Received a very prompt reply to my inquiry as to whether car was still available. Was told it was still on lot. Due to hectic work schedule, could not get down for a test drive in a timely manner and vehicle was sold. Still looking and Sullivan Brothers is on my list of dealers.

Computer got immediately back to me. I asked for the best price as they were not showing any price. They would not give me price. Just a "come on down" response.

Tom, we do not have any computer responses that go out, unless it is after hours.  We immediately send prices and answer all questions in first email, unless, the questions do not come over.  Which has happened in some cases.  Please let me know if there is anything else we can help with moving forward

This car was sold. 2014 was available. Test drived the car it was 2000.00 above market value. They did not want to negotiate because they said they paid to much on the trade in. I was told I couldn't pay cash for the car, I must finance the car. Couldn't believe what I was hearing. Good Bye Sullivan Brothers!!!!

Nava,  we make every effort, to contact a customer when a vehicle is sold, unfortunately, with two stores, sometimes, vehicles are sold and it takes some time to update all the staff and the inventory online.  I am glad we were able to find you something else.  Not sure who you spoke with that would tell you you couldn't pay cash for the vehicle.  We will certainly address it with our staff.  Please let us know if there is anything we can help with in the future

Purchased a 2013 Xterra. Got a good deal, car was in good shape (broken gas cap) and they provided me with 2 years of oil changes. Worked with Chris Norton who was a straight shooter and easy to work with. All in all a good experience and I would recommend. I would have given 5 stars if there wasn't missing item when I picked up the car and they guys I spoke with (not Chris) were extremely un- helpful. The first aid kit was missing, no biggie but should have been handled better.
