BIG FAT ZERO - Do Not waste your valuable time with these schmucks. Customer Service? Don't think they have a clue as to how people deserve to be treated when committing to that kind of money. Their answer is to page your salesman and tell you to take a seat in their waiting area - this is WORSE than a doctor's office. You see salesman chit chatting with each other for hours while you're trying to get 4 wheels to get where you need to go......You ask questions and they can't answer and try to steer conversation. They use bait and switch - you come in looking for realistic car for your price range and they tell you it's no longer here or it just sold (this happened on several vehicles looking at) then try selling you something twice the price of the budget you told them. Follow-up? Good luck - apparently only one person can talk to you, the scam artist that sold you the car and IF he answers your question, it takes hours to get response. Hold time sucks, they don't believe in voicemail and just picking up plates to put on myself took 30 minutes. YOU deserve to be treated better than this and you deserve a vehicle that runs reliably to get you to/from a job so you can make ends meet.....Shop around!

If I could give them a zero I would. I made a deal with "Stephen", the Internet Sales Manager, to buy my car and purchase theirs via text message. The text message told me to come on down. I said don't waste my time, its an hour drive (each way). He agreed. I made an appointment and was prequalified by my bank . When I got their I waited 10 minutes before I talked to a salesman. He was not "Stephen", he was nice enough but had no idea who I was, why I was there or where "Stephen" was. I attempted to call "Stephen" multiple times, he would not return a call, only text. The salesman that I did talk to said he couldn't get the deal done in the hour that I had allocated to purchase this vehicle. Complete waste of time and money, totally unprepared and unprofessional. I doubt "Stephen" was a real person. Probably somebody in India tasked with telling people whatever they wanted to hear to get them into the door, then give them a clueless salesperson to close the deal. Totally unacceptable. They should have their license revoked.

Ron Carter reached out to me a few hours after I inquired about the 2011 Cadillac CTS-V to set up a appointment. Although the car was sold before I made it to the car lot, I did find a 2009 CTS-V on the lot with less miles with upgrades. The process was smooth and I was in and out within two hours. Great car lot to buy a vehicle, great experience.

We drove a long distance to go view a used car of interest. It did not take long for disappointments to begin. The car had a broken windshield and needed new tires. It was obviously not ready for sale. More red flags went up after the test drive when popcorn and water was repeatedly offered, and then we were asked to pick a furniture set for hurricane relief. This is not what we came for. It was clearly a way to soften us up. Sure enough, this was followed by a discussion of how pricing works at this dealership - a classic bait-and-switch. The advertised pricing is supposedly true only if you pay with cash. If you pay with financing, we were told that it was necessary to buy a car care package. Moreover, the salesman showed a list of extras that included reconditioning fees for the car, i.e. the price did not even include the part that dealers generally do before pricing the car. Also, magically, the price of the car had gone up $500 on CarGurus website after they knew I was coming. It was a total waste of time and I wish that I had read some of the reviews before making the effort to go there.

I was told my car was avalible when I got there They said it didn't pass inspection. Wind up getting a much higher note and ridiculous rate. I feel like I was short changed. I won't buy another here.

Horrible!!! Experience. After driving 1.5 hrs to see a car I found online, I was told The Price of car was for cash price only!!!!!!! Really! After you take my application for financing, After! We spoke via email for 2 days! After! I come in with a $3000 down payment!!! Very unprofessional behavior of GM - YOU LOST A CUSTOMER EITH 3 REFERRALS!!!

This car and place is garbage dude got mad when I pointed out all the scratches on the car. Car pulls to the right, bad. Smells like smoke and every panel on the car is scratched. The trunk is shift and gaps are not equal. Wrecked car it seems. Don't waste your time going here. When I told the first guy I wasn't buying today but am interested. He passed me off to another sales man . Typical.

They list cars that do not exist for amazing prices on car gurus to lure you in. They made me wait with two small children for 45 minutes after an hour drive only to say that the dealership next door sold the vehicle but they had many other cars to show me. I called before I came and confirmed the time I would be there with two different people, including the salesman, Juan. The car still shows available over a week after they told me it was gone! Scam artists and unethical business. Stay away!

The advertised price was not accepted, salesman stated that it was an error on cargurus part and they did not6 have to honor that price. Price went up drastically, so I did not make a deal. Even though I was ready, they weren't ready to do business at the price cargurus had published. Rating is maybe 1 star, only because there is nothing less. Thanks,

Never seen bait and switch THIS slick. They're nothing but bait and switch. The fact that they agreed to my offered price for the money I put down but could not give me the rates... Without explaining to me how much I would be paying total, they tried really hard to get me to sign the papers without telling me how much I would be paying in the end. Never experienced this much scam at a dealership. Ever. Do not recommend.

