This dealership sold a car when i was coming with cash in hand to buy the white BMW 750 LiXdrive, after speaking with the salesman he did'nt have the nerve nor professionalism to call me back, he had the secretary call me and she had no idea what the transaction was about! I'd give this dealership a negative 2 stars!!!

I sent two emails yesterday about a specific car and got no response. I went to the dealer this morning first thing to look at the car and it was not on the lot nor did anyone come out to help me, so I called them and a woman told me the car was in the shop getting a serpentine belt and tires and that I could come back and look at it when the work was done. I left my info and did not get a call back. I called a few hours later only to be told that they think the car is sold and that someone is on their way to look at it! I told them I had been trying to get in to see this car and nobody had called me back like I was promised nor did anyone respond to my email inquiries. I asked if I could still look at it as I live a few minutes a way and the other potential buyer had not yet arrived. They told me NO! They were holding the car for the other person even though when I had spoken with them in the morning the car was available and I waited around ALL DAY with a sitter for my children waiting as well. Wow. I know where NOT to shop for cars. What a waste of an entire day getting screwed around by this place.

I live in NY, I flew down to Ohio, they picked me up, test drove the audi i wantes, bought it and drove it back to NY that day. I cant recommend this place enough, everyone there was nice, the whole entire purchasing process was fast and easy. I would 100% buy another car from them.
