The customer service here is horrible. If you choose to communicate through email, they'll take their pretty little time to reply back to you. This dealership is only a few minutes away from me, but instead I decided to drive 2hrs away to buy a smart car in LA than with them.

The dealer did contact me and invited me to look at the car. I chose not do this because I did some research on the price range for this vehicle and found their price was too high for that year of vehicle. I am shopping for more competitive price for that vehicle.

Bought the car after a few days notice several things wrong with this vehicle. Several parts missing interior and exterior and they said never in a accident but why parts missing. They didn't put gas in it left the car on empty, subwoofer don't work-tried to sell me a 800.00 gap insurance that I don't need own insurance way cheaper. They told me the front wheels where balance but still shaking and no second key gave me the valet key to start the engine only with one remote. One one showed me how thee car works or functions of key components.

This dealer is complete garbage. They advertised a 2007 Toyota 4Runner SR5 V6 4x4 with 103k miles. I drove from Long Beach to San Diego the first time to see the car and I was told it was not ready to be seen because they just got it in and it needs to be inspected. Two weeks later I call on a Friday and speak to the manager and ask if I can come see the car Saturday morning. He told me its not ready for a test drive, but I can come see it. I drive AGAIN from Long Beach to San Diego and the car isn't even there! the manager of service awkwardly tells the sales manager that its not there, that it's at the body shop. Once I pressured the manager and told him that I was ready to buy because the 4Runner only has 103k miles on it, he tells me that it actually has 135k miles. So I was completely lied to for 2 weeks, lost 4 hours of driving and gas money, and they still haven't contacted me. Do not shop here!

I noticed distorted air bag covers in the pics and inquired about that. I received a sales pitch but no answer to my question. I asked again but that's the last I heard from the rep. Don't these people realize that with the internet a few select terms can damage their reputation and credibility? They lost my interest too bad I was thinking of the truck for my daughter

Prices were ridiculously high, for high-mileage vehicles. It looks like a lot of what they sell are "prestige" brands so maybe those kind of customers don't care about market prices, but if you're an informed consumer you'll do your homework at edmunds.com or kbb.com to see what is actually a fair price for a vehicle, based on year, make, model and mileage.

I was promptly contacted and I got an answer to my question. Was again contacted to ask how my experience was. Sadly my trade-in car is 30 yrs old so it's not easy to get a quote for my vehicle.

Dealer contacted me right away. The vehicle I was interested in did not fall within the mileage I was looking for but the rep made an effort to find another car in their inventory that would suit my needs and budget. The dealer also followed up with me (via email) for the next several days.

Asked the mileage of the truck and got zero response. A week later I get an email asking if I'm still interested in the truck... I just had an uneasy feeling so I checked other reviews and it seems to be a common theme of theirs.

Went there twice to look at a jag that they advertise and they never shoeed it to me. 2 40 mile round trips. Not happy and i had cash.they get one star for being open

Awesome, they were the best I've ever dealt with. They are still owning up to even the smallest of issues even though there was no warranty. I would recommend them to a friend or family in heart beat.

Entertained an F-150 truck purchase...Siry pulled my credit to offer me a deal, only to sell the same truck while I was away at lunch to think it over! No communication to me whatsoever that there was another deal on the table when I left to digest it all over lunch.

I found my dream car here. But the ordeal was a nightmare! When I got there, I waited over an hour to even see the car. Then, when I finally got to see the car, it was FILTHY! As I took it for a test drive, it was very shaky, due to the 22's they put on it as an "option"... 5k option! I told them I did not want the "optional" wheels and tires, and to put on the stock wheels. After waiting another hour, they informed me the stock wheels were damaged, and I was stuck with the 22 chrome wheels. They lowered the supposedly optional wheels to 4k... What a deal, not! They could not find the manual, and told me they would just send me one when they get another 7 series! Ok, have you driven a 7 series? Kind of need the manual to figure out all the bells and whistles! This also meant the phone/Bluetooth would not work because the pin is in the manual! I had an 8 hour drive home! So, bottom line... Beautiful car (when they finally washed it). But way too many problems that I didn't expect nor should anyone encounter when buying this kind of quality! Oh, and the windshield wipers DID NOT work at all. I had to take it to BMW to get all these issues fixed. Now, it is the dream car I've been waiting for. I will never buy a car of this quality from anywhere but the dealer that makes it. Even if I pay a little more to not feel scammed!
