle. I sent another email with some questions regarding the vehicle and recieved no response. I called the dealership and asked the same questions I emailed and was told someone would call me back.......4 days later I'm still wating for a call back

GOOD DEALER I've done business with this dealer in the past and was close to traveling to Reading do so again. They usually provide very competitive pricing on all of their vehicles - especially in pre-owned inventory. I just went in another direction this time

The dealer responded very quickly and gave us the information we needed. So the next day we headed to the dealer and bought our wrangler. The dealer told us we had 2 years left on the factory warranty only to find out a few days later the wrangler was originally delivered to Canada which voids all of jeeps warranties. They knew this and outright lied to us. Pretty shady operation I'd say.

Dealer contacted me but told me there were 2500$ in fees. And gave me an example that the inspection is $2400. I challenged that letting the dealer know I'm not new to this. The salesman says well I'm not sure I work new cars I'll have someone call you from used cars. Surprisingly someone from used cars did call me back but says we don't have a 2004 Volkswagen Passat for $1900. Really dude. Slimy car salesmen. I wouldn't buy a thing from them. Clearly you can see that there is a car posted. Rating -1 for being misleading and untrustworthy.

One word HORRIBLE!!! We scheduled appt for test drive..van wasn't even pulled out of parking spot so we couldn't even open doors all the way to see the insides and Andrea made us pull it out of spot and I could barely do that cause of the spot it was in..came back and wanted to work a deal cause the front end was REALLY out of alinement and seats were broken and the inside was so dirty..she got an attitude and said we don't negocate because we don't recieve commission anymore..wouldn't even drop a dollar and when we said fine we didn't want it again she got a attitude and didn't try to offer us to see another car or anything never even stand up when we were leaving..she definitely needs a attitude adjustment!! Would NEVER recommend to anyone not even my worst enemy!!

The car sold from Friday!!! And I haven't receive a phone call notice until Monday morning!!! The dealer trying to get me the other car for same miles, same body, but extra money!!! They'll never lower their price!!! I took my day off for nothing!!! I'm not recommend to this dealer at all!

Curtis Sites was our Sales Representative. He was excellent!! He took his time with us, explained everything and allowed us to ask as many questions as we had. My husband and I both were very impressed with this young man. He was very polite and friendly. We plan on recommending Curtis to our family and friends. The service portion was a little less impressive. the jeep we purchased needed to get the windshield replaced and a part fixed in the under portion of the vehicle. This process started at 12:00 pm the windshield was finished by 12:45 pm. We were there until after 5 pm waiting for the other part to get finished, this we were told wouldn't take very long. At approx. 3:00 pm we were told that they would be finished soon, but like I said it took until after 5 pm. We were at the dealership from 9 am until after 5. It was a very long day. Everyone was very nice and offered us coffee and water while we waited, it was just a very long wait. When we went to leave, the jeep was to have at least a half a tank of fuel, it had less than a 1/4 tank, when my husband asked about the fuel, the gentleman who had to go get the gas in the jeep seemed very unhappy he had to do it. We understand that other people had appointments that had been scheduled prior to our jeep, but we had just spent the entire day there and spent well over $22,000 on a vehicle, we just feel they were lacking in the service area. I would like to thank Curtis for everything he did and for being as friendly as he was. We love our jeep!!

Went to look at used vehicle. Brian Schiavo was my sales contact and couldn't have been more honest, pleasant or helpful. The finance department was also a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend this dealership based on my experience there.

Equipment listed in ad was not on the vehicle. Explore is missing jack & lug wrench. Fold down seat is broken and we were not advised that it was nonfunctional. A call and email about the problems to the sales person resulted in no return contact.

cars advertised as excellent condition. Drove 2 hours to find them in average to good condition. Scratches, tons of scuff marks, wear and tear yet website has every category as excellent condition. Be prepared for the car you want not to be in the condition they say it is. Barely looks like they washed or vaccumed the darn things..

Stopped in looking for a 6 passenger SUV or van around $15k. First salesman said he was to tired to help me and pointed me to another, who looked on the internet for 3 minutes then said they did not have anything. At home an hour later I found over a dozen vehicles on their website in the categories I was looking for. Uncaring, rude and lazy sales staff has lost my business...forever.
