Was sent an email one morning that the car was available but once I got there a few hours later was told the vehicle wasn’t available and was then asked about financing a vehicle which I knew I wasn’t qualified to do. I communicated this to them but salesman was sure he could get me a vehicle with high payments but something. Needles to say I left with nothing. I felt very disappointed. I originally went for a specific vehicle that I was able to buy straight out. I really needed a vehicle and still do. Salesman was very kind but unable to help. I was honest about everything but again disappointed. I later after leaving received an email from salesman to come back that he thought he could help but at this point I’m at an all time low and embarrassed as I felt like I was on display while he talked to his finance person who was very loud and not so private about my personal information or my feelings. Don’t know if I’d recommend them to anyone but again the salesman was kind.

Would be a neg Star if could. Was just a bad experience. The 1st two people to help me out was great. Mike and Amanda great people. The 3rd person that came in don't recall his name. When was explaining to him the numbers did not work on the other vehicle they tried to sell me. He had the audacity to tell me to go get a second job. Just to make it work for what they want. Will never be going back.

Inquired about a 2004 Nissan Titan. Dealer Sold vehicle and did not notify me, proceeded to show me another vehicle that was a 2010 F150 and was 3x the price and the sales lead insulted me by saying I couldn't get what I want in my price range when they had exactly that the day before. Wasted an hour and a half of my time to show me a truck that had 121xxx miles with a lit cigarette in hand for all of them Edit: Daron Harris the Used car Director/Manager asked me to come back to apologise personally

It was terrible had cash in hand acted like they didnt want us to see the vehicle vehicle had bad inspection sticker they said a couple lights were out and that was it i still purchased the vehicle iwas lucky me and my wife made it home because the wheel bearing was about to come apart i wiil never purchase from them again

I inquired about a new Tahoe for my wife via cargurus. Later that day I received a called from the internet manager at RK. I told her I would come by later that day to look at the vehicle. When I arrived there was a salesman already waiting for me with the specific vehicle ready for me to look at. After agreeing to discuss numbers, the salesman brought out the typical outrageous numbers to start. I then gave my expectations while thinking this was going to be a waste of my time. Much to my surprise, the next offer came better than I had in mind. I wanted to surprise my wife do the salesman let me take the vehicle home for the night and I left her drive it they next day. I called that morning and told him we had a deal. By the time I arrived at the dealership that afternoon, the paperwork was already in progress and it was the quickest experience I have ever had at a dealership. Tom Fleming was awesome. Highly recommend.

Dealer stated the truck was on a train from Franklin Virginia to Virginia Beach and still hasn't gotten their over 5 days, not thrilled with this , was ready to drive 4hrs, but decided to spend my money elsewhere

Called to see if they had a truck in stock. They said it was sold. A day later I see it back up on car gurus with the price raised by $4000. What a bunch of scam artists. They didn't want to sell the truck at the advertised price so they said it was sold and then jacked up the price and now its "available."

This dealership is not willing to negociate. Horrible experience. I was told they would come down 500.00 that is it. Then told well, we have other cars in your price range. They were horrible with cigarette smells. No thank you RK never again.

The young salesman went to manager and came back with a $3000 mark up from sticker on car. My wife & I could not believe it! The young salesman then explained that the manager was just a fill in two times a week & that she made a mistake. If they make a mistake at the very beginning, and don't catch it, what else will they do wrong? Then we walk out and later get text msg from young salesman with such an attitude we are left with never wanting to go back, and tell our friends what a poor business RK Subaru is!
