Great experience! Car was ready when we got there and our salesman didn't pressure us at all. Dustin was great to work with. They did give us a higher rate than credit union quoted us but credit union fixed it for us. Check engine light came on but it was due to no gas cap. $10 fix and all is good. I would recommend this dealership.

Stupid policy that I have not run into once in my life. After driving 2 hours to this place with an appointment set up they not only failed to be present they didnt even let me test drive the car because my insurance policy didnt have my name as the owner even though im on the policy. 10 minutes after arriving while I was still talking to the dealer about the policy I see the car drive by being sold right out under my nose.... Four hor round trip for absolutely nothing. Zerp customer care...

I was told the vehicle was used so expect some imperfections. Well, this car being certified was subpar in appearance inside. Gray leather had white paint or something of that nature in the back with several markings. In addition, the car had a strong smell of a smokers car. Not as detailed as first stated in the write up.

Dealer would only come off their listed price by $100.00...I walked away from the deal...truck interior was nasty...driver'side head rest had head-sized grease stain...not what you would expect of a $25K vehicle...salesman was young college student and was great. He was cordially enegetic and did all he could to make the deal...

Horrible experience. We had scheduled to test drive a vehicle and when we arrived, we had to wait inside with a sales person for about an hour and then the manager finally came over and informed us that the vehicle was sold. This was an awful experience and a waste of time to say the least. Ricart will not be earning our business in the future.

The salesman was nice but the sales manager was less than impressive. When initially looking at the price, term, and payment, he gave us a payment number that was over inflated. We knew this because we had done our homework already knowing what we were going to borrow at the rate and term. They gave us a range on the price that was 370-390 and our payment ended up being $326. They do this so they can sell you all the extra crap and if you are ok with the payment initially, you will buy the extended warranty once your payment drops. Do your homework!!! Talk to your bank first and don't rush in before understanding the numbers. Finance department was great!!! But he knew he wasn't selling us a bunch of extra stuff either.

I live 115 miles away and asked the salesman to be honest about the condition of the car. I drove there with check in hand and as I approached the car I was told about the cigarette burn in the headliner. He said he just noticed it that morning but he realized I had already left for my trip up.

We had a really good experience. I did my homework about the car before making the inquiry. Salesman Nathan White not only confirmed the car was in the system, but laid his hands on it before I made the 2 hour trip to the dealer. No pressure sales, good finance options, and a positive experience. I'd refer friends and family to this dealer, even though it is a drive.

Description is not right and I checked the car, like somebody putting good description to get you in their lot. Shop smart and take your time buying a car. I like how Ricart shows the inspection sheet and repair sheet. Cargurus indicated that this was a good buy so I got my own local financing and worked with Brandon and had an overall good experience. Brandon addressed our budget and our preferences. I don't trust any car lot with my financing tho.

Called three different times about this car. One time was told it was sold. Another time was told it was out on a demo run and would call me back in one hour. Never did call back. My third call was told it was in Service and the keys were locked up. He said would call the next day when he had the keys in hand, which he did. Three calls and three different salesmen. Went to look at the car and decided against it.

Nice ,quick and efficient meet and greet but when it came to sealing the deal, there were issues with the vin# not matching the car and the bank had no knowledge of this vehicle on record. Another advertised Mazda 3 was not even on the floor to see, it was at another location. Getting body work and probably just going to auction. Financing was rediculous on the Mazda 6 we wanted with no history ( they eventually fixed all Vin #s) 7,000 vehicle and I was going to put down 5,0000. The financial deal wasn't happening and I walked away.waste of my time.

Very disappointing! Cars were dirty, not just on the outside (which I could have excused due to winter weather) but inside as well. The vehicle I had inquired about and made an appointment to see had been pulled around for me but no effort was made to detail the car so it would be presentable. The car did not have one of the features that I was looking for that had been listed on the cargurus description. Vehicles were not competitively priced. This place is too big and very impersonal. I would not recommend it!!

Salesman was find, just doing his job. However deal maker was out of his mind. They act like they are the only ones selling cars. Looks like they padded the deal big time. They rated their car as a clean top of the very good scale. They appraised my car at the low end of average. I would set my car next to theirs and check for check would be equal according to NADA, BLACK BOOK, KBB. They were 100.00dollars over what payment should have been, had the deal been straight. There is a reason they are rated at 3. I would give them less than 1 if I could.

I told the dealer I was coming in to pay cash for the car and to please have everything ready because I would be in somewhat a hurry. They assured me they would in fact have the car gased up and ready for me. When I got there it took 15 minutes for my sales person to even go get the car,(it was way out back) then it turned out the car wasnt even running properly, have gas in it or even been detailed. I believe I dodged a bullet on this one!

