Everything was going well, they was ready to give us another discount but that didn’t happen because they said someone else was looking at the truck also. We were ready to buy but because of that we didn’t. So we went down the street to another dealership and because we were treated well we bought a truck from the other dealership and paid a little more but that’s okay because we got great service! vehicle was sold to another buyer during negotiations without being informed my deal would not work under the initial offer. No one from the dealership reached out to me to see if there were other options from my end. I felt that I was second grade to the person they sold the vehicle to.

This car has been in an accident. We took it to our mechanic and there was frame damage and one of the mirrors was black on a maroon car. My husband talked to the manager and he said it should have never made it onto the showroom floor. They still have it for sale saying one owner no accidents, therefore, I do not trust Scott Clark Honda and will NOT be doing business with them in the future!

I contacted Scott Clark Honda in Charlotte based on an internet ad that included a used vehicle that I was interested in. Unfortunately, the vehicle had been sold the night before; however, their sales manager was willing to look for a similar vehicle in their dealership and other dealerships. While I purchased a vehicle from a different dealership, the folks at Scott Clark Honda went the extra mile and I would shop with them again in the future.

Went to test drive car and the wheels showing in the picture were not on car so I didn't purchase. My opinion, if you swap your wheels, make sure you update the pictures. The sales guy was really nice and helpful but the manager didn't really do much to help the situation. So I to another dealership and purchased an Edge sport package for less money.

I had a great experience at Clark Scott Honda. I purchased a 2016 Honda Accord sport. Test drive it and purchased it for a great price. I showed up late due to traffic with an hue drive and salesman was still waiting on me and sent emails to make sure I was coming.I would recommend them to anyone.

Demario was great, but they did not offer a fair amount on our trade in. At the end, they had doubled the amount offered for our vehicle, but it still wasn't close to KBB trade in valuation. We just felt like they didn't want to make a deal with us. We will not be able to purchase from this dealership because of the unfair trade in offer.

Jesse was quick to respond to my request and even made a video of the car for me before I came so I could get a better idea of the car. Beautiful facility with great amenities while you wait. They even had someone come out and explain all the controls on the car and paired my phone to the vehicle.

Response within same day. If you are looking at a car but do not purchase the same day, you receive numerous calls from them. I received a call while still in the building. Detail job was less than good after purchasing car. It was rather disappointing. All in all, these are the only cons I have. Overall happy with my car purchase and experience.

I am an old Scott Clark customer. I must say that a lot has changed over years and not for good! Customer service seems to be lost somewhere in the big shop. I went to purchase 2016 Honda Pilot last week. The sales team was very welcoming; they gave me a great deal! Once everything was finalized, I was sent to finance. The finance person was not transparent at all! He tried to sell me a loan with high interest rate (who pays 4.59% with a good credit score!!). On complaining with the General manager, I was assured that it was a mistake and I will be taken care when I get the delivery (whatever that meant). I spent almost 5-6 hours in this process. The car that I wanted had some delay, so I requested another option and again got a great response from sales team. When I went to pick up the car yesterday (5/25) morning, I was told it is ready but it was very dirty and had quite a few scratches. I was asked to come in the evening, so I did but to my surprise it was not yet taken care! They asked me take the car and come later for fixing the issues. I was not comfortable with that approach so I decided to pick up the car today (5/26). When I went to pick up the car today, it still had issues (quite a few of them) and I was told that it was "imperfections" from Honda and needs approval from them. After a few hours of wait, I decided not to take the car and called the deal off! Shouldn't service folks catch all these issues? Shouldn't they tell the customer up front what kind of issues the car has, instead of waiting for customers to "catch" them? The whole experience has been very frustrating! After 3-4 days of struggle & a credit check for loan, I still don't have the car! Thank you Scott Clark Honda for all the disappointment!

