Worst experience ever! Drove 3 hours to find out they would not move on the price. Communicated for several days and agrees that we both could move of pricing to make a deal, they lied! They knew for a week I was coming to see the car, several emails, phone calls, and pre credit application. With all of this they still didn't have the car clean! When we arrive the car is in the garage getting a rear light changed. All of this should have been taken care of before I arrived. Any professional dealership would have. On top of that the car had 2,000 more miles than advertised. They told me I would never find a car comparable to the one they had that was cpo for a lower price, they lied again. I found one cleaner with 14,000 less miles that is CPO for over $1,000 less than this dealership listed! I would recommend that no one ever visit this dealership! AVOID AT ALL COST!

I really wish I could have secured this vehicle, unfortunately things didn't work out. This is a great dealership to deal with. If the opportunity presents itself I would return to purchase.

First the sales person didn't have my appointment written down. Then he had another person help me after I sat for over 30 minutes waiting. Then it took them several days to reply to my requests via email. Then they jacked up their internet price in a quote. A got the same new vehicle for over $4,500 less at another Lincoln dealer.

First of all I requested not to be called, I clearly stated on the information form that the only reason I provided my number was because my request couldn't be processed without it. In the first email response I received the rep stated I just left you a voicemail....???? I responded to that email and again advised the rep not to call me, instead simply answer a few questions I have about the car via email. Well, I received 2 other emails which appeared to be a computer generated and I still don't have the answers to the 2 questions I asked.

I spoke with an internet representative named Nicole before traveling the 3 1/2 hours to test drive the vehicle. I was able to negotiate a price with Nicole I was comfortable with over the phone so I did not waste my time driving so far. When I got there for my appt. Nicole was not there but I was introduced to a sales rep. After test driving the vehicle I had inquired about I asked to test drive another vehicle I saw on the lot and was interested in. After test driving the 2nd vehicle (which was listed on CarGurus.com for $28,400) I decided to see about negotiating on that vehicle. I had told the sales rep I was prepared to put down $12,500 cash on either vehicle and would be financing the rest. I also told the sales rep. that I needed my monthly payments not to exceed $310-$315 a month for 4 years. I had already done the math and with my down payment of $12,500 I knew I could come close to getting in this payment range with a little negotiation. The sales rep. stated he would have to go "talk to his manager". When he returned he stated that we were very close and that with my $12,500 down payment my monthly payments would be $527/month for 4 years. I'm not sure what his definition of close is, but this was $200 more a month than what I told him I could afford. When he went back to "talk to his manger" again I quickly ran the numbers through a loan calculator and found out that with my $12,500 down payment and payments of $527/month for 4 years this vehicle that was listed on CarGurus.com for $28,400 was going to cost me a whopping $36,500. I thought most people went to car dealerships hoping to negotiate a better price not have it raised on them by $8K. After several trips back to "talk to his manger", being told that their internet sales representative Nicole had no authority to make deals over the phone, being told that their internet price was the "best possible price" and that not everyone was eligible for it, and after wasting 4 hours of my life at this crazy place, I drove the 3 1/2 hours home and bought a vehicle from a local dealership that actually HONORED their internet price and at my request threw in the tax, title and license. (By the way, I ended up putting my $12,500 down at my local dealership and getting a vehicle I really liked with $280/month payments for 4 years...$30-$35 BELOW MY BUDGET) PERFORMANCE FORD LINCOLN IS MOST DEFINATELY NOT ON THE UP AND UP AND NOT WORTH YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!

Salesman Joe made contact, told him what I was looking for and either he quit that day or he's still searching. Typical bait and switch with their website pricing vs what they had listed on car gurus. So my brief experience with them is the cliched used car salesman character we have all grown to hate. I just love the car buying experience!