I went there 2 times. First time, before I go, I emailed them to check out if the car I'm interested in is still available and they said yes. By the time I got there, I've been told that the car had some kind of electrical problem and they couldn't sell it and they ask me to go to their lot to randomly look for car that I might like, I mean, like a scavenger hunt. The 2nd time I went there, I've been told that the car I'm interested in has already been sold and they offered me 2 different other cars and they kinda push me to buy it, with an attitude. I'll never go back to there again.

Practices bait and switch tactics when I arrived there was a car advertised on cargurus and their sight at 19588 plus tt&l. Upon arriving I was told that was the cash only price the financed price was 26598. A roughly 7 grand more I was also told by Christian a sales man there that the after market warranty was mandatory when I offered to pay cash, it's not, and the warranty was an additional 3 grand. One other the most unethical businesses I have ever had the displeasure of walking into, please save some trouble and shop somewhere else

Horrible dealership! I called them to make sure the car I wanted was available, they said yes. After I drove 50 miles to find out the car was sold long ago. The inventory that was offered was overpriced and kept in horrible conditions. The salesman didn't know anything, couldn't find the right car. Stay away from this dealership. Nothing but disappointment...

Being contacted by 2 different sales people in less than 5 minutes of submitting an online inquiry really perked my ears up but not in a good way. I was intimidated by their enthusiasm. After reading their previous reviews I was unwilling to risk the 200+ mile round trip to see and drive the car. The car was significantly over priced as indicated by the CarGurus listing. The car may be worth it to some one but not to me.

Made an appoinment to test drive a 2014 black ram. Drove 40 minutes during rush hour. once i arrived a gentlement notified me that the truck is currently being serviced. I test drove two other vehicles. After the second one i was ready to go. The salesman was unprofessional. He was on his phone whith his girlfriend while i was test driving the vehicles. As im about to leave he tells me he has a perfect truck for me, when he shows me i said no because its out of my price range, he says he would bring it down to my price range. So i test drove the third truck, i loved it my mom loved it, when we finished we sit down and tells us (with a grin) "someone already once to buy it sticker price" I was steaming, so i just kept it nice and said "ok" and walked away. He didnt handshake my hand nor did he apologized. He didnt give me his card he walked away from us left us hanging. Simply unprofessional. The expirience was below average. Not sure who trained this salesman but being on his phone arguing with his girlfriend is not a way to sell a vehicle.

My experience started out as a good one then it went south. My rep sent someone to come speak with us after being with him all day. Didn't explain anything. The floor manager came to us and was rude. This was on a Saturday. Come Monday they responded even worse. Will never use Ron Carter nor will I send anyone to them.

High pressure ultra aggressive sales person whom would not take no for an answer. Tried to charge us 8 percent on tax obligations which by state law only require 6.5 percent. Traveled to pick up the car from 300 miles away after agreed price for sale, only to get there and find out there were hidden fees on the tax, title, and fees. The fees were for processing and doing a multi point inspection on the vehicle, which were almost as expensive and the taxes. Over $1,000.00. And when we questioned the additional fees after speaking with a banker, we were told it was a take it , or leave it offer.

These people were jerks. I get they are in sales and trying to make a deal, but they were overly pushy. When I left the manager called before i even pulled out of the drive to try and sell me the car over the phone. Also they were trying to get me to pay almost $10,000 more than the price I saw online.

I hate fast talking, high pressure sales and that's exactly what I got at this dealership. I told then up front "I'm not buying a car today, I'm here to test drive and check on deals." Still, they try all the tricks to get you to commit to buying. I'll never go there again. The price shown on car gurus was not the price of the vehicle by a long shot.

Car was 'flagged' earlier that morning, and apparently could not be sold. Rather than inform me before I left work early and drove out, they chose not to and waste my time. I tried to give them another chance a few days later with another vehicle, another disappointment. I have never experienced such anemic response. Its as if they don't want to sell vehicles. They wait for people to walk in with money in hand and push it across the desk. My last dealing was even with a manager, who said he would address my initial experience. Service is the differentiator for me. These folks don't execute. If someone won't work for my business BEFORE the sale.....it give me great concern on how I will be treated after they have my money!

Car has engine problems and the person I kept in contact never called us to let us know. We found out while there and just left, horrible customer service!

Very poor communication. I contacted them, sent everything they needed. They told me they would get everything worked up. I was literally ready to drive down there. I finally emailed after they stopped communication by text and phone and the response was, oh I'm sorry it sold...Do not waste your time here.