Their salesman was very helpful and knew his products well. They have a good variety of late model trade-ins, mostly Honda products. We have been driving loaded Honda Accords for years and opted to go with Lexus this time for a change of pace. Strictly a personal preference that had nothing to do with their offerings or our interactions with their salespeople. Our experience with Scott Clark Honda was positive and would recommend that anyone looking for a late model Honda at a good price give them a shot.

Very respectful very professional nicest dealership ever been to however even though we did close a deal on the car on wanted there's been a few rough bumps. First we agreed on a set deal at an agreed monthly payment which ultimately went up along with my interest rate that was already finished before hand. Now I've received 2 phone calls back on back where my payments and interest rate has gone up again even though I agreed to what would be best to keep it down. Now supposedly I've got 3 months without a payment but getting screwed in the long run so my advice make sure they stick with what they say and write down from room to room if you think about doing business with them

They did contact me about the Jeep's I was looking at however this Jeep is mis represented on Cargurus with features on this Jeep. Only one of the features listed was actually on the Jeep. If I had not called the sells rep to verify we would have drove and hour and half for incorrect information that changed our views of this Jeep.

The staff at Scott Clark honda was wonderful. they went above and beyond what I was expecting. As an out of state buyer, the helped by providing me video of the car and answering all of my questions. I ended up not purchasing from them but it was because I had found a different vehicle. Would highly recommend giving them a try!

We called at around 2:30 to see if we were “still on” to test drive the Infiniti sedan. We were still in Concord having just been released from the service function we were working at and were planning to be at the dealership at around 3:00 or so if everything was still good. We were told yes and to come in and ask for “JR”. We arrived at a few minutes after 3:00, asked for “JR”, and were eventually met by a lady claiming to be “JRs assistant”. I don’t recall her name, sorry about that. We showed her the car we were interested in from the email. She looked up the car and excused herself to find out more information. She returned with some gentleman, I believe a sales person (again, sorry, I’m not good with names), and informed us that the car had already been sold, but perhaps we would be interested in something else on the lot. We were assured that they would make “a very aggressive offer” since we had come all that way to see this one particular car. My wife and I decided to look at a 2014 silver Lexus ES300h. We test drove the car and decided to hear about the offer. Some time later, “JR” came and showed us the offer, which was well above the price my wife and I had decided we were willing to pay for the car. We declined the offer and countered with our price. “JR” said he was going to talk with his manager and see if they could get closer to our price. Some time later, another gentleman, claiming to be the sales manager, came to us with a counter offer that was still well above our price, including having raised the offer on our trade in car. This offer was closer, but, still not at a place where we were comfortable, so we declined and reiterated our position. When asked how I had come up with our position, I was very candid. I told the gentleman that we had looked the Lexus up on KBB.com, and his price was a too high for the car. His offer for the trade was also too low. That difference added up to about 2500-3000. Then I told him that I was angry at the bait-and-switch tactic used to get me in the door in the first place, that I came there specifically to see that one car, that I was told just 30 minutes before I arrived that it was still there. Now, perhaps the car sold in that 30 minutes, but I think it unlikely, and, because of this tactic, I was giving myself a small discount for having wasted my time. My wife was interested in the car, and was willing to talk about making the deal, but, I was recalcitrant in my position and we eventually agreed to continue looking.

Great at communicating. They fail at not leaving you alone. I called from work to ask about car. Never gave them work number. They called it back! They sent email video, left four messages on two phones and sent text messages. Relax, guys! So glad I didn't drive an hour to the dealership. I'm sure getting away from them would have been a hassle.

Alexander & Dimiti were very pleasant and understanding of my needs. Since I live in the Chicago area and need a 4wd Yukon and not a 2wd Yukon which they had in inventory both salesman were very professional and didn't try to convince me or pressure me into buying their truck - I thought that was an "outstanding" quality that all great salespeople should possess!

