Dealer initially contacted me by email but after exchanging my contact info I never received a call. Also in this time frame the dealer raised the price of the vehicle $3000. I emailed one more time and got a run around about the price.

I was really disappointed that the car advertised would NOT be sold. I get that it’s a loaner and you don’t want to sell it until it’s got 3,500 miles. If that’s the case, don’t list it when it has 9, show me a great price and tout all the incentives if I buy before 5/31. I was willing to pay full asking and make this a simple transaction. I’m just glad I didn’t drive 45 minutes to be told this.

I made an appointment to look at vehicle and test drive. When I arrived, they acted totally clueless as to who I was or what i wanted to look at. They didnt even know if it was still available. And i had called.before to make sure it was still available, as I was driving a good distance to see it. Come to find out, it had sold the day before. They kept me waiting for 30 minutes trying to figure out where the car was. It was a TOTAL waste of my time. I wont go back.

I rate these guys 5 starts because I bought this one. Simple and straight forward purchase. Flew in from San Antonio and was picked up at airport. Easy test drive with my wife... Purchase was friendly and the finance department stellar.

This vehicle was listed at $34000. When I tried to make a deal it was changed to $36000 and they blamed Cargurus for the lower price. Worst decision I could have made dealing with Route 66 Chevrolet

I would feel the same as you do.  Unfortunately we had some feed issues from our dealer management system.  To our third party vendors. Such as Cargurus, AutoTrader, and Cars.com.  We had major issues for about 4 days.  We always encourage clients to call ahead to check on availability and price.  Human errors do happen, along with technology errors.

I will never try to buy another car from this place, I made appointment to go test drive and leave a deposit on a challenger. I took off work to go to dealership and that morning I get a text asking if I know how to get there and to respond yes or no. I responded yes and when i get there a couple hours later they have me waiting for 30 minutes to come back and tell me they sold it that morning, the same morning they text me to see of I knew where they were located. They still have car as for sale on the website though, and I was paying cash for the car. Very unprofessional people. They could have contacted me that they sold it and I wouldn't have taken off work and made the 45 minute drive for nothing.

Warning just don’t as a WOMEN go in alone! Understand trying to make a sale but be honest with the sale and steps that are taken. Communication online was great at the buisness it was horrible all about a sale little to no communication. After being asked to be shown the car was told basically to just “Go” after walking around the lot the car in question which was inquired about was no where to be found on the lot. Dealership staff “tried” to be friendly was great until i was told I couldn’t leave the lot by a deaer if I wanted a car which caused me to feel overwhelmed with anxiety which resulted in me bringing some one back with me at which point as stated above we were refused to professionally be shown the car, Overall no I don’t recommend to a friend and not to anyone else for sure bad car buying experience for “trained” sales man fill your head with possibilities just to shut them down as quick as they made them up. Will not return and will go to a better established company,

Not your typical dealer. If your looking for a stress free shopping experience, this is your place! Kevin was the dealer I worked with and he got my in my Tahoe for a fantastic price! Described every detail of every feature at length on the vehicle I purchased. Kevin along with the whole staff was very kind and very helpful, they will get my repeated business in the years to come! It was great working with Caleb Whitekiller. He knew we were interested in a certain car. He had it parked in front warming ( It was winter ) when we arrived. We took it for a test drive , got a nice deal and purchased. I gave 4/5 ratings do to us having our own finances and it still took a long time to finish the transaction. However Caleb was great!

This place has horrible service. The car was online for one price and they tried charging me thousands more. When I tried contacting someone about what the reL price was I was told I would be contacted but it never happened. Well there loss. I just bought a 300c from ferguson.

Drove 200 miles to see a car with 170,00 miles and a very Reasonable price . Informed dealer I was serious cash buyer And please disclose with full transparency any issues car may have . Dealers response was the car is in very good shape and ready to drive home . Upon arrival Vehicle would not start battery bad and alternator not charging . Engine light on . Hole In radiator hose and antifreeze all over Engine bay . No jack or tire Iron for spare tire either . No A/C and one headlight out . So much for transparency .