HORRIBLE! Worst retail experience of my life. Was lied to by two separate salemen. Drove a very long distance to look at this specific vehicle and it NEVER existed. Both salesmen said they physically inspected the vehicle that day upon my request but when I got there they then said it went to auction a week ago. I then talked to a supervisor who gave me the run around and tries to sell me something else. After me insisting I was only interested in that make/ model he said I could come back and they would get it back from the auction only to find out the ad was "incorrect" and the picture wasn't even of that model. WHAT A BUNCH OF LIERS!!!

The dealer responded quickly initially, however, I wanted to know if the care was still for sale and after saying it would take 15 minutes to get back to me, I ended up having to call back over a day later. Turns out the car had been sold two days ago. As I continued my car search for the next two weeks, their listing never did go away. I question if it was left up on purpose to quickly attract people to a nice car and good deal.

The salesman Johnnie P. was a great guy. Absolutely no pressure and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The lot was just enormous and the selection just blew my mind. I am usually not a warranty person but their offer was impossible to pass up. Plenty of whatever you are looking for as far as vehicles, I dont belive that your could see it all in one day. . My only regret is that I wish we had went to them sooner!

Very Very poor. They contacted me back but had a totally different vehicle. When I told them that they never responded. I subsequently contacted them again and never heard back. Got in and out with the car I wanted at the price I wanted with no added pressure. Chase George was a great salesperson and I recommend him. I did do a lot of research though before I went it, they have so many cars it probably would have been overwhelming to shop from the lot.

Dealership was crowded and felt pushy. Our salesman told us the smoke smell we smelled in one of the cars we test drove was their "new car bomb smell." I know the difference between smoke and new car. When negotiating price, they tried to get me to agree to letting them pull my credit score before printing out a new price and agreement. They were good about calling to follow up with us but i will never go back there. Only positive is that they had all the cars we were looking to drive in one place versus going to multiple different dealerships to drive.

Ricart personnel were very friendly and helpful. We didn't purchase the car we found online - it wasn't an all wheel drive - however, Ricart did have an all wheel drive, and we ended up making a deal on that one. Our deal didn't get completed until well after closing but everyone stayed until 10:00 p.m. to get it done, which was impressive. Our Sales Rep-Kevin was out in a horrible rain storm transferring my license plates, which we appreciated. The only bad thing is that the mats were not in the car, and some of the features we thought came with the car - didn't. Which is our fault because we didn't check each item prior to the purchase. Overall we still think we got a good deal and really like the vehicle. And based on our experience, I would recommend Ricart.

It took a couple of hours, but finally I was told that Carfax had an issue with our trade in. Since I was up front about the accident damaging the lift gate, which had to be replaced, I would hope that the sales team would head this off in the future. Neither of us needs to spend another hour there because Car Fax doesn't show enough detail.

This was the absolute worst buying experience of my life. I purchased a 2007 Honda Element, got it home and realized that the odometer was at zero. I took the car back the following day. They told me they had replaced the odometer because the "entire cluster" was broken. I told them that that kind of work would necessitate an Odometer Discrepancy on the title. They assured me that it would not. I called the title bureau. They told me that it ABSOLUTELY WOULD. After being lied to, I waited for 4.5 hours to hear that they would be willing to give my money back. They offered no other deals and no remorse. Buyer beware of this shady company that knows nothing about the cars that they are selling.

Found a truck we wanted. Wanted to get something eat before negotiating. Called the sales man and made an offer. The next phone call we recieved was from the finance clown. And he says we can't come down off the price "we would be losing money" I have it as low as I can go. So we start looking online again and low and behold the truck we liked was marked down to 25145. 3000 off the lowest price the finance guy said that was their bottom number. Needless to say I don't like liars so I didn't buy. I know it's their job to make money but I was ready to buy but I'm not buying from people who lie to me.

I contacted Ricart Ford by phone and told them I was interested in their Ford Expedition. They assured me that the vehicle was still in stock and had definitely not been sold. I drove to Ricart Ford only to discover that the car was no where to be seen. The salesman had no idea of where the car was and we spent thirty minutes on a golf cart riding around the entire dealership looking for the silver Ford Expedition. We never did locate it and no one from Ricart Ford ever called me back afterwards to offer an explanation. Basically a complete waste of time.

I went in for a particular car but found out they sold it moments before I arrived. I was bummed but it happens when the dealer is first come, first serve. I found another car I was interested in and inquired about it the next day. The salesman that was "helping" me kept disappearing for 10+ minutes at a time and left me waiting more often than not. I was able to stick it out and ended up purchasing the car after fighting for a decent deal. When I started the drive home, I noticed that they didn't even give me a full tank of gas as promised. I had just over a 1/4 tank but they were closing and I couldn't go back. I made it home after having to fill up the tank and decided to stash my spare key away. It was then that I realised, they gave me the wrong key which was to a much nicer and newer vehicle. How do you overlook giving a key to a different vehicle away? I went in and asked them to switch it out and give me the right key and the guy disappeared for 15 minutes before coming back and telling me that he will look into it and worst case scenario get another key cut. I just wasted my time and gas by driving 45 minutes to get there to be told to "come back later." Horrible experience and customer service and I will never buy from Ricart again.

