Day one. The dealer and I agreed on a price paying off my vehicle and buying their vehicle. I asked if I could take the vehicle home to show my wife and come back the next day with the same deal. The two men agreed I could do that. I went back the next day with a question about what the amount of financing was needed. The salesman agreed to a number on the sheet of paper. I told him then let's get this going I agree. The salesman came out with some paperwork that I signed. The salesman was actually working with another customer at the same time. I told him we had to leave at a given time. I started moving items from my vehicle to very their vehicle.. my wife came and got me and told me someone wanted to see me. The gentleman asked me what we were doing. I was a little confused but I told him we were financing a certain amount of money. He said ok left then he came back and asked me how did I come to that number. I told him we agreed on a certain price for my vehicle in a price on his vehicle. I told him I ask the salesman at this was the amount we were financing. The salesman came in and he said yes that's the amount he told me. I asked him where the fact she was. They said they couldn't find it it was lost. I said you mean in the last 2 hours you have lost the fact sheet. You are just now telling me this. The general sales manager claimed there was nothing on the computer about this deal. He went out and looked at my truck. Then ask my wife and I to come into his office. He told me that the salesman had the wrong numbers and shouldn't have given me those numbers. That he was going to lose money on this deal but he wanted to make it right. He said he would call me within an hour to tell me what they were going to do. That did not happen. About 3 hours later another person called me and told me the value they were going to have me Finance was about $3,000 higher than what we agreed to. I told him I did not agree to that. I asked to speak with the general sales manager I was told he was in a meeting and would call me later. He did not call me later. The next morning I called the man that was supposed to be in charge of all three dealerships. He continued the same conversation has the man who called me the night before saying this was what they were going to do is I would have to finance about $3,000 more than what we agreed to. He seemed to be making excuses for the fact his people put wrong numbers down and seem to question my numbers. Although I had the numbers on my phone I did not show them the numbers but I read them the numbers. I think you get the jest of what happened. There is more to the story but to say things did not get any better but worse.

I tried for 3 days to buy this truck every time I called yeah it's here come on down But when I would ask for a pic of the title to give to my bank the salesman would stop talking to me. Finally on the 3 sales lady she was the most helpful. But when I asked for a photocopy of the title so I could get my bank to cut a check. She said we have someone looking at it now. Then said it sold. I don't think they even have the truck I think it was a fake add just to get u there. So they can sell u something else.

Wanted to buy a used Camry. They tried the typical sleazy car salesman tricks about adding in a bunch unnecessary things into the financing which would have boosted the payments by about $100/mo. I walked away.

Worst experience I have ever had, they called and told me the 2007 Toyota 4 Runner was still there and to come on down and look at it. This was at 5:45 p.m. I got in my car at 6:00 pm. To drive the 1 1/2 hours to get there from Joplin, mo. I pull up at 7:30pm to look at it and the salesman tells me it sold that morning. I felt like they just wanted me to drive there so they could sale me another vehicle. I was so Upset! Got in the car and drove home. Never again!!

Tried to charge us for a $4000 for an extended warranty without our approval and did not fix some problems they were supposed to on the truck we bought. The worst dealership experience ever.

In my opinion...Absolute worst dealer, bait and switch, liars, they pressure from all sides. Get everything in writing and check every inch of the vehicle twice. Misrepresented the features of cars and then said they didn't know the difference. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache

We bought the 2003 PT Cruiser from Roberts Automotive in Pryor Okla. They made us a nice deal on the car.Julio was an awesome salesperson. And I thought the General Manager was pretty awesome to, but now I thing he was playing us . We had the car for 1 week and had to do a major repair on it. Plus the pictures they took didn't show the damage on the car..So all in all I like the car but I would have to say Buyer beware when dealing with car dealers from out of your own state.

Short story: Bought vehicle. Service department disrespectful, management incompetent, company has set substandard expectations and employees hit that mark. Never will do business with them again. RECOMMEND YOU DONT EITHER!

Looked like the photos had been taken a few months ago on showroom floor then the car was parked outside on the lot was dirty inside and out had almost no gas back window had come lose was a disappointing presentation.

never came off the asking price and throws in a bunch of extra warranties and roadside stuff from Roberts that they did not discuss with you before hand just to get the loan amount as high as he can then they throw the papers in front of you hoping you will sign it before you read it

They said that the car that I was interested in was sold but its been on their website for over 2 months since I've asked. They also stopped responding to any email attempt. They also said that they were going to call me back but never did. When they to talk to you they are very friendly but don't seem to know what they have.

We were emailing back and forth but when I would not give them a phone number to call me, (BECAUSE I WAS AT WORK) all communications stopped. I have yet to be told if they still have the vehicle I was inquiring about. A simple "Yes, we still have it " or "No, we no longer have it" would have been so simple. Instead they seem to continue to list the same vehicle (even after it has sold) at an extremely low price just to get people to call in. Then they give them the run around. I have seen this same vehicle ad listed for the last 5 weeks, and the price shows it dropped by $500.00 so it makes you think 'Maybe it is a different vehicle'.....I have probably called in on this same vehicle 4 different times each time to eventually be told "no we just sold it"....but still it remains listed on all the internet sites. I am too busy to waste my time on schemes like this and find this to be very dishonest. This seems more like a bait and switch to me and I don’t want to do business with companies that do this.

The only thing good about them was the car and the price. Unresponsive to messages, arrogant attitude and was never contacted by them, I only talked to them when I initiated the call. I'm in the car industry and I know how customers should be treated, I certainly would not recommend them to anyone.
