Dealer wanted to run a credit check on me before ever looking at my trade in and would not discuss pricing at all. Never spoke to me via phone, seemed shady, knew I lived 5+ hours away but made no guarantee to hold car the car post credit check to allow me to plan to travel for pick up.

The dealer was prompt, provided all requested information in a timely manner, and followed up with offers of additional help if we weren't able to come to an agreement.

Very poor communication from Eddie. Drove 3 hrs to see 2 cars. Upon arrival he said both were sold. Total waste of time. I guess it was a blessing as I saw both cars and they had dings and dents all over them. I will never ever go back to this dealership

I didn't appreciate going through all the motions with the dealer, including the test drive, to be told the car was actually sold. No thanks. In addition, I would have REALLY appreciated a dealer who was familiar with Mazda (as I was trying to buy a used one), or at least could answer a question regarding push button starts.

Took public transportation to this dealership, but they refused to negotiate and when they realized there was no deal they treated me badly, practically threw me out, had me walk back to BART, I will never do business with this dealership

I arranged a day and time to drive to the dealership, located 3+ hours away. I arrived about 10 minutes after the time. The person I arranged to meet, I never met. The car had a deep scratch in the doors, which was never revealed to me. If I had known this, I would not have gone. Worse, the offer for my trade was $6-8K less than what another dealer, a half hour away offered via email. Needless to say, I left and I purchased a new car after I left that dealership and went to the one a half hour south.

Overall a very positive experience. Friendly and helpful to me and I got the car I wanted at a fair price. There was some confusion locating the car for a test drive and it worked out well for me, but not for a guy who had driven two hours to test the same car. Also, didn't say anything about damage liability before test drive (then again, I didn't ask. FYI "you break it you buy it"). Negotiated a very reasonable extended warranty but wasn't told about $100 deductible for repairs until final signature. Oh well, I got a great car with a warranty and the process was generally smooth. I'd go back.

very professional dealer, but made them a fair offer and they said they don't negotiate, sooo, the car is clean but slightly overpriced in the marketplace. The car is still on their lot when it could have been sold

Not so good experience. The cars listed online were not updated or could not find them all together. Even though Mike might be friendly, nothing was well coordinated by the Service Dept. and Sales Dept.

Had a frustrating experience- they list on the web site and get you to make an appointment, then say the car sold. Then of course they have something more expensive. This has happened to me twice. Ugh

I bought a 2011 volvo XC70 T6 from Royal Motor Sales and their Sales Manager Steve Calton in 2012. I bought this car based on their price (VERY GOOD), online pictures, and Steve's word that I would not be disappointed. I never met Steve nor actually saw my new volvo until it arrived in Boise. It had one scratch (fairly significant) he did not identify for me, but overall I am very pelased with the deal and service (he got my car delivered for a very fair price). I recommend Steve and Royal Motors as folks who seem trustworthy and who , at least in my case, offerd a great deal with NO haggeling over price.
