Switch And Bait. They advertise a vehicle for a great price and then they say is sold then they try to sell you one at a much higher cost. This place is shady.

I contacted the dealer when I was on my way to look at a vehicle. They had the car waiting for me in front so I could just hop in for a test drive. Simon was very nice and it was a smooth transaction for the purchase and trade-in. I would recommend this dealer and the salesman, Simon.

I would not go back to this dealership for a free car!! They were not even interested in negotiating the price of the car, they only offered me $1,275 for my trade in even though I saw the trade in value for my vehicle on their computer screen at $3,299! This was the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership ever. DO NOT GO THERE!

Car was overpriced and dealer was not willing to negotiate more than $500 off. Kbb value had it being about $2500- $3000 overpriced. Was looking to negotiate something that would work but when the sales manager tells you no more than $500, the deal is dead in the water right then and there.

Good deal, only one fault, left me with barely enough gas to get to the next station even after I asked if they were going to put some in it. There claim was they only put gas in new vehicles. My trade had 3/4 of a tank.

Great dealership! We had Chad Smith for our salesman and we couldn't have been more pleased. Very courteous, and professional. He even offered to go get us some food while we were waiting for our new car to be detailed. We were also very pleased with the finance manager Brandon, again very nice and professional! The only tiny drawback was the trade in value for our old vehicle. It was from a third party company though.

Dealer never wants to go down on the price ... Lectures saying he has a winning card and does not fold. But calls you after 1 week to say he will match my price and also go down by $500 to get me in ... So he was waiting for me to call back because I like the car ... They just capitalize on your interest . For trade in they give auto trader and kbb value - but they sell way higher than both values. No consistency

Car was dirty, like as if it was freshly traded in the day before. Scuff marks on panels, stains between the seat n console, sand or dirt n the trunk. Rear bumper all deepely scratched. Its prpbably why the vehicle has been on market for so long. Had the sale person told me i would never made the trip. Bad first impresson. No thanks I wi take my business some where else. The manager kent is really pushy. Avoid him. The sales agent Robert is probably the best person to deal with. He will listen more than he does run his mouth. Beware. They will try to sell salt to a slug if you don't know any better.

They treated me well. I bought a 2010 beetle convertible from them. The car I traded in was a ford mustang that I bought from future ford on madison ave. Future ford was the worst place to buy a car from, do not ever go there for a car..

Sales experience was good. After that follow up encounters to correct problems have been less productive. Finance guy missed signature on DMV papers during closing, six phone calls later we were able to close out paper work. Cap on right rear wheel was missing on vehicle and was noted on final sale paper work as an open item that service dept. would correct. Three weeks later item has yet to be corrected. My impression of roseville VW is nice people but no one there really communicates with on another

Their internet sales team responded to my inquiry quickly. I emailed that I would be in for a test drive and gave a general time. When I arrived on the lot, I approached a random sales person to ask about the car and he immediately knew who i was and directly me to the correct salesman. The car had been pulled out and was ready for test drive. The salesman was courtesy and answered all my questions without being pushy. I purchased the car in question and feel the deal was solid. I'm also happy with the their finance team. I would shop and buy from Roseville VW again.