I would highly recommend this dealership. I had a pretty flawless experience until the end. The business office lady was pretty rude and tried to make me feel stupid for not buying extra warranties and things I didn't want or need. I realize its their job to push sells...but there is no reason to be rude and make your customers feel stupid. But overall I got a really good deal on my Cruze and I love it. Dustin Warthman my sales guys was really cool and down to earth, if you decide to buy from Ricart go See him...!!! Bottom line, I got a really nice car at a very reasonable price and other than the business office lady everyone was very nice and helpful.

Poor Poor Poor I emailed interest in truck listed on net. Auto response to email, had to personally call dealership to get a sales rep. Truck was not ready to test drive even though I set up an appointment 2 hrs in advance. Would not drop from advertised price. Had the sales man go back to sales manager 4 times and all i got was $50.00 off. Response was this price has been discounted as low as we can go. So I took the sales agreement on the truck and went to my bank to get check. Just for kicks, I decided to check the ad on the internet. Saw that RICART dropped the price on my new truck. It dropped $100.00.. “WTF” 30 years ago I tried to buy a car from them and they tried to up the price of the car in the finance office. I said then I will never buy a car from RICART ever again. After 30 years you would think they would change their stripes so I gave them a second chance. The only thing they are DEALING is a bad taste in your mouth..

I experienced extremely rude customer service by the woman in finance. When starting the financing process, she yelled out my name ( like your mom calling you inside for dinner) instead of walking over to me directly in customer seating area...RUDE! She was very insistant with me purchasing their insurance in areas I made VERY clear I wasn't interested in. I didn't have the title for my old car with me so I was instructed to drop it off the following morning to her only. When I went back the following morning to deliver my title, I was interrupted by another salesman that insisted I give him the title. I made it clear to him I would only deliver it to the woman in finance only, as instructed. The salesman followed me into the building as I was walking toward her office and attempted to block me from taking the woman in finance my title. He said her office was off limits even though she personally asked me to hand deliver the title to her only. If it was such an "off-limits" area, there should have been a sign designating "employees only". Ended up handing he title over to Mr. Richart and then leaving the lot. I've been fortunate enough to conduct business with 2 other luxury car dealerships in the Columbus area (Crown Mercedes & Germain Mercedes), and their customer service was impeccable, so conducting business with the rude staff at Richart was disappointing.

Pushy salesmen. Get you all ready to sign papers with your desired monthly payment and then add 40$ more, even after telling them to include this. They also quoted me the factory warranty that in reality doesn't pertain to the second driver under Kia's rules. Salesmen not very knowledged on product, warranties or customer service. The Internet sales manager responded to my inquiry and referred me to a salesman who did not respond to my questions. I got answers by going back to the manager. This dealership does not appear well-organized for distant purchases. They are using the Internet as a way to get more foot traffic on their lot rather than as a medium for negotiating a sale. I had been shopping for 6 months and was ready to close the deal. They wanted to get me on the lot to shop their vehicles. Pretty good online experience. The sales rep even sent me extra pics from his personal phone! I was looking for a high demand vehicle and unfortunately Ricart didn't have the vehicle with the options I was looking for at the price I needed. tremendously happy with my experience and grateful for the help that Mr. Johnny "BLU" Carlson was able to provide. we werent able to close the deal for my own reasons not RIcart's but i am definitely looking forward to returning and buying my next car there. Thank you for an incredible experience

Holy cow, was I disappointed by my experiences at Ricart. For two generations of owners at Ricart, I have watched on TV ads screaming, "We're dealin!!!" Yet my salesman wouldn't budge from the sticker price. Too bad; Thursdau I bought from another dealer.

The salesperson knew less than I do about trucks. I'm a girl ! He did not want to send me the details of the mechanics of the truck. He was standing next to the truck and couldn't tell me if it was a long or short bed. Then I emailed the interenet guy to send more information because the salesman was hesitant, no reply. TERRIBLE.

The cars they had posted were not on the lot. We called before we drove up to Ricart from Cincinnati and both car listings were not on the lot. This is the WORST car experience I have ever had!

Good experience visiting this dealership. Ricart's Used Car "Factory" is a first class showroom with very nice people. The mere mega size of this dealership can be intimidating, but don't let it be a concern. Incredible used (and new) car inventory.
