Tom Holzer Ford contacted me right away, I was a little shocked because it was 7 am when I sent the E-mail. They helped me get the test drive setup and when I got there there was some confusion and had to wait a bit. When we finally got a salesmans assistance things went smooth. We drove 2 cars and we were presented with several payment options our salesman was great and very patient with my daughter she was buying her first car.

I was told the vehicle I wanted to look at was still available and was told the keys would be waiting for me when I got there. The girl at the front desk told me she would schedule me with one of the sales people. Ok, awesome! No. When I got there the vehicle was already sold and getting picked up within the hour. The salesman had no idea that there was a specific vehicle I was there to look at and on top of all that, he was running around like a chicken with his head chopped off because I wasn't the only client he was working with at the time. He had 2 others, so he wasn't really paying attention and was just rushing around the whole time. I actually had to search for him because he kept running away so much. Overall, the trip was just a waste of gas and time.

I went to drive a car I was looking at online and it wouldn't start. So I ended up leaving and they replaced the battery and drive the car out to me and let me test drive it for 3 days. I live 45 minutes away so I wasn't down the street. Everyone I spoke with actually listened to what I wanted and was flexible with what I wanted my monthly payments to be. They all were extremely polite and talked to you like you were a friend and not a used car salesman. I would recommend this dealership to people of all ages who are looking for a great car from great people

Terrible experience at Holzer Ford. Drove 2hrs to look at a used car. And they didn't even sweep out or bother to clean the inside of the vehicle. Inside of vehicle smelled awful. When I asked about the vehicle prior to coming up. I was told it was in immaculate condition. Bunch of liars

The dealer was punctual as far as my appointment time. The salesman only showed me what I came to see without attempting to show me anything else. I did find a car somewhere else though. Most dealers won't or don't come outside of the building.
