The salesperson Richie who i dealt with definitely polite. However, I was told I’d be using my current car as a down payment. When it came time to seal the deal they told me out of the blue that I need $1,500 for a down payment. When I asked what for, he said they need an additional down payment and I kept asking him why that’s necessary if I’m giving them my car. After not getting a straight answer, I believe they were just trying to scam me of more money. I said i’ll take my business elsewhere.

Shady - agent tells a different story from what was advertised. Vehicle advertised two owners but agent stated vehicle had one owner. Vehicle advertised for sale for more than three weeks but agent stated vehicle was just received and advertised. Shady business suspect other underlying unknowns and surprises bound to surface.

I got my chapter 7 Bankrupcy discharged on September 2017. I searched on CarGurus for a used car in March 2018. I was worried that I wont get approved because of my bad credit. I contacted a couple of dealers that ran my credit and all but one was able to help me finance a car without a co buyer. Prince Auto whent above and beyond to provide me with financing on a 24,000 loan with only a 19% interest rate. My advice is to be patient with the finance team at Prince auto and to have a good down payment of 2,000 dolars if you are reading this and have bad credit. The vehicle drives like new and I bought for 5,000 dolars less than what other similar vehicles sell for. I hope this review was helpful.

I went there to check a car I am interested in. I gave them my information so they could run my credit. I also brought my car so they could assess the trade in value. They didn't give an answer on that day. They said they would to call back, but they didn't...I just probably go to a real dealership

They were very unprofessional! When I stated that I was paying cash, the gentleman stated that the car was priced at finance only(so they can gain money with unnecessary fees). I then stated that I've never seen a dealership that wouldn't take cash and he stated that the car was sold already! Lies, lies, lies!!! They are crooks and should not be trusted! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OUTFIT!!! Nothing but a bait and switch deal! Spoke with the salesman Kenny and he would never call me back even though he said he would. When I finally did talk to him about the price and what I offered, he then informed me that the listed price was if I financed with them, otherwise, they bumped the price way up! Don't try to do an all cash deal with them because they will just screw with you. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS DEALER!

Initially I didn't get the quality customer service. After about a week and a half a guy named Kenny started responding. But I had to apply pressure just to get answers. So my personal experience with prince auto has got to be the worst I've ever experienced from people who supposed to be in the business of selling cars. Never again.

I received a very prompt response to my very first email inquiring about a car. After maybe 2 more phone conversations we set up a test drive for the day after.We met Matthew in the office and from the very beginning he was extremely courteous and welcoming. The vehicle was available to view and went out on a test drive. the loan process was smooth and when it was all over and done with my wife was driving off the lot in her new car. We will never pushed or pressure to purchase the vehicle. We felt very comfortable and we are very satisfied with our purchase I really would like to thank Matthew for being honest and professional I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good vehicle and a good price. special thanks to Kenny.

Prices are much more than what's advertised and are never mentioned and be careful with the finance guy name Elliot. He has attitude. Do not buy anything from them they are ripoff. Very bad experience. Made me wait for 3 hours for a bank approval when i have excellent credit. My suggestion is get the final price of all the fees and dealer charges before you give them you information

Hi, I was interested in buying 2013 BMW 3 Series 328i blue color one with M package, talked with the dealer a day before and confirmed the price which was at that time $19,983 excluding taxes, I was in Virginia thus traveled to New York to buy this car, saw it, drove it, all looked fine, thus purchased car insurance too for 6 months and I was going to pay 10k$ as down payment. After 2-3 hours of all these and filling credit application for rest of the price, the financing officer there said my loan application was approved after going through 4 banks ( and never heard of those before), They offered me rate of 7% although I have credit score of 740. After that I looked for the price they got it approved for, the final price they showed me was $33k(I was amazed). They said that I have to pay dealer fees, auction fees, warranty and don't know what all + taxes , so the price went up to $28k +$5k interest for rest of the car's amount for 72 months. Then I asked them like I can get it approved loan from Bank of America as I am there preferred rewards client and can get a rate of around 2.8% easily, they didn't accepted that and said you have to finance from them only, even after that I offered them to pay all of the cars amount + taxes in cash as I liked the car so much and traveled from far , if they remove all that extra fees of 6-8$ they added after, they didn't reduced a dollar. Dealer wasn't helpful at all.Thus I have to return without the car as I wasn't gonna pay all that extra charges. Next day have to cancel the insurance that I bought, luckily the Progressive guys were very helpful and returned all my money. My friend also searched for the same color car in NJ, went there saw the car, they accepted my pre-approved BOFA loan and drove it back to VA today, though it's not the same M package but really nice :). As a friendly advise, please don't waste your time like I did in this bad auto shop, just search and you can get similar vehicles anywhere else! I didn't want them to give even 1 star, but I guess that's the min. requirement to add a review. Thanks, Aakash

I whent there vehicle was not in the lot it was in storage lot away from the original lot. His answer to me was lot was full with other cars no room for the actual car on sale. Not good for business. But then i ask him for another car in the lot both cars are the same year and one with low miles and the other with high miles and the asking price for both cars were $16,000.

