Awful. Tired old pressure sales tactics. Dishonest. Made agreements to hold a vehicle after advising me not to come to the dealership due to end of business hours. They agreed to put a “sold” sign on the vehicle and hold it over the holdiday weekend since their staff were “leaving early.”. Instead, they called me 10 minutes before the end of their regular business hours (not early) to tell me they sold it to someone else. I have never had a poorer car-buying experience. Stay far away and you will be much happier.

Had the vehicle boughtgot to within 2 hours of delivery the salesman texted me a photo of it no surprises with about $1,500 of damage on the side but explain to me that was excellent condition books don't sell cars market does

Car was not as nice. Tires need replaced, brakes where grinding, shifter cable broken,driver door wouldn't shut right, and someone hit a poll down the driver side of the vehicle

The truck had major water damage inside the cab that was never disclosed by the dealer. We drove over an hour to see the truck and found the damage immediately. We didn't even test drive it. Another salesman who helped us did fill our gas tank for our drive. He appeared upset about the damage and said they would be sending the truck away and not selling it. At last check it was still listed for some other poor soul to buy on their website. Also, they tried to talk me into a diesel which I had already told them I wasn't looking for.

I had the pleasure of working over the phone with Trenton as I live 2.5 hours north of the dealership. Trenton not only contacted me after store hours to let me know he received my request, but he also stayed after work couple of hours working on getting me into the vehicle I was intrested in. Buying a vehicle can be very stressful. Trenton went above and beyond to make sure this was a stress free experience for me, he took care of every detail over the phone for me. I highly recommend this dealership and would definitely contact them for my next vehicle purchase.

Unfortunately this listing was "already at auction" when I inquired, however nearly a month later it is still on Car Gurus and has had a price drop. Their salesman was helpful in offering me other choices and following up. I find it odd that they publish photos of their used trucks (not just this one) covered in dirt. It doesn't speak well for how they might treat their used cars.

Roger Karr was the salesman that helped me and I also wanted a few other things done to the car after I had it for a month and they was more than happy to help with that. And when I was searching for a certain vehicle they had the best deal . Best price with the lowest mileage.

Scam artist? They have a certain car for nearly a month that I want, and the very day that I decide that yep, lets do this. So i go to the bank withdrawl CASH, and drive 2 hours from home to look at it in person, and guess what? I talk to one salesman, who goes to another salesman, which in turn leads me outside to a third salesman, whom spoke quietly to my initial salesman, who in turn proceeds to tell me, not even a couple hours prior, that somebody else put a down payment on the very car I was interest in, and took it out for a 24hr. test drive. Now if now... taking into consideration every thing I said above, Waiting nearly a month before I felt comfortable... Withdrawing almost $6000 CASH from my bank account, And Driving 2 full hours to see this car in person, Only to be turned away. How do you think I feel about Still well as a car dealership? I feel like thier a bunch of scam artist, that what I think!

It was clear from the onset that they didn't want me to control my buying experience because they refused to answer my questions and wanted me to call them so they could "qualify" me for everything. I have owned over 40 cars since I was 16 and don't do the sales pitch process. Then, when I wanted information on two other vehicles, the sales guy just stopped answering my emails.

We had a deposit on a vehicle. A set time to pick it up and then received a call that they needed all the $$ up front before we even saw the vehicle. They completely changed the purchase agreement after the fact. Very disappointing. They wanted us to trust them that the pictures were accurate, thus put all of the burden on us.

Good experience, only complaint is that while I was at the dealership to complete the sale they were very busy and I had to wait a few extra minutes to get back to my salesman and the finance person. Busy is good I guess.