Made an initial inquiry about the vehicle and received one call back and one email. I returned the call and replied via email with no response. Finally called and talked with a salesperson with questions that went unanswered. Called again and sent an email with an offer for the vehicle...no reply... I called again and spoke with another salesperson and asked about my offer. She stated she would check on it and get back with me. That was over a week ago with no reply. After reading other reviews about this dealership my experience was typical. I get the feeling that they won't deal with you unless you walk in to their dealership. Their internet based site seems to be a waste of time unless you live in the vicinity of Houston. Looking elsewhere for our new vehicle. Zero stars would be a better rating.

Absolutely terrible. I asked point blank if there would be extra fee's because of he reviews. The salesmen "major" said that is fee's because people have bad credit. So, we are going over the bill of sale and there is 1,100 restoration fee that was never discussed. Then, there was a 4k accosery package that was never discussed and it was mandatory, not optional. I don't appreciate bait and switch tactics and I appreciate honesty. I called major put on it and he kept talking in circles and using metaphors about cookies. Said he has to sell 20 cars to make a living. I appreciate your services Major, however, not your business.

Buyer beware! Prices on their website are best case prices and only apply if you receive all the rebates. If you are a handicapped war vet who recently graduated from college who already owns a Hyundai you can get $7000 in rebates In other words...Only .000009999% of the public are entitled to the price on their web page. This dealer will give you the run around to try and make you settle on their price. Definitely not a reputable dealer. I purchased my hyundai genesis at another dealer for the price I asked for. So, ha ha Ron carter. ..you lost a sale due to your "sales manager" who doesn't know how to close a deal. My advice to those going here is be sure you do your homework and don't settle. Oh btw...test driving a car here is a pain due to construction. ..I'd avoid this dealer at all costs.

Went to Dealer to see juan he couldn't help me so I passed off to his brother who wanted to sell me a car that his dealership were adding after market items and raising the price 5k dollars. 3k dollars of the items were already on the car per jose. So if you go to this dealership make sure you look at the price sheet. Because you will get got.

Too many bad items to mention. Such as the window sticker listed "Cruise Control" was on the vehicle and it was never on the vehicle. The salesman, whose first name is Lisandro, answered by saying that I should have inspected the vehicle better and it was tough luck.

Horrible experience! Online price was only a cash price even tho we had our pre-approval with our bank. Managers were extremely rude and only interested in wasting our time. Worst car buying experience ever!!!! Won't be back and will tell everyone I know!

I called and spoke with Veronica (a person who answered the phone at Ron Carter Cadillac Hyundai), to ask if car was still available for purchase and confirmed it was. I told her we lived an hour away and asked if the price shown on the computer was negotiable, which by the way was $16,988 (it is now listed at $18,988). YES, an INCREASE! I still have a copy I printed of the original listed price. When I asked her if the price was negotiable, she replied by saying, "Anything is negotiable." When we arrived she had left for the evening and left word for us to ask for Salesman #1 but he had 2 clients already waiting on him, so he referred us to another salesman #2. We asked to test drive car, notice a deep scratch on bumper of car, battery was dead and when he finally got a technician to jump the battery, we heard a loud clicking noise. I suspected it was the A/C blower motor. We pointed out these minor flaws to him. He said he could probably asked his Manager about working with us on getting us a new battery & fixing the A/C noise and negotiate the price of the car. Once we got inside the dealership, he wrote down on a piece of paper $17,988 without us negotiating. When we asked him about why it was $1,000 more than it indicated online, he said that price was the internet CASH price. No where on this site did it disclose this. He then added $2995 for the "Ron Carter package" which we told him we wouldn't need that package. He said it was required to purchase. 2 1/2 hours later, not only did the price increase by $1,000, he padded it by $2995 and there was NO NEGOTIATING on the deal. Side note: We did find a better deal somewhere else for same price including extended warranty, one year newer, and 10,000 less miles and this time negotiated the deal over the phone.

Dealer was rude and never responded to my countless calls and out reaches. I was lured in under false pretenses, and by the time I showed up at the dealer after being told to come in, the car was sold. Sat for 3 hrs and was told maybe they could work out a "deal" ... I had walked in asking for a 21,000 dollar price tag. The manager was told this. After the entire 3 hours, numbers came back and the end numbers were 36,000. I DONT KNOW IF MY SALES REPRESNTATIVE COULD DO MATH... Horrible experience. Wasted my entire evening.