I asked the guy what's his best price , he asked me what do I want to pay I give him a price and then he tells me I must don't want to buy this car so I said what's your price and you refused to give me a price and also the car wasn't even on the lot he gives me some story it's in storage somewhere. Horrible

I've been in this business for over 20 years and this was by one of the most ridiculous offers i ever received from a customer.when you offer $7000 on a vehicle that has a wholesale value of over $11,000 it is hard for any car dealer to take you seriously.
In regards to the vehicle not being on the lot,in my initial communication with you i DID mention that you'd need to make an appointment to see this particular vehicle but you decided to walk in without notifying us in advance.
So i hope this clarifies everything and if you'd like to make a realistic offer please feel free to contact us.

Buyers BEWARE!!!!, this place is a ripoff, I first when in I wanted to buy a car all in cash I spoke with kenith & he told me if I wanted to bait it cash he will have to add another $1,500, they like you to finance it thru the bank because they get a commission from the bank i decided to finance like they said they did 2 hard inquiries on my credit report lowering down my credit score and they finance intrest rate was 9% what a ripoff they also added extra stuff like warranties and extra stuff I didn't want the total amount for the vehicle was now 21K from 12K what a ripoff,i also did a research on CARFAX and this vehicle had a frame damage reported, don't be fooled be this people all the other good reviews it's probably done by them to try to lure you in don't waste your time and money at this place go to a legit and dealer it will save you a lot of headaches.

Matt contacted me immediately and sent the carfax ahead of time of my pre-schedueled test drive. The car looked great, however it was immediately evident that there were several problems with it. The sunroof wouldn't close, neither one of the side door. Even though Matt made extra effort to get the car out of a jam packed lot for a test drive, it was beyond my understanding why they didn't address these major issues with the car, despite their knowledge of my appointment to see it. When I asked to see another car they also advertised, then despite the initial willingness to show it, the dealer never made any real attempt as he was so focused on selling the original vehicle. I also got a sticker shock when the dealer declared that they don't negotiate the price, AND they charge nearly $1,000 "dealer fee". So despite the posted price, my final cost would have been nearly $3,000 higher without any financing involved.

Found some scratches and dents on car. When trying to negotiate price the salesperson said the price was already lowered to $13995 to account for these scratches and dents. I was still very interested in purchasing the car but when it was time so sign the contract the total price of the car was over $18K. $440 for DMV and $1010 for taxes and rest was dealer chargers. I felt I was being robbed so I walked away from deal.

The vehicle they display didn't match with the one they sale. Model LT and LTZ are two different standard vehicles. It seems they just want to get attention and a tractor buyers by falsifying information.

Staff is very unprofessional. The sales guy is actually the owner. They do not negotiate at all on pricing. I spoke with the finance guy and he was trying to force me to buy a "madatory" 4,000 warranty. I said so the car is really not the price you advertise it for its $4,000 more he said "these are the tactics dealerships use to get people in the door" If you want to get extremely agravated then shop here.

Poor customer service. Prices are not flexible. They add all kind of nonsense fees to the agreed upon price so you end up spending between $1500 to $2000 in fees plus tax. I'll never buy from them.

I got in the car the Navigation and radio would not come on . The salesman was a nice kid but had no answers as far as why this car was so messed and would not budge on the price. The engine also sounded terrible and the cup holders were missing

I picked up a nissan versa from these guys and dealing with them was a pleasure. Car was as described accuratly and was in excellent condition. Mike handled everything very professionally and was very helpful and courteous to us. I Highly recommend this dealership.

So this dealer had a great price listed of 9,999. When I called they said their dealer fee is $1,400. After this fee plus tags, taxes, titles and etc the walk out price for the car was now $13,500. Big difference from $9,999. Don't be fooled by these gimmicks.

This place has the rudest salespeople. My wife and I walked off the lot in total anger and disgust when the salesman (didn't get his name) acted like a street thug. He did not know the price of the car. Went to check and when I asked him if there was room for negotiation, asked me if I "want the car for free." I even after I told him that I purchased my first car at this location several years ago, the reason I went there over all others on Hillside Avenue, he continued to act like a complete fool. I would never recommend even my worst enemy to go this place. Unbelievable rudeness!

Went to the dealer too see the car for myself bumper had some damage was given a story on how it happened, the car wasn't cleaned inside found coffee stick on the shifter chocolate shavings on the cup holder, which made me feel like the original owner didn't take good care of his car cause it was messy, & the dealer didn't bother to detail or clean check inside of the car up before showing it.

The finance person that I dealt with was rude and unmannerly. First off I do not see why I would need to go to 3 different "sister" dealerships to finalize my purchase. When I told him the monthly payment was not within the range I told his sales person; he stated " the price is what it is" When I told him I was not willing to pay the amount he presented to me he stated "we are done here; you can leave."
