Very good experience. Found a car I liked, talked price via email, was in and out of the dealership in an hour or two. No upselling, no bait and switch, none of the BS that had made looking for a car annoying. I'm not a bot, this isn't a paid review, and I would recommend them.

This is a nice smaller to average size dealership. They were very responsive to email communication and did not pressure for additional contact information. All responses were accurate and to the point. I made an appointment to see the vehicle I was interested in. They called on the morning of the appointment to confirm my meeting and to confirm that the specific vehicle was still available. I met with salesperson Sean. He was extremely personable and we went for a long test drive. Negotiations were productive and there was no pressure or gamesmanship. We agreed on a price and a value for my trade in. Meeting with the business manager was also straightforward and no pressure for extras - just an informed explanation of what was available. I purchased the vehicle, they took care of the paperwork, and I drove out in my new Expedition the same day. I would recommend this dealership and I would recommend Sean.

They post pics of a white car but in descriptions of car stated green, when they finally answered my question the vehicle was beige.

Two stars only rated to the Subaru Outback itself we liked. My wife and I spent 2 hour on public transportation to reach the store with money. We planned doing fully payment immediately then driving the first vehicle in our lives to go home. Talked to Kristen, the assistant manager seemed warm and friendly at first. But after we went to parking lot, she suddenly became disinterested with no reason. We are hazed if we did something to offend her. She wouldn't like to answer our questions. Specifically after I had some difficulties in understanding her navigations and made some mistakes. She showed us a poker face. Went back her desk, we talked about warranty. She told us their vehicles had only 60 days warranty. We complained there should be longer since other dealers we have contacted offer 6 months warranty. She said they only have 60 days and that's it. My wife and I went out the store and diaxuased. We wanted to cut $400 off for that warranty difference. So we walked into and talked to her. She said we even needed to add $300 to our out door price. We left and spent other 2 hours to go home. We aren't upset but disappointed. She must be very proud of Subaru quality and herself so that she showed us her arrogance. She doesn't have to care of us and treat us a little bit respect as her customer. If you didn't want to talk to us or you felt bad with us, why didn't you ask someone else to communicate with us. This experience was more like that we begged her to sell a vehicle. Fortunately, there are many Subaru dealerships around us and we still keep our money. Just some time being wasted.

I contacted the dealership after seeing a 2014 Subaru on the website. The person I spoke with was very helpful and advised me to ask for the manager of the dealership when I arrived to view the car. When I walked into the dealership, one of the sales people called me over and when I told him I was to ask for the manager he told me not to worry he'd help me. Unfortunately, I felt that he lost interest as soon as I told him that I wanted to look at a 2014 Forester. Maybe it was just my perception, but I felt he wasn't comfortable dealing with a woman even though I told him I was/am a cash buyer. I have since purchased a new Subaru Crosstrek from another dealership. The sales person from the second dealership showed me both used and new cars and was able to provide me with the information I needed to make my purchase decision. He was attentive and helpful even before he found out that I was a qualified buyer.

Called a day in advance to see a 2009 Hhr ss and told them s time when we were going to arrive upon arrival the car was on the lift I told the manager this is crazy he said no it's not we waited for over an hr cat sill in the lift we left poor customer service stay away soend your money elsewhere
