They responded immediately when I first contacted. They gave me an outrageous quote on a used car. When I contacted again, I never received a response. I ended up buying a new car for a much lower price. Would not recommend.

Initially, everything was great. They got me for a good price and a decent interest. Keep in mind, my credit score is 750+. Everything was good and I was getting all the warranties, gap insurance and all that other stuff. I was fine with it because I was covered for a decent price. However, they could not get that deal to go through and had me come in to resign some papers and the new loan agreement. My interest went from 4.6 to 7.05, which is not okay. I told the Financial Manager to remove the GAP insurance and VSA (Warranty). He said he could not do it because the agreement was with those warranties/insurances in place. When I told him that it clearly states it is optional and will not affect the ability to lease or obtain a loan, he said he could not do it, but he would cancel it in 90 days if I wanted to. I know that's a lie because I work in sales, and in order to get paid commission, the customer must keep the product for at least 90 days. After he refused to remove the OPTIONAL coverages, I got tired of arguing, signed and left. Then I returned to cancel them later, to which he said he could not (again). When I mentioned that he told me that I would be getting Platinum level coverage on my BRZ (3yr/36,000 miles), and I showed him what he actually sold me was Gold coverage, he claimed it was a mistake and if I had the original documents which showed he had originally sold me Platinum, he would upgrade it for me. Of course, he lied to me the first time as well, so instead of dealing with this guy (Tracy), I just sent in a letter for each of the services/warranties so that they could be cancelled. He will lie to your face, make you feel good about the coverage you're getting and then sell you something else. By the way, the price of the car did not change throughout this entire transaction, and my GAP insurance went from $850 to $995. No reason why it should go up $150 and my interest go up 2.45%. Anyway, the guy is a joke, liar and scam artist. Be careful and opt out of any extended warranties. Buy them directly through a different dealer, because the Financial Manager, Tracy, will screw you over and not work to fix it. THEY wanted this deal to go through that day, and when I agreed to it, they pulled the Texas switch and got my car and screwed me over in the loan. I should have known better and not traded in my car.

They sold the car out from under me, They were checking on the financing but never got back to me, I had to call them each day to try to find out what was going on, I was told that they were waiting on an answer from the finance department and things were looking good. After the weekend and talking to them, I saw the listing as SOLD, I called again and talked to someone there and all I got was, I'm not sure what happened as their reply I would never deal with these people again, they need to learn how to communicate with each other and their customers.

They never answered my questions regarding the car I was interested. Followed up about a different care with another salesperson and they never mentioned the car I had discussed with her either. Worst experience thus far with a dealership.

Very shady dealership. Called about the Rav4 they advertised, informed me it was there and would pull it up front. Drove from central Phoenix, get there and they said oh sorry just sold it 5 mins ago, literally said the paperwork took 5 mins to finish. Anybody who has bought a vehicle knows it takes longer than 5 mins to print out the paperwork let alone finish it. Then said not to worry had plenty more to show us. Walk by another Rav4, not as nice as the one online, more miles, older, etc. And the guy says yep just sold this one, implying this was the one we were interested in that sold. I told the guy it was a totally different vehicle. Amateur hour, avoid.

I had set an out the door price for $35K for the 2015 Highlander that retailed around $39K. They were able to get me the $35K, not including tax, title and licence. I thought that was fair. Chris Lopez did a great job in getting me the best value for my trade-in, as I was not an easy customer to negotiate with.

Great initial contact with internet salesperson. Appointment made to see vehicle. Salesman didn't tell us the vehicle had been sold before we showed up for our appointment. He didn't come out to speak to us and and the front end staff didn't know what was going on! We travelled 1/2 hour to see a car that was already sold and nobody seemed to care. Classy looking place on the outside- shabby treatment inside.
