I messaged them thru your site, and then also by email, and then called and spoke with a receptionist, and the car was still for sale. They did not return my call or messages. I called again the next day and was told the car had been sold. Based on that, I feel I could've purchased this car had they responded in a timely manner. I will never try to buy a car from this company ever again.

We do not have receptionist only sales people. Our vehicles are available for purchase Monday through Friday 10 to 7 and 10 to 5 on Saturday. If we spoke with you and emailed you back not sure what else we could have done. It is first come first serve but we are always open to suggestions

They explained the car to me on the phone because it was a two hour drive to look at it , but when I got there it was exactly what they said. Nice to deal with a dealer that is honest. I now have a new car !

Prestige Automotive Clearance Center is an awesome dealership. Rein, Mario, and Ida made my car shopping experience a phenomenal one. Rein responded quickly to all questions and provided all details about about the purchase up front. The process to purchase the vehicle was super easy and without pressure of any kind. Their personal attention to my concerns about the vehicle of interest really made me feel comfortable and confident with buying the vehicle from this business. The deal was sealed and I am extremely blissful.

They made me set an appointment to view car. I took off work a half day to drive over only to be told car was with owner in another city. No one called me to tell me this in advanced. I would never recommend anyone of this dealership. Very unprofessional.

Very irresponsible people. This place is terrible, buyers be careful. I called and a lady called Aida answered my calls and emails. She told me about the car and I was happy to hear all the details. When I got to the place (after a 2hr drive) the car was totally crashed/destroyed from the back. Then it hit me, no wonder there were no pictures of the car from behind on the ad! I asked for Aida, she was not there (even though she assured me she would be waiting for me. I was even an hour early to make sure I had enough time to buy the car on the same day. All cars on the lot have issues, they are from wreckage yards or they have bought them cheap at an auction and try to sell you what ever they buy. Also, the young lady that was there was extremely rude, looked at me up and down, she didn't even want to show me other cars. She hands me a list of the cars on the lot and said "you know how to read, right?" (with a horrendous accent as I noticed that English was her second language). Little did these people know that I was carrying cash, over 10k. Little did these people know that I am a University Graduate with an MBA. How dare they look at people like that? how dare they treat people like that? I didn't say a word. I went back to my Porsche SUV and as I am getting-on to leave, the sales girl's face changed dramatically, she ran to me and said "please let me help you find a car?" .... politely and very nicely I replied... "No, thank you". (looking at her eyes) I continued by closing with; "you obviously prejudged me and prejudge everyone who you talk to, but I am not interested in ever buying a car from you or this place" . My wife wanted to add a couple of things, but she's a better person than that!

They sell beat up cars and the prices are really misleading. Bought a clean car (no car accident) for the exact same price. same year model but other brand. Got a 2012 Mazda 5 with 46,000 miles like new from another local dealer.

Buyer beware! I test drove 2015 vehicle. Before taking it off the lot I asked if I could check out the OBD codes. I brought my scanner with me. They agreed. I told them it had an anti-brake code. They said everything was fine and safe on the vehicle. As we pulled out of the lot The first brake application made a grinding sound. I was told it's moisture keep driving. By the time we finished our one mile circle and got back to the lot, all you could smell was burnt brakes. I was told to buy it as is. They were not going to fix the problem.

Sorry, but this is not true!  Yes, we allowed the vehicle to be scanned, it showed NO codes-car is under FULL FACTORY WARRANTY and ANYTHING is fixed for FREE.  Customer was angry that we would not reduce the price even lower.  This is a 1 year old car, under full factory warranty for $5900 that we are selling for a bank in which we earn $150.   BE FAIR and honest or you could get coal in your stocking from Santa!

I had difficulty with someone contacting me about the vehicle i was interested in. I never received a call back but they did respond to my emails but only if i initiated the contact. The vehicle was sold before i ever got to talk to anyone. Im assuming because i was out of state inquiring about the vehicle is the reason for this experience.

No dealer can do any better than this, we refuse to hound our customers with repeated phone calls otherwise we get bad reviews for seeming to aggressive which is not our style.   As well, we are here 12 hours per day, please feel free to call us.  Most of our sales ARE to out of state buyers so we enjoy ALL leads we receive. Theyou listed the car as accident free... it had 6. So many things described for their vehicles that are incorrect. Overall lied about almost every aspect of the car they were selling. A person who's not familiar with cars would be taken to the cleaners at this place

Yet oddly you wanted to buy the vehicle for less and were LIVID when someone else did instead?  The mustang was priced $5700 below market value.  It was NOT advertised as accident free-just a clean Florida title and Autocheck certified with custom painted stripes.  You suggested that the custom painted stripes were a "sticker" and not paint and that you should get a better price. Warning. Bought car from this dealer and they did not inform me the car was in multiple wrecks. Car had serious water and electrical problems. Owner AIDA stated all cars are sold as is unless you purchase an over priced extended warranty from Luxor. Aida says if I would have purchased a Car Fax first It shows multiple accidents including front end air bag deployed accidents and tow jobs and theft and recovery. My fault for trusting Luxor.

Arrogant about their cars. Won't fix issues because they say the prices are "rock bottom" and what do you expect from a used car. I expect people to be professional. If they don't want to haggle pricing then it should say that somewhere. When I asked if I could take the car to a mechanic they wanted me to only talk to theirs. Big red flag. I emailed them back after leaving and expressed my concerns and got a scathing email about expecting too much out of a used car. I expect courtesy, I expect the car to be drivable more than just off the lot. I expect them to be proud enough of their vehicles to ensure the customer has the best experience. They talk a big talk but don't walk the walk.

I made an offer on a vehicle they had, the same as I did with approx 4 other dealerships for a BMW 3 series. I honestly overlooked that their ad said the price was firm. I got a reply from the guy who said it was his business & he was the rudest businessman I've ever encountered. He litterally called me an idiot & said I probably can't read. He went on & on about where he got the car & how long he had to detail it & so on & so on. I couldn't believe it. But I will say that out of all the offers I made that day. everyone of the other dealerships were very curtious & professional.
