Had an appt for a certain day and time. The24hours before hand the salesman kept emailing me making sure the appointment was set and ensuring I can come in. An hour and a half before my appt he email me telling me they sold the car.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you were unable to see the vehicle you were interested in. This is a very busy season for us, and things can get pretty crazy. Because of our large inventory and and sales team, we ask for a refundable deposit in order to hold a vehicle until a sales appointment. When I contacted the dealership via online I received a reply quickly. We set up a time for me to see the Jeep. When I arrived there was a note on the Jeep reserving it under my name.....nice touch.

The car was exactly as advertised, we were able to come to an agreement on price that I was satisfied with. The dealership took care of all the paperwork and registration even though I am from Mass. The car was detailed and ready on the agreed on day. Our salesman was very accommodating and professional.

We had an excellent experience at Scranton Motors. Everyone was very helpful, nice and not pushy at all. Our sales rep Sage McPherson was the best. Answered all of our questions. Enjoying our new vehicle!

They make many attempts at follow up but not follow through. Waited a week for a car to go through the body shop. Representative called and said it was ready the next day at 11. Called her back and had to leave a message (@ about 3pm) dating that I would be there close to 11. I was running about a half hour behind that morning and called to let the agent know as she indicated it was her day off. When I called I was informed she did not come in. I explained why I was calling and was told the car was not there either. I am an hour away, not good. When I returned home I answered a follow up email from the general mgr and communicated my dismay. I went back online looking for another vehicle out of frustration. By the time I heard back which was about 5 pm I had already driven into Connecticut past this dealer and put another van under contract. I had a pristine 2008 Avalon with 120k. They hit me with a low number and didn't even try to entice me to make a deal. Just told me that was it. The next dealer did better, and just like this dealer was working off a vehicle that was reduced. Granted I paid a bit more for the one I bought but it was two years newer and had leather and DVD system with same miles. I guess what I am saying is, had they been on the ball and tried to negotiate first time in I would not have continued to look and probably would have endured a delay. All the people I dealt with were very pleasant.

Scranton Buick is 1 1/2 hour from my home so when Dan Fortes contacted me I asked him to test drive the truck for me and send me pictures of the under carriage before I made the trip. He did both and truck was better than expected. I will use Dan and Scranton Buick again.

5stars ! I spoke with a guy Kurt to start we set an appointment up for the next day to view the vechicle I was looking at! When we arrive my vechicle wasn't there but Paulie took great care of us let me test drive one of the same ones on lot and once I was comfortable and knew what I wanted he has kept me in the loop through the whole process!! Went above and beyond to make sure I was in my new car! And for that I'm thankful :) awesome atmosphere

My husband and I are not ones for writing reviews, but I have to give credit to where credit is due. We were greeted by the internet sales manager named Kurt. Very very nice man. He hooked us up with MARCEL THOMAS who my husband and I put through the ringer. I give him an A++ for even dealing with us. He went above and beyond to give us the best deal and so did Kurt. We drove almost 2 hours and we would do it again. Thanks. Charlie and Michele.

While the salesperson was responsive, he clearly blew me off when I told him that I felt his car was considerably over priced. You tell me? a 2015 "new" (5K miles) Lacrosse Premium for $36K? I can show anyone many competing models with the same specs for up to 8K less! So - with no understanding about what I want (yes - I have done a LOT of research on this car), he attempted to simply throw another older model at me just to meet a price point. Basically - he wasn't going to waste his time with me. Well - as they say in the movie Pretty Woman, "Big Mistake".....

They made agreements on the phone that they would not live up to when I traveled across the state to get there. After much conversation and getting a sales manager involved they agreed to what was quoted on the phone. The deal was accepted contingent upon the cigarette smell being removed (a smokers car) and we were to pick up the car in 2 days. The deal was agreed to 45 minutes after the dealership was closed and we confirmed it via a voice mail on our way home. The next morning we called at 10:00 to leave the credit card (dealership was now open) and the car was just sold. Very poor. I would characterize the people as very nice but nut trustworthy. They are not people of their word and they certainly didn't have any consideration for us. I would not recommend doing business with them, but if you do, GET IT IN WRITING.