I made an appt to view a 2011 Toyota Sienna. 1 hr before I arrived, they called to confirm and told me the van was still available. When I arrived, they said it was sold, then tried to sell me an Oddessey for $8,000 more. The Oddessey had rust all under the van and the door hinges were rusted. The salesman tried to convince me that it wasn't the "type of rust that is corrosive". At that point, I knew I could not trust the dealership and I left.

not very good... was told that the Chrysler Town and country I wanted was available by one person and another person told me is wasn't when it actually was.... I missed out on buying it ... It's the only one I was interested in and was told the wrong info by the sales associate. very disappointing... I will not use Scott Clark again.

Amy responded quickly to my original price request and said David was working on it. He quoted a price that totaled $1,385.31 in taxes and fees. minus off the $300 sales tax and you still have over $1,000 in dealer fees. I said that seemed high but wanted to know what was the accident damage showing on the Carfax report . I got no reply. I wrote a second time for a description of the crash damage and still got no answer.

Bought a truck from them on 10/26, drove 2 hours to their dealership. VERY bad experience. Was there 6 hours (and I took a check with me-didn't even have to deal with financing through them). Truck was listed in excellent condition- half dollar size hole in the dash with a large crack that caused the dash to rattle when driven and the power window in the back didn't work. Dealt with multiple people who had no clue about these issues. After negotiating they agreed to replace the dash at a dealer local to me. The window, which was to be repaired while paperwork was being done could not be repaired. Was told (after papers were signed) that Scott Clark Honda was not going to pay for the window repair b/c it cost too much and they hoped it was not a deal breaker. After further negotiations they agreed to pay for half of the window repair. After dealing with multiple individuals and losing 6 hours of my life I finally left with the truck. Very unhappy experience. And to make matters worse, when I took the truck to my local dealership for repairs, my repairman was unable to get Scott Clark Honda to return calls. So I called and finally they returned the call. My repairman stated that the service manager at Scott Clark Honda was a jerk (can't say what he really said). Would never recommend buying a vehicle from them. Poor salesmanship, poor quality control, poor overall. Hooper (not sure of last name) was the only good thing in the experience. He was nice.

Contacted the dealer several times during the day. Specified I was looking for a clean car. After they assured me it was, I drove two hours to see it. It was below average. It had scratches, bad paint repairs, missing interior pieces, missing exterior mouldings.....and the salesman actually told me I could go to Auto Zone to get the missing airconditioner vents for the third row. 4 hours of driving and 10 minutes on the lot.

I made an appointment at Scott Clark Honda to look at a 2013 Kia Forte and drove 2 hours to get there. When I arrived my consultant was out front with the car ready for me to test drive because there were other customers inside the dealership wanting to look at the same car but my consultant wanted me to have first dibs on it. I test drove it and loved it! When I went inside to sign papers and pay them to hold the car for me, the consultant of the other customers came and got the key for the car and pulled it around front. I'm positive the other customers didn't even test drive the car. After I signed my name to buy the car and gave them my debit card for the fee, they came to me and said they were going to sell the car to the other customers basically because I was financing through my bank and the other customer was financing through the dealership AFTER I ALREADY SIGNED FOR IT! The most messed up situation I've ever been in. The dealership proceeded to try and sell me a brand new car which was out of my price range and hounding me to pretty much buy a car before I left, after they sold the car I technically already bought to some other customer! The manager offered to fill my car up with gas because of the drive I made and to make up for their mistake but he didn't follow through with that offer. Very bad experience and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

They told me nothing was wrong with the jeep and keep pushing me into buying it at full retail price. When I call the bank about the loan I applied for they informed me that the jeep had frame damage repair that was reported. Why was I not told???

I left the dealership to get my checkbook., should have only taken me 30 minutes. I got pulled over for speeding , while debating with the officer, whether I was driving 4 or 5 miles over the limit...I realized I did not get my drivers license back. So I got a larger ticket, one for 5 miles over the speed limit and driving without a license. So mad! The sales guy never handed it back to me. I am so done with this dealership.
