I am 2 hours away and was interested in a specific vehicle. I asked several questions to allow me to decide if I wanted to drive there and buy it. They replied in a generic email telling me they had a great selection of vehicles and to come by see them. Apparently no one bothered to read my email. Poor sales staff turned me off on the car and I didn't bother to look at it. Will give my business to a different dealer.

I talked to the dealer for a week about the car. They had it listed for more than 200 days. I set an appointment to come look at it. The day before I was scheduled to look at it, I asked about seeing a Carfax report as they had it listed as being in an accident. Jessica, the internet sales manager just stopped replying to my questions. I ended up calling the dealership and she wouldn't take my call. I called back and spoke with Colin, I assume a sales person... he was able to get me the info I requested from Jessica. After discussing the accident details, I was still interested. The next day I loaded up my trade in and hit the road, I live an hour away. When I stopped to gas up, Colin called and said that they found an engine problem and were sending the car to auction. I can't believe they had the car that long and didn't know anything about it. It was going to be a birthday present for my wife...I told her about it that morning as she was going with me to make the purchase. She was very excited...thanks for not making it happen. Very poor dealership! I suggest moving on and finding a more reliable dealer!!!

I went to see two trucks a gmc and a 1500. Was told my a salesman to come by Wednesday or Thursday to look at these trucks. So I drove 45 mins one way to see about getting a great deal. So I went there on Thursday, walked around the lot said hi to one salesman in a yellow shirt carrying out his lunch bag. After looking for the two trucks i start walking to my car and another salesman in a striped red and black shirt with sunglasses and Kachi pants saying hi as well. so I drove back home 45 mins with less gas and no truck. Heard other bad experiences with this place now I'm another.

After finding the truck I was looking for online I emailed the dealership to ensure the truck was available, in good condition and didn't have any damage. I was told by their internet sales manager that the vehicle did not have any damage. After driving two hours to the dealership I was very disappointed to find that the truck had over 3,000 dollars worth of damage that the sales manager was aware of. I asked if they were going to honor the deal and fix the truck or even reduce the price and they refused. The sales manager wouldn't even come out of his office to address me let alone try to work with me. The salesman I was working with understood my frustration but couldn't help me because his manager refused. I normally don't write reviews but I have never had such poor customer service either. I will not return to this dealership while it is under this management nor would I recommend it to anyone.

After a few emails about condition and size of tires, I was assured that they were indeed in great condition and the size I wanted, so my wife and I drove 70 miles to come and test drive it. After meeting our salesperson, and expressing that the tires were much smaller and in a much lesser condition than we were informed in email, we were told that if it was a matter of tires to seal the deal than she would work it out. Initially we thought we had received a great deal, we got the vehicle we wanted, a little more for our trade than anticipated and a rate that made us smile. Exchanged keys and told it will be a couple days before financing could be finalized but the vehicle is yours. This occurred on a Saturday late and we didn't think anything of it. After almost a week and several messages left without the dealership returning our calls our stress and anxiety rose. I was called and asked to come in and sign a couple more documents and when I asked if everything was good, the financing was still what was promised I was told yes it's all in order. I was offered a full tank of gas to come in and finish up the paperwork. After waiting for almost 20 minutes I was escorted to the finance manager. He said we finally got things dialed in and made the deal work. He pulled up our contract and it was twice the payment we agreed on, (this occurred once as well during our initial signing of paperwork, he claimed he made a mistake) and twice the interest rate. Again saying this was automatically plugged in, he brought up another screen showing a brand new vehicle, not the one we wanted and tried to sell me on that vehicle. When asked what was it about the new vehicle I didnt like, its not the vehicle, I told him it was the payments. We were there for a specific amount, specific payment. Even pushed the new vehicle again asking me, "Have you even seen the new one ?" During this entire process, they had brought the new vehicle and parked it beside the one we wanted anticipating they could convince me to look at it. Don't get me wrong, the new Jeep was great, but not in our budget and not what was promised to us. After shaking hands and agreeing that we wouldn't make the deal, my trade-in was brought around by my salesperson and license plates exchanged, not once did she look at me, acknowledge me or indicate she was interested in fulfilling her promise of a full tank of gas for me. I waited almost half an hour for her to return as she left unannounced, after several pages of the intercom, and three other sales people trying to locate her, finally the floor manager came to me with a porter to take my truck and fill the tank for me. This entire afternoon process of requiring me to come and sign a couple of documents, took me from the time I left home to the time I returned, almost 4 hours. What a waste of my time. To sum this up, failed promises of tire size and condition, failed promise of replacing tires, failed promise of financing and terms not only once, but twice and then trying to convince us of buying a brand new vehicle. I understand that financing at the rates and payments we wanted didn't go through not because of the dealership, however it was the way they went about hoping it would and deceiving us about the process. Had we been told about the difficulties in our situation they were encountering on their end immediately, I am sure we would have made a deal on the 2015 during the initial visit because my wife and I talked about purchasing our next forever vehicle, but not when it was pushed on us after the runaround. The military community will not be getting my referral to this dealership, and I know that affects a lot of business. Just be straight forward and honest from the start.

Gave 2 days notice that I was coming 80 miles for a test drive. Vehicle was blocked in when I got there. Had to wait in the rain Vehicle was damaged and oil filler cap for engine was missing with a rag stuck in the filler port.
