This is the shortened version!! I talked to him on the phone and set up time to look at the jeep and do the paperwork. I had a 2 hour drive to get there which he also knew and he was a no show.. Says 2006 on here but has a 2007 sticker on it. He told me he got kicked off the property but for me to still send HIM my information. I just walked away and drove all the way back home. REALLY fishy deal watch out for this one!!!

Customer service is horrible. I wanted the car but after the test drive i asked if the price could be taken down i was told no but they will send car to fix what was needed and could come back in 3 days to purchase. Never fixed!!!! They gave me the run around and ultimately i have to start looking all over again. A complete waiste of my time and poor customer service. Who let 8k walk!!!!!

First and foremost i want to apologize to any customer that comes to are store and feels that the customer service is not 100% , Customer service is always my number one goal , we put are best price the first price . and for the reason for telling the customer the truth not what they want to hear that it may take a day or two to get the parts to fix the car, the car they were looking at is a GM with the strike with GM its been longer wait to get the parts , we here at R.M.L. truly apologize for the miscommunication, but the car was fix and ready to go the end of the next business day as prom