The manager, who I initially spoke to, would not return my phone call when I was trying to get a credit application. Finally got that and made an appointment for the next morning for a test drive and to buy the car. The dealership is an hour away. They finally called me back at 9:00pm (the manager has someone else call me, he wouldn't talk to me) to tell me that the car was sold, but they had another one with twice the mileage and not the accessories I wanted. I cancelled the appointment, told my sister ( who was taking me so I could drive the car home) everything was cancelled. I went to Sewell, bought the exact car I wanted and it was a wonderful experience. I will never even think about dealing with Rob Carter ever again.

Horrible. They like to play games. Told me I have to buy for $3000 their add one which includes window tinting. I checked the place they contract out their window tinting and it costs $185.00. Stay away! Far away!

Price was deceptive (18988 wound up being 19500; staff lied about certifying the used car (they said they would before and then said it would cost extra $ when I went there to buy), finance guy got quite upset when I didn't take the $2000 extended warranty. Will never go back.

My whole experience from Ron Carter was horrible. They didn't have the car they advertised. They kept trying to put me in a car that I didn't ask for. The pricing was not as mentioned on the advertisement. The salesman didn't listen to me. However, the hotdogs were good.

Went to the dealership based on the internet price. When I arrived I was forced to take a test drive before they would discuss price. Once they were able to give me the price it was nearly 12,000 more than the price advertised on the internet. The salesman then informed me "that if we put the real price online you would not have come in".

They expect you to buy their cars when you visit them and they harass you till you buy. If you cannot afford to buy, they tear the prices quotes in front of you. Cannot get the final quote without them hard pulling your credit..

Super bad experience! after reassuring me by phone three times that that was the drive out price, I drove more than 60 miles to find out they were trying to sell me a car at over $32K with a bunch of lies/omissions. P.S. I gave them zero stars but car gurus forced me to rate them.

I will NEVER buy a car from this dealer, as all they did was lie to me. I traveled 75 mile to see a car that was a 4 cylinder and I wanted a 6. The salesman I had talked to on the phone was not available when I got there...on and on.... I did give them 2 stars only because they filled my gas tank for all the aggravation I had gotten from this.

I was with a friend when she bought her car in December. Everyone at the dealership was wonderful to her and she enjoyed. At the time I wasn't looking to buy but the Matte Grey Veloster piqued my interest. The salesman at the time popped off with a comment like "you don't want to hassle with that paint job." Due to circumstances beyond my control I found myself car shopping last week. I decided on a Veloster, did my research, and decided to try to find a new 2013 Matte Grey. I told every single salesman that I spoke to that was my car of choice. I spoke to many many salesman, did my research, and started negotiating. Your dealership had a couple of 2013's I was interested but Logan from Baytown Hyundai was the only one that bothered to try to get a Matte Grey for me. This past Friday I bought a Matte Grey Veloster. Had they not been able to give me the deal I needed financially I would have come to you next. I had an appointment with Christian, made through Nicole. Your salesmen were, by far, more courteous and friendly. The atmosphere at your dealership is much more inviting. Christian also offered to beat any quote by $1300. I had a quote in hand from yet another dealer, but it was silver, and that was close to the bottom of my list for choices. Had I been unable to get the matte grey I am sure I would have made a deal with you.

It was a very bad shopping experience.....Salespeople were not at all concerned with our budget and needs...the finance guy who was brought in to close the sale was very rude and disrespectful and his techniques were not pleasant.I'm 50 years old and have purchased many vehicles in my life,this guy treated me like I was a first time buyer in my teenage years.We ended up making a purchase elsewhere and are very happy with our decision.

I was going to drive 3 hours to their dealership and 3 hours home, a total of 6 hours to pick up a Hyundai Genesis at their dealership. I asked them 4 times by email for a total out the door price with their dealer fees itemized so I could bring a cashiers check and they never would give it to me. I am very very leery of their dealership and the internet sales Mgr Gary who corresponded with me.

Great folks! I looked at a pre-owned Suburban via Car Gurus and drove over to the dealership. Made the deal within 12 minutes after the test drive. Later, an extended warranty issue came up and the management helped me to resolve it to my satisfaction. Definitely will return if they have what I the market for and certainly recommend them.

There is no option for 0 stars. The price stated online is a bait and switch tactic. Once there, they tack on a 2,500 dollar package that is mandatory and offered me a much higher price. When I mentioned the online price I was told that it was for cash only purchases. So I said I would return with cash. Caught off guard, the salesman , Colin, stated it would no longer be on the lot if I left. Avoid ths dealership at all costs especially this salesman. He will pretend to be real friendly but began getting rude once he knew he wasnt going to push me around. He said I had two options, pay the higher price without the 2k package or he could "lower" my price (by 2k) but he would have to add the package. Any idiot can see that its the same price in the end. You always have a third option, leave. Save yourselves the trouble.
