I wasn't sure what truck I wanted originally, I just knew I wanted something large. Kiana was very patient with me and gave me time and space to make the decision on which vehicle to buy. Overall, I'm pleased with the service of Tallahassee Lincoln and even though I just purchased my Navigator only a few days ago it's awesome so far.

Wanted a cargo van for my business, Kianna and Andrew made everything super easy before I came in. I don't really have much time during the week due to long hours at work, but all I had to do was sign the paperwork and I was done. Great experience

When I got to the dealership, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I originally inquired about a used truck that I was interesting in. Upon my arrival, I saw the truck had been sold. My salesman helped me find the right truck for me and I'm unbelievably driving a brand new F-150! Thanks tallahassee ford you guys are awesome

Worst ever. Vehicle was sold 4 days before I got to dealership. Kevin burnt up my phone for 3 days and didn't know vehicle was already sold!!!!!!!

Spoke with someone named Seth. He tried to speak over me when I was trying to explain some things to him. I mentioned I was the customer; my opinion, full of himself and told me what I couldn't have as opposed to listening to my needs and giving alternatives.

Not good, dealership in shambles during renovation but also had a scheduled meeting with them for a purchase and they sold the vehicle 15 minutes before I arrived...poor form!!

I agree! Very poor form indeed! While I was not here in January of 2016, I quickly recognized that we failed to have a process for holding vehicles. When I arrived here in early April, we established a hold tag process to prevent this from happening. We now place a Hold tag in the vehicle signed by a manager anytime we commit to holding a vehicle.

Our customers sometimes travel a great distance and we recognize that it is a reasonable expectation that the vehicle be here when they arrive. I am sorry for your experience and I appreciate your sharing this with us.

I had a great experience at Tallahassee Ford and Lincoln. I did not feel pressured by the salesman during my visit. He was entertaining and made my buying experience very pleasant and enjoyable.
