Absolutely horrible experience I was told before I even left the house and my credit was approved and they were ready to sell me a car I arrived on the scene they said they had to run my credit they wouldn't have even let me look at any cars until they ran my credit they ran it it came back good acceptable and they still would not finance a car for me so I ended up leaving very unhappy and dissatisfied

Although I did not bother to see the car I was interested in, I did receive quick & friendly customer service. The sales rep. was able to answer my questions accurately & saved me the hassle of driving to the dealership for a car that didn't meet my requirements (the engine was only a 4 cylinder; too slow!).

I wouldn't even give this a one star but you have to pick one........This dealership does not stand behind their warranty. We purchased a Kia Optima brand new because of the warranty. We were having problems and brought to store. They charged us $112.00 to look at it. They said the charge would be waived if they found a problem. They could not find a problem but added oil to the vehicle (for 112.00). 2 weeks later, brought back. They said it need a new engine and that there was no oil. They wanted proof that we had oil changed, however, they themselves had it 2 weeks earlier and added oil. I have the receipt to prove it. So where did the oil go and why didnt they find a problem 2 weeks prior. They wanted to charge us $4500 for a new engine. I will never use this dealership again, nor would I recommend anyone else does. I will also never buy a Kia.