It was pleasant. They were friendly and I got a good deal. Things to know: 1. You will be there forever. They take a really long time getting the paperwork ready. Plans 2-3 hours min. 2. They will try to get you to buy Stainguard-ish treatment and exterior paint treatment for a ridiculous price. You can refuse it. 3. They have a document fee of $799, which I think is ludicrously high. Just keep it in mind when negotiating price. 4. They have some perks like free oil changes for three years, car wash, etc. Nice little extras if you live nearby. 5. They use the usual "I have to talk to my manager" and bringing in someone else for the "close". Typical dealer tactics. I feel like I got a good price so it's okay. You have to be willing to negotiate here. If you don't like to negotiate CarMax would be better for you. 6. If you are financing don't go by the first numbers they give you. The first % rate they tried to give me was 6.9%.Later they came back with 3.99% I went to the Sharonview Credit Union and got 2.99%. Highly recommend SFC. 7. They are a very high volume dealer and get a ton of cars going through there. Hold out for what you want.

Terrible experience. Dealers battling each other for a sale and they tried to inflate the price not thinking I performed research on the vehicle. This place is filled with good guys and bad guys.

Experience was not good!!! I purchased a 2013 car and was told the tires were in good condition and my garage told me they were all dry rotted.I asked the dealer for help buying new tires and was told they would not help me. They also added a $3000.00 charge to my financial package that I was unaware of and will not remove it.

Found my dream car at this dealership. Staff was not knowledgeable of this vehicle however we knew what we were looking for and they had the best price so due to that they earned the business. Follow up is very lack luster and everyone blames everyone. If it were not for looking for a specific more rare car I would not have purchased through this group

Communication was poor. I asked several questions about equipment on the car and none were ever answered. They were courteous and friendly, but would not come down to a reasonable price. So,I bought an identical car, but brand new, elsewhere for less money.

Received a call back with in 10 minutes of requesting more information concerning a certain car. The lady on the phone let me know that the car was sold so it was no longer available. She asked if there was any other car I was interested in, when I replied no, she said she was sorry and to let them know if I saw anything else in the future. Very sweet, no hassle, will consider using them in the future.

I had the truck picked out, and was going to get it on Saturday. I get a call on Friday that said they sent the truck to auction. I can't blame them in they sell the truck before I get there, but sending it to auction! Poor business practice and shows a severe lack of communication within the dealership. (I received a call to confirm my appointment 2 hours after the auction call) On a positive note less than 3 hours after I submitted my request for more information, I received a phone call. I can not recommend this dealership.

After not getting much help on line form a women named Cammy. I called and spoke to a manager named Robby Prior who was very helpful and salvaged the deal for the truck I wanted. I bought it sight un seen and it was delivered to my office the next day. I will definitely give Robby a shot on my next vehicle purchase.

Visited dealer to see car prior to them checking it out and detailing. Salsperson was very nice but knew little about the car other thani t was just traded in.. Test drove and told salesperson I would come back after they detailed the car and checked it out in the shop. I specifically told him DO NOT RUN MY CREDIT. i am paying Cash. He said no problem. the next morning I received a credit alert that my credit file had been acessed. they shopped my credit to 2 banks. I was Liid. I went straight to another dealer and purchased a similar car even thought theirs was 1,000 cheaper. I would neer do business with that company.

They never contacted me about the car I was interested in purchasing. However, they did text me about my vehicle that I posted for sale on CarGurus.com. They stated that they were very interested in my Range Rover because they had a buyer. They also stated that they could give me close to my asking price if the car was in good condition. I took it by their dealership where they proceeded to offer me $8900 for my vehicle that I had listed for $14500. Very creative and deceptive scam.

My Internet inquiry revealed that the used Ford-Fusion was painted the color - Black. I will NOT own a black car. I do not have the time to wash the car three times per week, with monthly wax & detail. That is what a black car demands, if it to be appreciated. Further, I was contacted several times asking me why I was not seeking to buy their product. Read above. They then sought to put me in a new car, a 2011. NO. That is not what I indicated on-line. They want me to give them my money, more car than I can afford. No Sale. I'll not deal with either dealer in the future.
